Mike Evans learned he’s no Dez Bryant
Here’s your Thursday Pro Bowl week riddle?
What do juice, Mike Evans and 3,000+ pairs of shoes have in common?
They’re all part of a new “Mic’d Up” segment with Evans at Pro Bowl practice at Disney World yesterday.
First, Evans reveals he wants to play on fourth down. “Let me return a punt, man. I got a little juice,” he said.
Then, in a chat with Dez Bryant, Evans tells Bryant he is certain Bryant has enough shoes for 10 NFL teams. But Evans learns he’s way off the mark.
Evans: You got a big closet, huh?
Bryant: Yeah.
Evans: You probably got like 500 pairs of shoes.
Bryant: I got more than that.
Evans: More than 500? Man, C’mon, man.
Bryant: A little over 3,000.
Evans: (Laughs) Look, I thought I was tight talking like 70-something pair of shoes.
Bryant: That’s because I’m big on shoes.
Another highlight was Evans running a little smack at an NFC linebacker, telling the LB he didn’t want any part of a foot race with him. But Evans got it right back when the guy laughed and said he liked his chances. Evans laughed and agreed.
Joe’s glad Evans is having fun this week. He certainly earned it with an A+ season.

Dez is a pro athlete who’s endorsed by Jordan brand. He probably doesn’t buy any of his shoes.

I am so jacked about this pro bowl game!!!! Why you ask, well I im stationed in Japan and happen to be TDY in Biloxi for 1 week and it’s during the Pro Bowl!! Making the drive to Orlando Sunday morning to see ME and GMAC live for the 1st time!!!!
Can’t get any better than that!!!!!!!!
