“He’s Been Dabbling”
February 6th, 2017Joe always thought former Bucs greats Warren Sapp and Keyshawn Johnson were not friendly.
You couldn’t tell that by a recent meeting of the two.
Last week in Houston. Key broadcasted his BSPN Los Angeles morning show from Radio Row. There, Sapp stopped by and it was a wild appearance by the Hall of Fame defensive tackle.
Sapp shared John Lynch story. The former stud Bucs safety, of course, recently took a job as the general manager of the 49ers and Sapp said he was not surprised at all. Lynch was interested in a front office job for some time, he claimed.
“He dabbles in that side, he dabbles,” Sapp said of Lynch’s talent evaluation skills. “John has been evaluating players the past couple of years. He was in meetings with [Broncos shotcaller John] Elway.”
Sapp also noted how Lynch would regularly call him and discuss the merits of various players and get feedback from Sapp.
Again, you should click the link above. It was a nutso appearance by Sapp, who shared a hilarious story of when Key first moved to Tampa but couldn’t use his own pool.

I would love to hear the audio, but the link sent me to an BSPN app. I do not like them. Can you provide a better link?

Great appearance by Sapp – the guy is so entertaining. All those guys who grew up in the 80s and went to college in the early 90s could just talk trash all day since the PC police didn’t exist and you didn’t have to deal with a bunch of Generation Glee’ers getting fake offended by everything.

Sapp is Hilarious, I know he can’t help himself sometimes, buy miss that guy as a TV personality. It is interesting how so many players from that BUCS era, Lynch, Barber, Sapp, Keyshawn, Booger, Tony Dungy, Jon Gruden, Mark Dominik, Shaun King and Trent Dilfer all were able to go into television (I intentionally left out Greg Schiano). Really, Dave Moore, Jorge Diaz and Ian Beckles aren’t bad either in their roles.

NFL Television and Television in general is better when Warren Sapp is on air.
Sapp is a great role model for folks who need 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th,7th chances. Get the QB Kila back on TV NFL Network Screw the PC Police they and the networks are too busy with Trump to notice Sapp back on TV. It’s all clear!

I wish Sapp would become our Assist. DL Coach. Would be worth a try, and that fire would serve us well.

Sapp is entertaining for sure. But he likes to dabble also. We all know the deal with him. We need another beast like him on the football field though. He was..one of the best..ever done it!!

Sapp is a comedian and is helluva funny. I enjoyed his takedown of Lisa Lampenelli on the celebrity roast. This caliber of player is few and far between found, the Bucs hit that jackpot, a rare feat indeed. Trying to match that level of player could go on forever.

Downloaded the BSPN app and no podcast, searched Keyshawn nothing. O well, I tried.

Don’t need the app. Just click the link. Joe just did and it’s there for all to listen to.

The link is a direct URL that should autopopulate a new tab/window which is the exact audio of the four-minute interview on BSPN’s website. Joe just clicked it and it works for him, just like it has all day.
