I’m still very confident. Once he gets the dead weight off the team and loser mentalities we may not recognize this team at all.
Got to move some of these vets that aren’t contributing like Verner, Vjax, Dotson, and others, except LVD.
Lead, follow or get the eff out of the way.

Still confident.
I expected us to be 2-3 at the bye (granted, with those 2 wins coming agains the Rams and the Falcons, but better that it came against 2 division teams).
Could’ve been 3-2 with a better showing by Aguayo vs the Rams, but that’s water under the bridge now. If you want to blame a GM for selected the most accurate kicker in FBS history, then so be it. Has he struggled his first year? Obviously. Do I expect him to get better? Absolutely.

Totally confident, This is where they should be at this point!!! With signs of improvement coming the rest of the year!!! New wave of draft picks and another year in the systems and the fazing out of players that are consistently injured will help this team greatly!!!!
Go Bucs!!!!

Confidence in Koetter
Licht??? not so much
October 18th, 2016 at 12:45 pm
Just because Licht is way better than Dom doesn’t mean he’s great by league standards..Based on Licht’s record of talent evaluation I put him at average.

hey joe
no poll for jason licht?
October 18th, 2016 at 1:02 pm
Did I miss something? Was it not pretty much universally agreed that if went 2-3 into the bye week, that would be a good thing??
We are who we thought we were. A young team slowly learning and improving, that’s not ready for the big show yet.
Has Koetter made some rookie HC mistakes? Yes.
Do I think he’ll learn from them and improve? Yes.

I’m totally confident in the entire coaching staff as well as Licht.
I get Kobe…he’s just an irritating troll but some of you are embarrassing yourselves with your Licht hate. First of all it’s been said you can’t address a draft pick until after three years. We don’t even have to wait that long for most of Lichts picks.
Based on Licht’s record of talent evaluation I put him at average.
Bwaaahaaahaaaa
In one draft…Jameis Winston..Kwon Alexander 4th freaking round…Donovan Smith and Ali Marpet!!! Now if that’s average name the 16 GM’s who did better!
The prior draft….Mike Evans…pro bowl material…Charles Sims…great season last year…verdict still out until he proves he can stay healthy…ASJ…TOTAL BUST…Kadeem Edwards? Kevin Pamphile a 5th rounder who like Kwon in the 4th has played well…not as great as Kwon is awesome…but Pamphile again a 5th rounder has played very well this year! Name the 16 GM’s who drafted better!
Some of you guys are freaking amazing. I get the disappointment that #3 has yet to cross Tampa Bay without a bridge…he surely doesn’t walk on water but he’s getting to be a very good franchise QB.
Given the number of other solid selections I have to believe that most of the negativity towards Licht is over #3….or perhaps hurt fee fees that Aguayo hasn’t yet worked out. Let’s hope he does because again 3…THREE of Carolina’s losses have come on last second FG’s including the choke by Gano in Denver! Probably should cut Gano eh? Sometimes it gets pretty deep in here.

The Buc Realist Says
“Totally confident, This is where they should be at this point!!! With signs of improvement coming the rest of the year!!! New wave of draft picks and another year in the systems and the fazing out of players that are consistently injured will help this team greatly!!!!”
Wow. I cannot believe how much I agree with you.
Well, except I’m “Very Confident”. That might be because there’s no such thing as a perfect 10, if you know what I mean.

@Buc1987
usually Buc Bonzai agrees with me, it just takes him some time to get there!!!!
Go Bucs!!!!!!
October 18th, 2016 at 4:50 pm
Buc Realist says, (at the top of the page) This is where the Bucs should be at this point 2-3. And now you folk know why the Bucs continue to be..low expectations. 2-3 says you are currently a below 500 losing team. Ohh yeah, That’s some confidence baby!
October 18th, 2016 at 5:08 pm
VJ is done!!! Placed on IR!!!!!! I tried to tell eveyone after the first game that he was not right!!!!!!!
Go Bucs!!!!!!!!!
October 18th, 2016 at 5:55 pm
Mike, Mike, Mike….most of us DID have them going 2-3 at this point in the season. Not you of course. You had lily-white Koetter going 0-5. If not you were hopeful for it.
October 18th, 2016 at 6:50 pm
Lily white? Come on eMan, where’d that come from? Trump?..or..You?
October 18th, 2016 at 7:13 pm
@mike johnson
Actually it was bighogheinous that said it!!! It was one of those days when we got him riled up!!!! saying things like “now that we have the white errrrrr I mean the right coaches in place”!!!!!

October 18th, 2016 at 10:39 pm
