When was the last time Johnthan Banks was deactivated for a game?
Sheesh, how far the Bucs’ 2013 second-round pick has fallen.

No big surprises there. McDonald’s hamstring is ready.
Joe wonders whether Banks is being protected by the Bucs, with the trade deadline looming on Nov. 1. Perhaps there’s a team or two out there bidding on Banks, the Bucs’ interception leader in 2014.
