“It’s In His Blood”
June 30th, 2016Really cool NFL Films/NFL Network video of America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston.
No, Jameis did not make the NFL Network’s Top 100 players for 2016. Per NFL.com, Jameis finished No. 126.
The video includes interviews from some of Jameis’ teammates, former college teammates and NFL opponents. Also, there’s a neat clip of a referee congratulating Jameis on his famous 20-yard run on fourth down late against the Dixie Chicks at home.
Jameis was thankful for the compliment, but brushed it off telling the referee he was more concerned with the game at hand.
Enjoy.
.@Jaboowins isn’t just a QB.
He’s a leader;
A grinder;
A kid on his way up.
Almost landed in the #NFLTop100 at #126.https://t.co/hMsbnKAz0W— NFL Network (@nflnetwork) June 29, 2016

LOVE IT.. gives me goosebumps. I don’t think ppl haven’t realized how good of a QB we have here in Tampa now, he hasn’t even began to tap in to what he’s really capable of. It’s hard not to love everything about this kid. He is everything we could of asked for and more.
#3 will put Tampa back on the map.

No patriotic music for this? This didn’t need it though. It was already read being in my head while watching it. Fantastic. And God bless America!!

The Ref talking to Winston was classic. I wonder if he saw that play on tv, or if they had it showed in a Ref meeting as a teachable play?

What Ruth is to the Yankees, Seaver to the Mets, Jordan to the Bulls, and Montana to the Niners is what Winston will be to the Bucs. Historically relevant.

126 is Pure bull spit. It’s all good though keeps him humble. keeps him motivated. Keeps him angry.
Lead, follow or get out the way.
Wish they would have showed the play where he literally broke Telvin Smith ankle on a scramble, then he got crushed by a DL pursing the play. JW gets up gives the dude a pound and say nice hit. 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Some may disagree but I personally thought he earned a spot on the top 100. If gurley made it to the 20s as a rookie Jameis should’ve at least been in the 70s or something. How many rookies throw for over 4000 yards! I mean cmon man. He’s a lock next year if he keeps it up.
