I was right there with you last week with my frustration level. Not going to happen this week. For all the reasons you mentioned I think the Bucs are going to be embarrassed tomorrow. They seem to always crumble when they are in these season tipping types of situations. Two weeks ago I had high hopes but not anymore. I am big fan of yours and your honest and passionate takes on the Bucs, but this time I think you’re acting a little crazy to predicta Bucs win. I hope you’re right, I just don’t think you are.

The majority on here (including the JBF staff) predicted a 1-4 start during the preseason. It was considered a positive sign. Bucs are 1-3. They should be 2-2. So, why all the end-of-the-season gloom and doom? What gives here? Seriously, Joe.
Joe never predicted a 1-4 start. All Joe ever wrote was the Bucs absolutely had to find a way to go 2-3, and Joe predicted an 8-8 season.–Joe

“A 1-4 record is a positive sign” said no one ever! SMDH!

  4. Mike Johnson Says:

    Not me. I predicted a 1-5 start!!

  5. TouchDownTampaBay Says:

Did you think that starting would have been a positive start Mike? LMAO

  6. BuccaneEric75 Says:

    I’m still at 6-10

  7. Conor Says:

Why is nobody talking about the Vj drop he could have walked backwards into the endzone … Instead we harp on a second year Qb who is throwing the ball all over the field to pretty much one legit Wr.

Warren Sapp could change the culture by himself because he always led by example. The reason Jameis cannot change the culture by himself is that he ALSO has to lead by example, and he can’t do it. You CANNOT just talk like you are the ONLY one that wants to win. You have to show that you want to win and the Atlanta game is the ONLY time JW did that. He had a chance at Home last week but couldn’t get it done. His fumble returned for a TD and a miss to VJax at the goal line could have both been the difference in the game but it turned out differently. The ONLY reason he was able to keep us in the game was because the Rams went into a prevent defense once they got up by 11 points. His last 150+ yards and 2 TD’s were garbage stats. Winston needs to stop with ALL the speeches before the games and just concentrate on his accuracy. Once he wins a couple games with his arm the team will start to believe that they have a QB that can get it done. Go BUCS!
