“Precautionary” Boot For Marpet

No need to freak out folks.
That’s the word from Bucs left guard Ali Marpet after he was on floppy hat patrol this morning with his right foot in a boot.
Joe thought this was more than odd, as Joe spoke with Marpet after practice yesterday and there was zero indication Marpet was injured at all. He was laughing and joking and signing autographs for fans.
Marpet told Joe today that his ankle began acting up after practice yesterday. He said he could not remember a specific play or incident that injured the ankle.
Marpet referred to his ankle as “sore” and the boot was a “precautionary” measure. Though he wasn’t sure, Marpet confessed he may be held out of Friday’s game against the Browns.
Bucs coach Dirk Koetter sure seemed tight-lipped for a guy who is usually outspoken when asked about Marpet’s injury. Koetter was asked, “Any details on how long [Marpet] might be sidelined by that?
Koetter’s full reply?
“No.”

They all just need to be bubble wrapped until 9/11 the entire team. might as well do the coaches too.

Stork was released for being an idiot. He apparently is a headache and Belicheat had enough of his off field shenanigans, not exactly a ringing endorsement.
