He’s ready.

Yeah, so Mr. No Spin Zone is a Bucs fan. That’s cool, but when has he ever used his forum to talk Bucs?

That’s not the case with Dick Vitale. The voice of college basketball and resident of Sarasota is a proud Bucs fan, a season ticket holder, a suiteholder.

Maybe prodded by the discovery that O’Reilly is a Bucs fans, Vitale shot an Instagram video about the Bucs and he is stoked about the coming season.

    Clarence Thomas is also a big Bucs fan. At least he was when Dungy, Sapp, Brooks, and co. were around.

    Daily Show even had a joke about it years ago when Thomas went to a school to talk to a class and one of the kids asked him who his favorite team was and he responded, “Well, my team is Tampa Bay. I don’t know if you have ever heard of them though.” which I kind of took as a joke…

    I really really really don’t like my Bucs “being on everyone’s radar.” Historically, it never works out for them. Only when they’re disrespected and flying under everyone’s radar have they actually ever accomplished anything worthwhile.

    Too often we see folks who find a clever “schtick” and ride it to fame and money.

    Not so with Dickie V. What you see is what you get. It’s no fake “schtick”. He’s as genuine as they come and as a Sarasotan he supports all three of our major league teams.

    I’ve seen him at Lightning games…not working…not trying to be noticed…just having a great time. Dickie V is a genuine sports fan and a local treasure. His charitable efforts have grown legendary.
