“This Is That Perfect Team”
May 12th, 2017Someone is very excited about her Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Kay Adams (“Don’t ask me about my business, Kay.”) of NFL Network has been quite vocal that the Bucs are her it team for 2017. And she quadrupled down this week via another breathless soliloquy about how the Bucs are going to become cable television stars this summer.
The co-host of “Good Morning, Football,” wasn’t shy in her pronouncement that teams better watch the hell out for the Bucs. She can’t wait for “Hard Knocks” and says NFL Films, which produces “Hard Knocks,” couldn’t have chosen a better team for their training camp reality show.
“This is that perfect team [for “Hard Knocks”] that was 9-7 last year, and that they are going to take that leap,” said Adams, while wearing her famous porn glasses. “They are going to be contending and the characters — it’s the perfect story because they are trending upwards. The expectations are just high enough because I think they did do everything right [in the offseason].”
Adams also added she is excited to stay up late with Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht. Hhhmmm?
She also noted an interesting point that just may leave the Bucs a hair short of perfection.
“They still don’t have the run game figured out,” Adams said. “So we are looking [at “Hard Knocks”] to poke holes in that. I can’t wait to see how that plays out through training camp with Doug Martin and that whole situation.”
Yes, Joe is geeked, too, for “Hard Knocks.” There are no shortage of stories.
The bond between winning Bucs coach Dirk Koetter and his friend, defensive coordinator Mike Smith; America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston; Doug Martin’s skillset playing in a sandbox; Mr. Beasting Robert Ayers; Ali Marpet; Miko… the list goes on.
Such a pleasant diversion from the drudgery of training camp.

Experience is the best teacher. We are finally there. Koetter’s O and Smitty’s D are now a year old. Guys will know what is expected of them this year from the start.
And Hard Knocks? Do we not think Koetter and Smitty learned something about how to deal with that after their year of experience with the Falcons on Hard Knocks?
May 12th, 2017 at 1:44 pm
Never watched “Hard Knocks?”
Each season, a good chunk of “Hard Knocks” involves a player(s)’ family life.
Generally, loud mouths are not boring. Boring people generally — wait for it — bore viewers which often nudges people to turn the channel, which is exactly what NFL Films folks *don’t* want.
“Hard Knocks” is not aimed at hardcore football junkies.

Lol tvd
May 12th, 2017 at 1:55 pm
Miko said she’s gonna stay out of it.
May 12th, 2017 at 1:56 pm
Miko said on Justin’s podcast that she would be staying out of the limelight on Hard Knocks… but personally I would love to see her on it.
I find it hilarious that some people are so scared / offended by Miko. The truth is she is a bad b!tch w/ a loud mouth who supports her husband in every way (and I mean EVERY way) that a wife should! Some of ya’ll are either jealous or need to grow a bigger pair.
Damn, I love me some Kay Adams w/ her glasses! Fortunately my girl also wears sexy glasses (when she hasn’t lost them lol).
May 12th, 2017 at 2:03 pm
Adams also added she is excited to stay up late with Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht. Hhhmmm?
Hhhmmm what?

She’s cute but I understand Joe’s ibsession with all things Rachel Watson. My 2 biggest problems with her are I prefer real ta tas not Silicon Valley bags
May 12th, 2017 at 2:43 pm
I <3 Kay Adams… and as others commented, the idea of her gushing is, shall we say, uuuhhh… arousing.
May 12th, 2017 at 2:46 pm
As long as hard knocks keeps the camera pointed at Breezy-Boo (jw’s girl) I’ll be happy. That girl fine w a capital F.
May 12th, 2017 at 2:55 pm
After hearing Miko’s interview with Justin on Uncensored, I have a completely different view of her. She is very well spoken and as fans, we are lucky to have her as a stick carrier. But like others have mentioned, she said she is not going to be part of Hard Knocks.

KOBE FAKERS 2017 STATE OF THE UNION (BUCS)
What will curtail us from the 2017 playoffs? With all this talent we now possess, what will happen that will derail us from reaching our potential?
To answers these questions lets go back a few years to 2015. At 2015, Dirk Koetter was only the offensive coordinator and his job was Jameis Winston. 24/7 Jameis Winston development and especially gametime. When Jameis went back to the sideline. He was commanded to go directly to Koetter. What did you do right, do wrong, what are you thinking, what is the DC doing, what is happenning presnap, after snap, what are the safetys doing,….etc
Total mental and situational development of Jameis game. Koetter as OC? Did not to punt the ball back, downfield thinking, playcalling plays in advance, take chances, trickery….etc
2016 Koetter as HC and Playcaller was first days of elementary school. conservative, scared, turtle,…What was happening was Koetter playcalling the whole team. run the ball on 3rd and punt. playcall timid field position not because it was the right thing to do, but he was too overloaded with decisions he wasnt capable to make…..etc
But the real travesty last year and will be again this year is the lack of development of jameis Winston gametime development. Watch every game last year. all 16. after a brief look from barkanian polaroids, Jameis is standing on the sideline doing nothing. talking with no one! just standing! Koetter is now HC and he has to direct and make overall decisions of the whole team. offence, special teams, and the defence….no learning, developing of situational muscle memory of jameis development. Jameis winston regressed last year
But we do have a offensive coordinator. No we dont. Monken is a good wr coach. During all the 16 games, He never had a playsheet in his hands. when the play was done, he went directly to talking to the recievers. Monken talked to Jameis during the games as much as the fat bearded ballboy they hired from FSU.
“What does every NFL team have that only Tampa Bay Bucs dont have?”
OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR. You must have this position to not only help Koetter but to develop Jameis in gametime decision making. Jameis is soo bored or out of whats happenning he wants to play middle linebacker and headbut defenders. Where is Jameis mentally? He should be calm and looking for the next play….But he is all by himself on the sideline….etc
2017 playoffs? playing weak defensive teams jameis and our talent on the offensive side will win easily. however, against the better defenses and top DCs, Koetter and Jameis will bog down again because Jameis gametime decisionmaking skills is not developed without a OFFENSIVE COORDINOR
2017 we will not make the playoffs
MARK THIS DOWN. 2018 we will hire a OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR
So when you see Jameis on the side line all by himself and Koetter is confused and spinning….everyone say to yourselves. “Kobe Faker was right. Where is the OC?”. You guys can just mumble it or move your lips. make sure no one is seeing you at the bar and look both ways and mumble….”Kobe Faker was right”
“So when I go to the bar to look for dirty, loose and very cheap women, …when i see couple of guys turn their head left and then right and they mumble something….I know then, MY WORK IS DONE”
Kobe Faker

May 12th, 2017 at 3:09 pm
If Miko hit the cameras there likely would be a lot of beeps sounding.
May 12th, 2017 at 3:16 pm
That was the “State of the Union” we’ve been at the edge of our seats for?! For you to tell us we won’t make the playoffs?!
Psssssssst, man, puhlease!
First of all, the last thing anyone with a heartbeat will be worried about when surrounded by “dirty, loose and very cheap women” will be your sorry behind Faker!!! Nice try though!
I hope your prediction is dead wrong. In fact, considering your status with Realist, you should probably make another proclamation, except abide by it this time!
May 12th, 2017 at 3:25 pm
wow that was a waste of time for you and everyone that read it kobe.
Koetter will have time to juggle now. He has a system down. Plus I’m pretty sure you need to be talking about a qb coach and not an oc. OC is in charge of a lot more than just jameis’s progression.
Bajakian is really good and I’m confident he will step up to the plate.

May 12th, 2017 at 3:29 pm
I could crush the resident liar like a bug!!!! But sometimes it is better to let the JBF Jester hang himself on this one!!!!!!!! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!
For all that, the truth of the matter was “harder schedule and injuries”, That is is all!!!!!!
Jameis Winston says: Mr. Realist, why does kobe liar, lie so much??????
The Buc Realist says: have you seen his life???? who could live like that and not create a false “reality”!!!!!!!!!
May 12th, 2017 at 3:36 pm
Bajakian is in Winston’s ear every time he comes off the field and has been for the last 2 years Kobe Liar. Just stop. Stop trying to sound intelligent. You are failing miserably.
May 12th, 2017 at 3:40 pm
Ha! I saw that novel and at first thought it was StPete🤣😂🤣 but come to find out it’s just Kobe fakin the funk. Don’t worry Kobe when someone sees someone watching the Bucs in the playoffs looking both ways then start cursing at themselves they’ll probably know it’s you cursing yourself for not listening to BigDBBF99 that Fameis will lead the Bucs to the playoffs. It’s ok we all fall just so we can learn to pick ourselves up. Just dont be that guy who still ain’t learn after all these times of falling😅
May 12th, 2017 at 3:44 pm
Joe, it is cool if they show Miko, but in my post I said “other wives also” if they make it out to be Miko and the Bucs, lol. Then I would be pissed!
May 12th, 2017 at 3:56 pm
Kay… Gushing… Joe you perv. LOL
May 12th, 2017 at 4:05 pm
I was not exactly on the edge of my seat for that state of the Union Kobe. Seeing that it was basically a book I just scrolled right by. Couldn’t care less what your opinion is. Glad it wasn’t just one sentence because i may have accidentally read that. Hope you entertained yourself when writing your novel though.

“Pro Bowler Jameis Winston; Doug Martin’s skillset playing in a sandbox”
How about 2 time pro bowler Doug Martin, Joe?
Your disdain for Martin is not healthy for you, Joe , and yes we know you want him off the team, but you’re starting to sound like the Trump- hater media.
May 12th, 2017 at 5:27 pm
I would love to see Miko on the show BRING IT ON!!!!
DAMN Kay is a hottie!!!

May 12th, 2017 at 6:45 pm
I hope Hard Knocks is nothing but Kwon (Corn) Alexander and Joe Hawley
May 12th, 2017 at 7:12 pm
At what point did she start gushing?
May 12th, 2017 at 9:13 pm
Kobe, got to the party late today but you actually made a couple good points. Forgot one major one however.
Agree that Dirk Koetter changed when he became HC, and his play-calling became more predictable (and less creative). Have never liked dual-hatting coaches (it rarely works IMO … ‘Can’t serve two masters’ as a famous book says). Agree also that Todd Monken may have the OC title, but that’s kind of irrelevant if you don’t have the control that goes with it.
What you didn’t mention though, but that will be a huge factor this year, is the Dirk Koetter – Mike Smith relationship. Koetter was in his first HC year in 2016, and there’s a huge learning curve I’m sure in terms of time management, getting to know ALL of the players, etc. He’s learned from that I’m also sure, and will modify his approach this year (there were already several articles written about that very thing on JBF & elsewhere … I’m sure Realist will gladly dig up the archives for you). The key will be Mike Smith, and how the two of them decide to work the HC-OC-DC responsibilities. Confident though that if it’s not working early in the season, that they’ll successfully adjust.
As for your prediction Bucs won’t make the playoffs, you may well be right, but not because Koetter remains as OC. Other teams do have something to say about our final record. NFC South will be a week-to-week dogfight this year … every one of the 4 teams has the potential to win the division. Personally think that if we go 3-3 in the NFC South we’ll have done well. Of the remaining 10 games outside the division, going 7-3 would be a significant improvement over last year (we went 5-5 there). Thus a 10-6 record could well be the result, but would that be good enough to make it into the playoffs? Only time will tell.
May 12th, 2017 at 9:38 pm
Kay Adams is a wholesome HOT! I married one of those so I am especially enamored. The fact that she loves Football is Icing!
May 13th, 2017 at 3:33 am
Actually Miko said that she would be happy to be on the show but it is the NFL that wouldn’t want her on it. She really does keep it real. I love that lady.
May 13th, 2017 at 4:21 am
YOU GUYS ARE MISSING THE POINT!!!!!!!!!!
ITS NOT ABOUT KOETTER!!!@
Im not about bashing koetter
Its about a position/coach that every team has,…..But we dont have!
Why is it that 31 other teams have one but we dont? Are we special?
Everyone here talks about mentor. Bring back xjax , bring in AP, grimes is here to memtor vh3…..etc…etc
How about the most important position? How about mentor our franchise? Ryan griffin? Renfro? Giraffe? The wr/OC monken is coaching the wrs. How about mentoring Jameis Winston? THE MOST IMPORTANT TIME TO LEARN AND GAIN MENTAL MUSCLE MEMORY IS GAMETIME SITUATIONS
Do you fools actually know that there was never a accurance where a starting QB headbutted a defensive player? In the history of the whole damn NFL!
MARK THIS DOWN! WE WILL DEFINITELY HAVE OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR IN 2018!
You fools should be ashamed of yourselves!!….
“Now off to dirty, loose, and very cheap women”
Kobe Faker
May 13th, 2017 at 5:01 pm

We have an offensive coordinator. His name is Todd Monken. The end.
