Positive news for the Bucs!
The Falcons have declared running back Tevin Coleman, legendary defensive end Dwight Freeney and tight end Jacob Tamme out for tomorrow’s game in Tampa.
Freeney has three sacks this season. Coleman has five touchdowns on 59 carries. Tamme is their No. 1 tight end and has been a Bucs killer in the past.
Joe wonders how the shuffling along the Falcons defensive line will play out. Will Adrian Clayborn (3 1/2 sacks) bump outside more?

One day (and I realize that this is wishful thinking, but I’m in a whimsical mood) we’ll get to the point as an organization that we can feel like we have a chance to win a game without having to monitor the injury report to see if they’ll be bringing their level of play down to match ours.

I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but you guys need to dial down the expectations for this game. The defense played over 80 snaps on sunday, plus this is not the same Bucs team that beat the Falcons week 1. We are more decimated by injuries than they are.
