Jaws Sees Action
September 18th, 2016Count Ron “Jaws” Jaworski in on a high-flying carnival show in Arizona this afternoon.
You read Joe’s nugget earlier from esteemed personnel man Pat Kirwan, talking about how the aerial assault will by humming in Arizona today by both teams, the Bucs and the Cardinals.
Jaws is all in on that.
The longtime Eagles quarterback, now a film guru for BSPN, was on 98.7 FM sports radio in Arizona this week talking about how the Cardinals’ “diminutive secondary” can’t match up well to the Bucs’ receivers.
Jaworski also loved how America’s Quarterback, Jameis Winston, distributed the ball to so many players against the Falcons, and he emphasized to the show hosts how very good Jameis is already at this stage in his career.
Jaws also shared a story of how he didn’t recognize Jameis when he first saw him this summer in Jacksonville — because he was lean and rocked up since their last meeting in the summer of 2015.
The Bucs’ defense, Jaws said, isn’t equipped to contain Cardinals’ big weapons and he doesn’t have much faith in the pass rush.
Yeah, the Bucs might need 35 points to win today, but at least they have the juice to get it — on the road.

I think we all might be pleasantly surprised by our D this week in Arizona. That is why I decided to put my money where my mouth is and start the Bucs D in fantasy FB this week. I predict 5 sacks and a turnover for a TD. Bucs win!! 2 – 0

In all honest TVd I think Mike didn’t show too much of his defense to the world because we were beating the Falcons late in the 2nd quarter I think Mike smith is the mask magican and he’s showed table tricks to the Falcons now he’s going to show one of his main attractions to the cards today

Why is everyone talking about the offensive game? Our defense is supposed to be improved. If it is, then we should be holding the Cards to under 20 points at most.
The big question is whether their defense can stop our WRs. They are favorites for the Superbowl for a reason.

@The bucfan 88
You might be right. I would say that he was waiting for the Panthers, but I think any coach that intentionally holds back in the regular season is an idiot, and he doesn’t strike me as one.

I’m so Stoked!! Why does the game have to be 4 and a half hours away?

This game will be the 19th regular season meeting between the Bucs and Cardinals, the series tied 9-9 in past games. The Bucs have won 6 out of the past 9 games vs Arizona. Go Bucs!

Also If we lose I think there’s a good chance we see them again in the playoffs I really believe at this moment besides the panthers we are one of the toughest opponents they will see this year

All of sudden he singing his praises. I want all these mofos to maintain the same position they had when Famous was drafted. “He wasn’t spit and wasn’t gone amount to spit”. I like and respect people that let it be known they don’t like me more than those that pretend to like me.

lf Jaws is correct about us having a lack of pass rush we’re going to need a lot more than 35.
I’m really looking forward to this game. We know beyond a shadow of a doubt that our DB’s are better this year than last and our LB’s are excellent.
We HOPE our pass rush has also improved significantly. This is the game when it MUST be stout to stop Palmer and Fitzgerald and the other Cardinal targets.

This is the same Ron Jaworski
That his made up sources in his head were telling him the Bucs were selecting Mariotta in the draft.

@Ocala
Jaws still mad at the Bucs for the beat down we gave him when he was QB for the Eagles
September 18th, 2016 at 12:47 pm
I remember when Jaws was Hating On Jameis and claimed that he had “inside sources” saying the bucs were all in a Mariota. What a difference a Year makes. It seems Jameis Is turning doubters in to Believers. Lets go Bucs! Fire them Cannons!
Bucs: 27 Cards: 21

“People said I lost 18lbs this offseason but really I lost 8. I knew I looked good….” – Jameis Winston.
Hahaha. That’s my man.
