Only Evan Smith Is Out
November 25th, 2016Sort of good news for the Bucs.
Though the Bucs will be thin at center, only backup center/guard Evan Smith has been declared out for Sunday’s game with the Seahawks. Brent Grimes, Jacquizz Rodgers, Luke Stocker and Alterraun Verner are all listed as questionable.
Verner’s status is listed as “not injury related.” He did not practice Friday. Joe is guessing this implies a personal situation Verner had to attend to or something like a stomach virus.
Safety Earl Thomas, defensive end Michael Bennett and running backs C.J. Prosise and Troymaine Pope have all been declared out by Seattle.

Our team is getting more or less fully healthy at the right time of the year (guys are at least healthy enough to play).
We get a chance to see how we stack up against the class of the NFC this weekend.
I’m not optimistic on us getting the win, but I do see it as a possibility. As long as we are competitive and don’t give the game away I will be happy. And if we pull off the upset, I’ll be f@cking ecstatic.
Then we can start talking about the “p” word.

Phuck Chicago, they suck. If we beat KC next week then we can start talking. Meh. the Chiefs didn’t have Jeremy Maclin or Marcus peters. Beat the Seahawks and then we will talk. Pffft beating the Seahawks when they had no Earl Thomas, or Michael Bennett is Meaningless……Talk to me when……………..
I can already see it and I am gonna stop typing now.

Earl Thomas and Michael Bennett out is HUGGGGGE for the Bucs. I read the Seahawks will have to change there defensive scheme drastically because there some things that only Thomas can do in that defense.

LOL SB, you know there will always be fans like that. Screw em.
To be honest the rest of our schedule is tough. Saints and Chargers can almost always put up some points, and Carolina is still competitive and physical.
Every single win for the rest of the season will be a good one in my eyes. A win over Seattle or Dallas would be GREAT ones though. Go Bucs!

Seahawks can be beaten, but Bucs will have to bring their A-game to do it because Seattle almost never beats itself. Overall talent level probably favors Seattle (at least Vegas thinks so apparently), but the Bucs are improving rapidly and are playing solid football right now. Still say Bucs 27-21.

SB,LOL! If we beat the Chargers, they were just thinking about relocating, and if we beat the Cowboys, ehh, they have a rookie QB. Nothing special!
