Word travels quickly in the background of the NFL. It’s almost a fraternity of sorts.
Once upon a time, Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht was vice president of player personnel with the Eagles. A pro scout named Louis Riddick started with Philly just after Licht left to return to the Belicheats in 2008. Two years later, Riddick held Licht’s old job with the Eagles, working alongside some of Licht’s former colleagues.
Fast forward a few years and Licht is running the Bucs, and Riddick is a talking head for BSPN.
So when Riddick says he hears something about Tampa Bay, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to understand he has connections. Recently, Riddick took to Twitter to type information he is learning about a certain Bucs second-round pick.
@LRiddickESPN – Really REALLY like what I continue to hear about #Buccaneers rookie DE Noah Spence and his approach thus far…
Feel free to speculate where Riddick is getting that information, vague though he was.
Joe sure wishes Riddick was a bit more specific. Perhaps he will spill the beans on BSPN this week?

Really starting to like that our schedule is among the toughest this year…national exposure will get us noticed. But I’m really stoked that alot of the naysayers on JBF has died down. No need to bash any player right now. Hope these #MDG (modern day gladiators) stay healthy. Comprehensiveness with the coaching n learning, along with the WILL to win= 11-5. Why not? BELIEVE!!! I do, alot of fans do, but everybody NEEDS to show support! Also as many of you would agree that… JBF 1ST PLACE, BUCSnation 2nd in terms of all that is BUCS news. Players show come here (I think many do, lol) n see our undying loyalty to the TEAM. not crybaby talk about things that most can’t do in there wildest dreams.

I beleive Mike Glennon wants to play basketball. I remember seeing a video of him shooting around and dunkin in his driveway as a kid and wearing short shorts. On youtube.

Really hopeful for seeing some good things this season from our Bucs. I think there are still plenty out there that are discounting our team, which is fine with me. They’ll all see soon enough.

Every team in the league pass him up once,a few twice and then Mr. Licht said “bring that @$$ to the Bay son”.. Spawn has all the motivation he needs. Reminds me a lot of Sapp’s draft story and the beast that was unleashed upon the league there after.

I can’t wait to see this guy hit the fieldn I like how he has owned up to his past. He was knocked for his 40 time but I think he had a hamstring issue at the combine. Then it was a bad weather day at his pro day not long after th e combine. Yet he still improved his time. I think Spence’s speed is underrated.

Why do people care about getting national recognition? Who gives a poop. Theres only 32 teams in the league, any one wins games theyll get recognition. Soooo for those of you who just have to have the national re ognition, a playoff season will get it. Go bucs

True we win consistently we will get national recognition, the bucs have only had like a 10 year stretch of playing well, as fun as that was, doesn’t get rid of the 30ish years of NO REASON TO CARE bucsball, with that being said, sure feels like we got the right pieces in place QB, GM, and coaching staffers

I’m not worried about it because the bucs will demand the respect they deserve when they get on the field this year and start busting heads. We’ll let our play do the talking. I’m so excited to see our revamped defense, it’s been a while since this team has had a respectable D. And that’s what this franchise “was” known for. Time to bring that title back.
