Training Camp Day 14 Notes

Bucs CB Brent Grimes tests out his injured right leg while doing drills after practice Saturday.
The Bucs were in shells today and several players were on floppy hat patrol for a variety of reasons including undisclosed reasons.
So practice was rather non-descript but Joe has a handful of notes anyway.
* Former Bucs great Simeon Rice was in the house. After practice, he had a one-on-one session with Noah Spence about the art of pass rushing. Joe will have more on this later.
* In the first practice since Jameis went full blown Wrongo Starr Thursday night, Jameis was about to get hit and side-armed a pass to the spot he was originally going to go with the ball, a short pass to the left side. But of course, the pass was rushed due to the pass rush and Jameis winged it in order to avoid a sack. The pass was almost caught and almost picked.
*Ryan Fitzpatrick throws high to O.J. Howard along right sideline. Catchable ball that O.J. should have pulled in.
* Fitz threads needle between two defenders over the middle to Chris Godwin.
* And just when Joe was going to type Fitz was finally having a decent practice … his next pass in red zone work and someone was not on same page. The ball lands on the ground near end line with no one around.
* Also in red zone work, Mike Evans catches a short pass, scores and dunks on the crossbar. Is this what continuation in the non-basketball association is?

grafik / OJ, maybe Joe had to take a piss when that happened, or, Joe is trying to hide all things that might make Jameis look bad. I might believe that if Joe didn’t already write an article about him being pissed at Winston over his stupid throw. Nice try, though. He probably didn’t see it or it’s just an oversight. So many insinuations right now. Just get to the point.
