Wow! Doesn’t matter if you hungry, starving, orphaned, abandoned, poor you can rise to the challenge and overcome. Wow! Can you imagine given that speech to a bunch or pre-teens? After you overcome those challenges be careful not to get shot or arrested for smoking a joint. WOW!
So what do you guys talk about in your communities? Be careful for high interest rates, ROIs, and the challenges of getting accepted into the right college?

An open letter to Mr. Winston
Mr. Winston, I have the beginnings of a plan which will help bring wealth and prosperity to all Americans. This is a way to heal the racial divide that is occurring in America right now and getting worse every day. This is a way to bring education, opportunities for meaningful work, and real hope to all of the less fortunate areas of the country. Let me give you a brief summary of how this can happen, and then I will also explain why I think you are the one who needs to be at the head of this movement.
– A fund is created where NFL players can invest their money into the following programs;
o 1st: Education Programs which end in readily available jobs (instead of pieces of paper) after approximately a 6 month crash course (agricultural, construction, basic services, etc.) These jobs will all be centered around inner city areas of NFL cities during the first phase of the program and will give thousands and thousands of people without any hope of decent employment a chance to earn a living. This can be done is such a way that makes all participating NFL players legitimate heroes to this whole country.
o 2nd: Investment in a Players Hospital which is dedicated to researching and healing brain trauma and sports injuries. It is very important that this is funded by players or donations only so the only agenda the hospital has is to serve those that fund it. As an additional benefit this could be used to offer treatment to Veteran’s of the military and police as a way of giving back to those that put their lives on the line for all of us.
o 3rd: Business investment can be the 3rd tier of this plan. A platform will be created where ordinary people with exceptional ideas can propose their business plan along with their funding needs. These ideas would be publically displayed and voted on in a way that lets the biggest and best ideas this country can dream up get the money they deserve based on the quality and virtue of the idea itself. This also gives players financial security that comes from having multiple different income streams which can support them and their families after their career in sports is finished. This is also a way players can directly help rebuilt their home towns in ecologically sustainable and economically profitable ways.
– This fund is completely transparent and available for anyone to see. Every dime the players put in is accounted for and people who get money to start businesses through this players fund are required to provide a list of their costs and expenses so robbery and misuse of the players money is as hard as possible. An added potential here is funding an internet security group to help develop ways of reducing online theft to protect the players fund while open-sourcing their ideas and programs to all Americans.
– The Tampa Bay Buccaneers start this project, but invite all NFL players, and in fact, all professional athletes, actors, celebrities, etc. to also join them in creating an educational and investment program that is truly by the people of this country and supporting the people of this country. A win-win for anyone who is willing to work hard, be honest and open about where and how they spend business related finances, and work in a way that promotes virtue and right. This is an opportunity to give Love & Light a chance to prosper and show what happens when an entire nation comes together.
As a long time Buccaneers fan, I regularly visit JoeBucsFan.com to read up on the team and as you probably know, he is very fond of calling you America’s Quarterback. To make that title become a reality, which I believe you were born to achieve, you start by helping create this program along with your teammates that see the virtue and potential in this idea. Come together as a team and give back to the city that provides for your livelihood and I guarantee you will all be rewarded beyond anything you could imagine. Not only financially, but in watching this country come back together and grow up as a collective peoples. Football is the most loved game in America, and if you have the courage to step up and become the King of this sport by helping bring this idea into reality, then you have the opportunity to return that love and energy to an entire nation.
If this is something you agree too, I would ask you announce the start of this program (Working title is Broad Perception, but that is open to change) at the beginning of Training Camp with the promise to the people of Tampa that the 1st day of the Educational Program will start the day after the Super Bowl at the very latest. While I have formed the shell of this idea, there are a handful of other people that will be needed in properly planning all of the details needed to make this project a success. I am ready to begin bringing these people together immediately to begin work on creating the educational program, all I need is your help in getting this ball rolling.

wow Russel, why don’t you just figure out a way to contact his agent next time. I am glad to see Jameis doing this. He is going to be the HOTTEST quarterback in the NFL this season. So why wouldn’t these people look up to and listen to him.

Russell, those are great thoughts, but the racial divide in this country is exacerbated by the media, unwittingly or by intention, and that is a tide that is very hard to swim against.
These days, it seems not be so much about finding the next MLK Jr, but about eliminating those who stir up fear and hatred (like Mr. Trump on the one hand and Al Sharpton on the other side) for their own agenda.
