Taking A Tour With America
August 14th, 2017Want to get a real behind-the-scenes look at One Buc Palace?
Here it is. And the tour guide is America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston.
During a sitdown with the pride of Seminole High School, Jeff Darlington of BSPN, Jameis takes Darlington for a trip through One Buc Palace to two areas Joe cannot recall ever being shown on TV.
Also, Jameis damned near remembers every non-football Bucs employee’s first name. Pretty impressive stuff. Then he sings their praises in this interview.
Jameis also showed Darlington a wall portrait of Malcolm Glazer holding the Vince Lombardi Trophy. Jameis admitted that is his daily inspiration.
Pretty neat video.

Yep…I remember he stating early-on that it is his goal to know everyone’s name in the building, even the janitors.

Man I am so humbled after watching this. For years and years I frequented a work place cafeteria like this one. Never did I make an effort to learn peoples names and show them the kindness and respect that Jameis demonstrates here. He truely is a natural born leader both on and off the football field.

It’s no wonder Jameis knows everyone’s name. One need only watch him at home in Alabama on Hard Knocks. His own family is big enough and he remembers all their names, but he also seemed to know the name of everyone in his hometown that was around when he grew up. It’s natural to him.

Kinda funny that I talked to a friend this morning that works in the Bucs sales office & said that was the first time ever that he has been in their offices. Totally fake & made up for the cameras.
