Watch For Giants To Air It Out
September 26th, 2017Last week the Bucs were ravaged so badly by passes from Joe Montana Case Keenum, it made Bucs fans want to wash their eyes with battery acid.
And if Eli Manning and the Giants are wise, they may try to duplicate what Keenum did.
That was the word from Bucs cornerback Javien Elliott after the loss to Minnesota Sunday.
Elliott spoke with Tom Lang, operations manager of ESPN Tallahassee and co-host of the ScuttleBucs podcast. Lang was helping out Joe in Minnesota.
“As a team we didn’t play well,” Elliott said. “We gave up too many explosives. [The Giants] are going to try to exploit us that way.”
Elliott took no consolation in the fact he got a lot of snaps.
“We lost,” Elliott responded. “If you come out and don’t execute on Sundays, it is hard to win.”

VH3 and Eli Apple both first round picks from last year.
Wonder if Mike Smith has our boys playing zone 10-15 yards off.

@joe
Grimes injury update?
He might be our most important player on defense.

Bucs need both Kwon A and Grimes back because you know that Eli is going to deep many a time on Sunday. The Giants seem to be one dimensional with no running game but if the Bucs play as shoddy as they did in Minny well I don’t think it matters….. Swaggy may plug up the middle but that means nada if VH3 & Company in the secondary get burned for mega yards again…. Hoping for a W but being a lifelong Buc fan has taught me one thing: the Bucs tend to lose these kind of matchups vs other struggling clubs more often than they win. Perhaps if Winston is perfect they could win a shootout but expecting perfection from any facet of the Bucs is a big reach…….

Thank goodness we arent in vikes division anymore. Had another nightmare of case montana last night. Dont wana see him ever again. N yeah I expect both the Giants and Bucs to both air it out. Quizz just isnt hitting the line of scrimmage fast enough. One thing ive always liked about doug, wether he is having a good or bad year, is he always hauls ass threw the hole. So hurry back Dougy. Go Bucs

Start Jamming the WRs at the LOS. We played WAY too soft against Minny

Man we’ve been crying for our DBs to jam opposing WRs at the line of scrimmage for like 4 years now at least. WTF?
Grimes looks like the only one who can actually play off and is fast enough to catch up before the ball gets there. Smdh.
