A Week With GMC
September 20th, 2016Pretty cool feature the four-letter is doing with Bucs stud defensive tackle Gerald McCoy.
GMC is letting BSPN hang with him for a week to get a behind-the-scenes look at the life of a top shelf NFL player during the season.
In this video, it is a sort of MTV Cribs vision of GMC’s homelife, the day after the Bucs got curb-stomped in Arizona. Interesting item: The shoulder that GMC blew up last year? It is still sore. Nearly a year later.

It will be interesting to see what criticisms people will create from this.
September 20th, 2016 at 2:38 pm
Clinton McDonald recently said in an interview: “We have to get our stuff together…we understand that we’re just 1-1. It’s a humbling league, so from now on, we need to go to work with our heads down and expect to get things together the way we need to get them together, so we can have the outcome that we want.” The Bucs’ players are adults and have every right to do these media activities, but can they do so while working with their “heads down”?

Smith needs to figure out how to keep 600-900 lbs. of OL beef off GMC for a change. He figured it out in Hotlanta. Can’t be any harder here especially if he wants to be a HC, again.

I’m curious as to how you believe this can happen. He’s a DL not an LB.
He’s in the trenches! Now if your point is that Smitty needs to figure a way to stop the double teams that’s perhaps a fair point.
But from what we read this D is predicated on keeping the OL off of our LB’s so they can be free to wreak havoc. I do not know of a defense that keeps OL off DL in the trenches.
Maybe you mean move him around a lot more like JJWatt?

BSPN TV following GMC is nothing but a distraction. It has nothing to do with the team. Teams win championships GMC! When GMC stops being a me guy and starts his sentences with WE, this team will win more. GMC talks too much and to be quite frank Aaron Donald is a lot better than him. You would think he would be focused on closing that gap this week but no he is focused on TV crews. Go see if Donald has a TV crew following him….
I expect disagreement with my opinion on this….I ask one question: what good does this/BSPN show do for the BUCS team and winning the Lombardi trophy?

@DoNuts,
I expected some stupid posts, but yours exceeded expectations. Good job by you.

“Go see if Donald has a TV crew following him”
——
Uh, he had one following him throughout training camp genius!
September 20th, 2016 at 4:41 pm
Actually the NFL sent a crew to film the team not a doc on Donald, but whatever cuz you are the all-knowing genius.
I like how he’s complaining about his shoulder as he lifts them both above his head with a smile, no wince no obvious pain. This guy is a fogazzi. I bet he got a lot of expensive cheese to go with his whine.
September 20th, 2016 at 5:03 pm
@DB55,
Yes, but if you watched Hard Knocks, they followed Donald around outside of football. Besides, I guess you believe Gerald is the first player to ever have a crew around him for a couple hours a day. Haters gonna hate.
And how is it complaining if he was asked a question as to what hurts and he answered it? Yeah, I’m sure he is totally making everything up. I’ve yet to hear him make any excuses, but your hatred (or maybe jealousy) makes you feel otherwise.

Big dog just called his audience Gooberville. It must be nice to know everything.

Hawaii
You got issues. Never once have you ever said you’re wrong even when faced with evidence to the contrary. Did Donald have a crew following him like gmc, no sir he did not so you’re wrong simple as that.
This is like the hundredth time we’ve heard about his shoulder. Grow a pair and stfu like Jameis who hasn’t mentioned his injury once!
You should really consider taking GMCs contracted arc out your mouth.

I swear Hawaii is the big dog. I’m sure I’m wrong but I don’t think so. Look at how he talks with the same arrogance and superiority. If only they were right once in a while.
September 20th, 2016 at 7:19 pm
@DB55,
First of all, I’ve said I was wrong many times. Probably more than anyone else on this website. I was wrong about Raheem, Freeman, and Lovie. I wanted Trent Richardson. Unlike you (at least from what I’ve seen), I have owned it, so I’m not sure what the hell you are talking about. Makes you look pretty stupid when you tell lies that are easy to prove wrong.
Yes, you’re wrong. Not the big dog. Get that right out of your mind.
He was asked what hurts the day after a game. He answered it. He followed it by saying everything hurts. Nowhere in his response is there an excuse. It’s an interview to find out about the life of a football player, and you apparently are upset because he says his body hurts the day after a game. Why don’t you grow a pair and get off his?
He’s not making any excuses, and he’s actually played very well. Even had the game winning play (again) against Atlanta. But that’s not good for you. You’ll try to blame him for the 40-7 stomping we got. Jameis is my guy, but that game was on him, period. Spin it however you want, but we could have had any lineman and we would have lost. We had 5 turnovers!!! I know you dislike the guy, but geez.
September 20th, 2016 at 7:22 pm
As for the big dog, I have mixed emotions. Sometimes he can be a pure arse hole, but a lot of the time he nails it. There are some idiot fans out there that honestly believe they know more than those in the know. Unless you are in the building, you don’t know squat. That’s the reality. What are your sources? Do you have access to the coach’s film? If everyone in the building is saying McCoy is a great player, then I’m going to side with them (not to mention what I see with my own eyes). If you can’t let go of the past and stop comparing him to Sapp, that’s on you.

pretty stupid when you tell lies that are easy to prove wrong.

I’d love to see this, post the comments or are you too stupid to find them? Thanks lil pup.

That MF looks happy! WTF! LMFAO. Oh man. Batman played like he always does. No need to say more.

@DB55,

@TheBucRealist,
I’ve been pretty quiet lately, mainly because I didn’t want to say what I’m about to say. You’ve been right the entire time about Lovie. I was wrong. I’m going to go throw up now.
September 20th, 2016 at 8:31 pm
On a high note. I’m excited to see what a GREAT DT plays like this Sunday. Maybe Aunt Geraldine can get a glimpse of what being elite and being the best really is. #99AD

Or how about this:

I NEVER said to trade up to get Richardson. You go ahead and look that up. I’m never a believer in doing that. I admit I loved Richardson, but I’m not a gm and I was wrong. But don’t try to prove a point by making up things. Nice try though.

I guess “Mumbles” has never been wrong before on a player. For the record, Cleveland and Indianapolis both gave up a lot to get him too, so I think it’s safe to say they were wrong too. I don’t hang my head in shame over the fact that I’m not a NFL talent evaluator. Unlike clowns like you, I man up when I’m wrong and don’t pretend to have it all figured out.
September 20th, 2016 at 8:38 pm
@DB55,
So now I’m interested to see if you are man enough to admit when you were wrong. Or will you just disappear and pretend like you don’t see this?

I guess that’s your way of apologizing.
September 20th, 2016 at 10:18 pm
Are you guys done e-fighting?
Let me know when u have a response to the original question of how this GMC-TV deal will lead to the team winning the Lombardi?
Hardknocks is offseason TV pgm so I understand but think its different here; in-season camera crews following u around the building is a distraction. We both know the answer to the question hence the name calling but I expect nothing less on here.
September 20th, 2016 at 11:41 pm
NFL owners do not agree. And they have loads of data and evidence on their side.
Drama sells. Access sells. The NFL is a business, not Pop Warner.
FYI: BSPN paid the NFL $15.2 billion for TV rights. You better believe they will get access like this.
September 20th, 2016 at 11:43 pm
Losing is a distraction.
September 21st, 2016 at 8:10 am
@DoNUTS,
The Arizona Cardinals went “All In” last year, allowing cameras with them the entire season. They even went to the delivery room with Patrick Peterson when his wife was having a a baby. Did that hurt them? You seem to believe these guys are high school guys and get distracted by a camera. What a joke, and it shows how little you know. Some of you are pure comedy.
