NFL Draft Day 3, Open Thread
April 30th, 2016OK folks, have at it. Bang it here for your thoughts on Day 3 of the NFL Draft today, including Bucs chatter.
Who knows, maybe Jason Licht will trade up into the fourth round and select a backup quarterback?
Joe’s choices? Nothing but wide receivers and defensive ends. All. Day. Long.
April 30th, 2016 at 6:11 am

LUVMYBUCS.
Day- take him off the list. He has injuries all over
Andrew Billings is the DT to snag. He was projected late first to third and definite rotational guy seeing the field.
I like Tapper too.

April 30th, 2016 at 6:57 am
Im an FSU homer but even I question why we gave up soo much to get Aguayo. And a 3rd and a 4th? There were trade ups in 1st round that less it seemed.
April 30th, 2016 at 6:57 am
Dave
Thx for the update
April 30th, 2016 at 6:58 am
Duke safety cash is still there?
Snag him.
April 30th, 2016 at 6:59 am
Not sure why Billings has fallen. Haven’t heard of an injury concern

April 30th, 2016 at 7:09 am
I agree DT -Billings if he is there.
Safety – Killebrew or DE – Judon are possibilities.
I would still like to see a surprise at Wr maybe in the 5th like Boehringer or Grant because as Chucky would say they have “JUICE !!!” just check the tape.
Then finish out with Gronkowski

LUVMYBUCS
Thanks for all the info !!!
April 30th, 2016 at 7:24 am
Welcome
April 30th, 2016 at 7:26 am
I think fans are looking at things the wrong way on the Aguayo pick….
You have to look at the draft this way:
VH3,Spence, Aguayo…….those are our first three picks…..
Forget what we paid for Aguayo because he is as much a sure thing as you can get……after all we drafted Bowers in the second round and Myron Lewis in the third.
I am quite certain that we had to do what we did or someone else would own him now. I don’t think anyone questions his capability.
April 30th, 2016 at 7:44 am
UDFA
Will Parks Arizona 6-1 194 4.60
April 30th, 2016 at 8:09 am
Along the same lines as TBBF said and some others last night – we really used a third rd pick on Aguayo because the fourth was free money. We also got another guy who wanted to play for the Bucs and the best at his position this year. I would have maybe liked to see different picks personally but getting three players that fill areas of need that are considered to be the best or one of the best in this draft is a really good draft.
April 30th, 2016 at 8:24 am
we should give up all 2017 picks and move up two spots and draft a running back!
April 30th, 2016 at 8:29 am
TBBF I do not question his abilities at all but after even making the move that put us back in the second round I think that there were much more pressing needs to help our team other than Roberto. I think a great DT or DE at that point would have been a smarter move to help our team, and there were some available. Oh well we are the Bucs after all.
April 30th, 2016 at 8:34 am
I am fine with the pick since it really was just a 3rd and no one can argue that he is the best player at his position in this draft or most any draft. That is worth something, especially since we have struggled so much over the last 8-10 years to find consistency at this position.
My only concern is that he regressed over the last year. He was probably picked a round early but worth the risk. I give Licht credit for sticking his neck out on this one.
April 30th, 2016 at 8:42 am
BUCS DID NOT GIVE UP A 3RD FOR HIM!
They upgraded it into a 2ND for the price of a 4th…a 4th they didn’t originally have.
It was a brilliant move.
April 30th, 2016 at 8:45 am
@LUVMYBUCS
Don’t forget that K.J. Dillion and Jeremy Cash are still there for the taking as well.
And for WR you still have…
Mike Thomas – Southern miss (Todd Monken will be pulling for him. Big, tall, possesion guy that is built like a V-Jax.)
Pharoah Cooper – South Carolina (a well rounded receiver that can basically do it all.)
Demarcus Robertson – Florida (talented guy that can play the slot. Might be able to snag him in the 6th if we’re lucky, since we don’t have a 5th)
April 30th, 2016 at 8:58 am
Bonzai- relax.
April 30th, 2016 at 9:01 am
The more guys we get who actually want to play for the Bucs and are elite, the better off we are. We are changing the culture here slowly.
Everyone is getting their panties in a bunch over trading a 4th we didn’t have on Wednesday. I trust Licht’s Intel. If he traded up, he’s sticking it to another team…of this I am sure. He is a smart guy.
And another thing…what’s up with all of these people who I’ve never seen post before? You all come around just to be negative and it makes you look like a troll. One actually said he was moving on to the Jags. To me, he is the mascot for all of you new negative nancies lol.
April 30th, 2016 at 9:12 am
4th – Pharoh Cooper is my pick for us if we are going to address WR….and we need to. But yes Ive heard, they’re focusing on D. So then its Andrew Billings. But he’ll go quickly. Worries about his arm length and only being used in 35% of plays. Well, its a 4th and Im sure he can be coached to do more. Just not understanding that one.
5th or also a 6th if there – Safeties Jayron Kearse Clemson (nephew of Javon) and Tyvis Powell Oh St.
other 6th – WR Moritz Boehringer….why not, its a 6th!!
April 30th, 2016 at 9:14 am
Bonsai- I’ve been saying it all night, amazing how people can’t see that we gave up a 3rd for a 2nd, it’s laughable all these “experts” don’t see this. He has the potential to lead the NFL in scoring, this isn’t our grandfathers, dads and our generations typical Bucs offense.
April 30th, 2016 at 9:45 am
No idea why Billings is still there but get him! Tapper, Day, Killebrew or Listenbee all would be solid picks right now as well!
April 30th, 2016 at 10:15 am
My heads still spinning from Aguayo pick but I’ve calmed:
1. If it works out he will be a Buc for 15-20 years and one of the best kickers in the league and a reason we win an extra game or 2 every year. That’s worth a 1st if that happens lol but a lot to count on.
2. I LOVE LOVE LOVE our first 2 picks so much that I really don’t care.
3. The player pool of available guys isn’t that depleted honestly compared to what was available in the 3rd. The drop off seemed to happen mid to late 2nd for me and the next pool is deep into the 4-6 rounds
Billings and Pharoah Cooper would be dream picks
April 30th, 2016 at 10:20 am
My two picks come down to Cash and Cooper
April 30th, 2016 at 10:23 am
Bucs will get best grade of entire draft, wasnt a fan of VH3 but to back it up w spence then aguayo awesome picks!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 10:28 am
Still plenty of talent available to get a quality DT and SS. Fill in with a slot receiver and FB late or via UDFA = a great draft for the Bucs.
April 30th, 2016 at 10:35 am
sequence: day 3
Best DT available
Best S available
Fastest Receiver available
Best Full Back available
Please!
April 30th, 2016 at 10:36 am
Billings, Ridgeway, Listenbee, Cooper….Id love Billings but I dont think hell be there if the buccs trade-up….Ridgeway will be good as welll…and I’d love to get Listenbee to bolster our receiving corps and add a vertical element to our passing game!
April 30th, 2016 at 10:47 am
BucBonzai, great point of the trade up to get the FSU Automattica…. But alas the trolls will not let it go and whine, whine ,whine… Most real Buc fans realize the value of the Bucs two 2nd round picks, the trolls simply want to flame any positive intelligent post!
April 30th, 2016 at 10:57 am
The first two picks were graded a B from the site I looked at. A lot of A’s and some A+’s following those picks.
April 30th, 2016 at 11:00 am
Old Scurvy Dogs made the best point I’ve seen anywhere. They are changing the culture to a winning culture year by year with Jason Light. I like these moves because guys that want to be here aren’t going to settle for losing.
April 30th, 2016 at 11:05 am
That DE from South Carolina State is a beast and long with the slot receiver, Pharoah Cooper from South Carolina
April 30th, 2016 at 11:05 am
Well……….with the addition of Agyoyo to the Bucs and Eddie Pinero to the Gators, I can safely say both may pro and college teams have the best kickers in their leagues! 🙂
April 30th, 2016 at 11:07 am
Billings and Pharoah Cooper would be dream picks
…………………………..
AMEN LordC!!!!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 11:34 am
WR possibilities:
Pharoh Cooper
Kolby Listenbee
Malcolm Mitchell
Safety:
Miles Killebrew (Compared to Sabby the goat though)
Deandre Houston Carson
Jalen Mills
DT:
Andrew Billings
Hassan Ridgeway
Sheldon Day
OL:
Christian Westerman
Jerald Hawkins
Vadal Alexander
I think any of these guys could be targeted today.
April 30th, 2016 at 11:39 am
My Updated Wish List After Yesterday
Round 4, Pick 10 (108)
Miles Killebrew – Strong Safety
DeAndre Houston-Carson – Free Safety
Round 5, Pick 9 (148)
Beau Sandland – Tight End
Deiondre’ Hall – Corner Back (change to Safety; if we don’t take one)
Round 6, Pick 8 (183)
Deon Bush – Safety (if we don’t take one)
James Cowser – Defensive End
Round 6, Pick 22 (197) (From Redskins)
Andy Janovich – Full Back
Kenyan Drake – RB (Returner)
UNDRAFTED PLAYERS WORTH CONSIDERING
Shawn Oakman – Defensive End
Jakeem Grant – Return Specialist
Kevin Hogan – Quarterback
April 30th, 2016 at 11:48 am
I want Andrew Billings or Hassan Ridgeway!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 11:51 am
Actually, I wouldn’t mind a good WR.
April 30th, 2016 at 11:59 am
Rashard Higgins – WR
A little slow. not a speed guy. But reliable catcher and scores a lot of points. He could be worth it.
FYI, Kenny Bell is a speed guy. In college, he led his team in yards, TDs and kick returns. He just needs game time to develop.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:02 pm
S or WR please…..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:04 pm
I’m baffled so many people are looking past Jeremy Cash.
Dude is a flat out playmaker
April 30th, 2016 at 12:10 pm
Trading up to grab a kicker in the second is about as questionable as trading up in the third for a division III unknown guard.
Remember, the higher the monkey goes up in the tree, the more his arse shows.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:13 pm
We may as well take our 4 and 5 round picks and trade up higher in the 4th and take a friggin Punter to go with yesterday’s stellar pick.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:15 pm
ESPN ticker is showing Bucs with #106 and #108 pick. Didn’t we give one of those up yesterday to trade back into the second? Or did Glennon get traded for a 4th?
April 30th, 2016 at 12:15 pm
Raiders are twits again, lol
April 30th, 2016 at 12:18 pm
unbelievable
ESPN is screwing up as usual
April 30th, 2016 at 12:20 pm
Maybe we can trade up and grab a long snapper next lol….gonna be pissed we get a guard…ok if we pick up Paul Perkins or Jordan Howard not needs but BPA if Ridgeway and Billings are gone both were potential 2nd rounders
April 30th, 2016 at 12:21 pm
Sheldon day gone
April 30th, 2016 at 12:22 pm
Ok it’s updated now we only have #108.
Damn, I got all excited again.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:22 pm
Billings is still on the board guys. Keep your fingers crossed.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:22 pm
Getting Billings would make up for the kicker picker
April 30th, 2016 at 12:22 pm
Ridgeway billings or cooper at this point.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:23 pm
A little jealous of how dramatic improvement the jags have had on its defensive roster lol
April 30th, 2016 at 12:23 pm
ESPN is the worst.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:24 pm
I hope we draft either DeAndre Houston-Carson a Safety, Malcolm Mitchel a WR, or Jack Allen a Center. Billings would be ok at this point. I would personally go with Houston-Carson
April 30th, 2016 at 12:24 pm
I read billings is dropping because of a knee issue.
Not sure how I feel about him.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:24 pm
The bucs kinda lost me yesterday with that kicker bs
April 30th, 2016 at 12:25 pm
Chiefs have 3 4th round picks. Too bad they don’t need a QB…
April 30th, 2016 at 12:26 pm
I don’t see why we need Billings. We’re stacked at DT.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:27 pm
@bonz
Kenyan Drake has already been drafted
April 30th, 2016 at 12:27 pm
Yea I’m thinking the same thing Bonzai
April 30th, 2016 at 12:28 pm
I’m not sure if Billings is better than Ridgeway, its strength versus explosion, I’m just hoping we get one or the other
April 30th, 2016 at 12:28 pm
@Destinjohnny
It was a smart pick. Kickers are more important now, and he is the best of the class.
He is an assured starter, just like the first 2 picks.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:29 pm
Also, I’m not too big on Billings, but you can never have too many DT’s. Ever
April 30th, 2016 at 12:29 pm
I read about that too PR but it is BS. I think teams don’t see as good of “Pass Rusher” as they do “Run Stopper”. I think Hayes will do fine with him if we get him
April 30th, 2016 at 12:30 pm
You guys who say this kicker is so great how do you explain his average stats over 40 yards? I don’t get it. He was 5-9 over 40. That sux.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:30 pm
Outside of DT, which we DON’T need, Miles Killebrew, Safety, is the next BPA on defense.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:30 pm
Oh hush up about the kicker and get over it.
It’s done. Deal.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:31 pm
I hope we trade MG8 this round…fingers crossed
April 30th, 2016 at 12:33 pm
He was 14-22 on kicks over 40 yards.
I would take Houston-Carson over Kilebrew. Miles will end up being a hybrid LB. Houston-Carson has potential to be a stud.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:34 pm
Lol people regurgitating the same garbage like it means something
April 30th, 2016 at 12:34 pm
@Brent bull/buc
Hey stupid…he’s good inside 49 YARDS. It’s the 50+ yards where he isn’t.
Stop your freaking constant trolling.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:34 pm
Draft Andrew Billings!!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 12:35 pm
We need a wr, but I think we should wait till the 5th or 6th to take German guy, 6’4 and ran a 4.4 40. Can catch, but he is the only wr left that has size, speed and can catch.
In Licht I Trust
April 30th, 2016 at 12:35 pm
Berto will improve on his long kicks as he adds more muscle. He is money on extra points, which are crucial now. Not the guy I would’ve picked in that situation but it still could’ve been worse. We now have a Kicker that can play for the next 20 years if he stays healthy. Couldn’t say that before yesterday.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:35 pm
I would sign Roddy White to a year contract and then wait to draft a WR next year…
April 30th, 2016 at 12:35 pm
Damn we traded back
April 30th, 2016 at 12:36 pm
espn is showing the picks faster than nfln
April 30th, 2016 at 12:36 pm
Damn Chris Moore’s gone
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
Damn Ali is beautiful woman..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
ROFL!!!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
Ryan Smith? CB? ok.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
Ali (Cheerleader)
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
Jimbo
I would love to draft the German kid in the 5th round.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
Dickie V, lol
April 30th, 2016 at 12:37 pm
A Cb? OK but……
April 30th, 2016 at 12:38 pm
Anyone know who that is?
April 30th, 2016 at 12:38 pm
Well there’s that folks
April 30th, 2016 at 12:38 pm
Ryan Smith DB
April 30th, 2016 at 12:38 pm
Another CB?!?
I’m starting to have some serious doubts about the draft this year.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:38 pm
Don’t understand taking another CB. He is a good player but we need a Safety. Not another corner. Once again could’ve been way worse.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:39 pm
Wow. Welcome to Tampa, Ryan.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:39 pm
Dicky V! 😀
Scared me lol
Not sure how I feel about Ryan Smith
April 30th, 2016 at 12:40 pm
Another short DB….I don’t care for this one.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:40 pm
Im eh, about him, and understand CB again, but with Billings still there? Man, he must have video of bong smoking AND shooting up.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:40 pm
There is a plan in place. It’s just not easy for us to see. But I trust Licht and Smitty
April 30th, 2016 at 12:40 pm
We might be seeing just how much this team is missing Jon Robinson.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:40 pm
Hopefully Houston-Carson falls to the 5th.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:40 pm
Could they plan on converting him to safety?
April 30th, 2016 at 12:41 pm
Andrew Billings situations – reminds me of what happened to Tommy Kelly & Chris Canty a few years ago.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:41 pm
Maybe we bounce a CB to safety?
April 30th, 2016 at 12:41 pm
See ya Verner!
April 30th, 2016 at 12:42 pm
WTH? This is a head scratcher of a pick. Not sure I’m feeling it unless they are moving banks to safety. Loved the first 3, not so much the 4th.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:42 pm
Could be. Or maybe thy are going to convert Banks to safety.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:42 pm
How many CBs does that make on our team like 7, this draft just went from MEH to what the hell are you drinking Licht Andrew Billings isn’t a good pass rusher Hassan Ridgeway doesn’t have the best motor Miles Killebrew is small school and slow but who the hell needs a small school CB that will not see the field like ever
April 30th, 2016 at 12:43 pm
But it goes to show they really do feel our CBs were as horrible as advertised.
We don’t know if they have safety planned for maybe Banks or this new kid?
Interesting enough but our DBs were terrible last year lol
Regardless until He gives us a reason not to
#InLichtWeTrust
April 30th, 2016 at 12:43 pm
AHHHHH….He’s a returner!
April 30th, 2016 at 12:43 pm
I’m willing to bet we trade back up into the 4th using our 5th and one of our 6th. We should also trade Glennon for another 4th.
Draft Houston-Carson and go ahead and grab the German with the other pick. There is still some really solid players on the board.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:43 pm
Perhaps they like the safeties they have.. Stop being whiny bitches. Sheesh
April 30th, 2016 at 12:43 pm
Now it makes sense.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:44 pm
I think we need more help on the line and that will in turn help the Backs….
The GM knows what they need but I don’t see it
April 30th, 2016 at 12:44 pm
Maybe Smith is Marpetish!
April 30th, 2016 at 12:45 pm
He’s seems to be a physical specimen. Guess they see upside / potential. I really think we should have went WR though.
Hopefully they target baby gronk next round bc cooper will be gone.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:45 pm
I am flummoxed for sure on this one…unless they are releasing a current CB or Banks moving to S…or both….
wow..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:45 pm
Really good report on Ryan Smith from ESPN…….maybe we will make him a safety…….he returns kicks…
Doesn’t sound good for one of our CBs…..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:45 pm
Y’all do realize DT isn’t considered a need right?
They love what Clinton brings to the table.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:46 pm
I believe they took Ryan Smith for his return abilities. The fact thqat he is a solid DB is a fringe benefit.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:46 pm
Billings won’t be on the field on the 3rd down. That’s a huge problem when drafting a player. Throw in a questionable knee and there you go. He could still be around in the 5th or 6th. Seems like some teams may have him off their board completely.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:47 pm
Banks to safety?
April 30th, 2016 at 12:47 pm
@Pa
That’s what I’m thinking…
April 30th, 2016 at 12:47 pm
Say Bye Bye to Banks
April 30th, 2016 at 12:47 pm
@ buccbozaoi
Exactly. We have seen the bucs do this before. Tarnard jackson and keith tandy were converted safeties. I love when people wonder why we picked someone when player x is still on the board. Thats easy…because your crap draft board is not the same as the 32 gms in the nfl. This is a passing league and billing is only a run stuffer. The bucs may not value a run stuffer in the 4th rd. Really not that difficult to understand.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:48 pm
I trust Licht……this guy may be like Marpet……a real sleeper…..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:49 pm
Our DLine was SOFT last year….You do realize that
April 30th, 2016 at 12:49 pm
I’m disappointed we didn’t move up for a punter.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:50 pm
I trust Licht completely..this kid is getting great reviews around..so I am happy with it…
April 30th, 2016 at 12:50 pm
He is def a physical specimen. His return value will earn him a roster spot. He could also be a nickel corner for the future. That’s what people forget it seems. You draft guys for the future not for the 1st year. Especially in the 4th round and on.
We have a solid core now with Banks, Hargreaves, and now Smith. Our future looks really bright. Grimes and Verner will help this year. After that the 3 guys mentioned above could shine. I’m ok with it.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:52 pm
Not only is he a returner but he was considered to go higher as a CB the guy has 4.4 speed and isn’t here just to be a special teamer.
They have plans for him either as our future safety or #3 CB
April 30th, 2016 at 12:52 pm
ATrain Says
Our DLine was SOFT last year….You do realize that
We are stacked at DT. We signed a DE and drafted a DE.
It’s been addressed.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:53 pm
what number is our next pick
April 30th, 2016 at 12:53 pm
And don’t forget, George Johnson might do well under the new DL Coach.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:54 pm
PRBuc makes sense and he does have speed! a sleeper pick for sure..Licht recognises talent..so I completely trust in him..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:54 pm
Who other than Akeem are our backup dt? A wr could have been had with cooper and Higgins..
April 30th, 2016 at 12:55 pm
CB Brent Grimes | Ryan Smith
CB Alterraun Verner | Jude Adjei-Barimah
SC Vernon Hargreaves | Josh Robinson
Johnthan Banks???
April 30th, 2016 at 12:56 pm
I’ll defer to Licht on that pick. I know nothing about the guy. He’s undersized with small hands and average burst according to the draft profile but he has good awareness, anticipation and ball skills. He also was a solid returner. Sounds like a good prospect worthy of a 4th rd selection. I view this pick as a secondary depth signing with potential and the possibility of a kick returner that we sorely need.
April 30th, 2016 at 12:56 pm
BuccaneerBonzai
Please tell me where the HELL – are we stacked at defensive Tackle (Ref: Carolina)
C’mon bruh
April 30th, 2016 at 12:56 pm
Ryan Smith played safety at NC Central. Just converted to CB.
I’d say he’s going to be our next safety
He blew up the combine BTW
April 30th, 2016 at 12:57 pm
I don’t think we are drafting a WR..I think we are signing Roddy White and hit the WR class next year…or maybe sign an undrafted and have Roddy mold him??
That’s my dream scenario…
April 30th, 2016 at 12:57 pm
Coleman.

Thanks..I am getting happier with this pick the more I read about him!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 12:58 pm
We have 4 DTs. How many do we need?
April 30th, 2016 at 12:59 pm
I think you’re right Life, although I personally don’t know how much Roddy has left considering he still hasn’t been signed by anyone. But we do need to add another WR or 2.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:00 pm
LDT Gerald McCoy
RDT Akeem Spence Clinton McDonald
Akeem Spence (FA) 2017
Clinton McDonald (29)
April 30th, 2016 at 1:00 pm
Okay, you sold me on Billings. 😛
April 30th, 2016 at 1:01 pm
@Luv
You forgot Coleman. Future Hall of Famer
April 30th, 2016 at 1:02 pm
If hey Jude makes the team over banks I’ll be shocked.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:02 pm
Well let see Bonzai, maybe cut the ones who can stop a wet mop.
3rd string QB ate us up last year ,,,, WHY because they could sit back and have a 3 course dinner….Yes the Backs had something to do with that… But we need a Beast in the line that will take pressure offbof McCoy so he has no more excuses…
April 30th, 2016 at 1:04 pm
Ayers and gholson play both outside and inside. Chill with we need dt crap and let licht draft value with his picks. Some of you are hillarious
April 30th, 2016 at 1:04 pm
There goes Cooper 🙁
April 30th, 2016 at 1:05 pm
@Tiny Tim
Shhhh…they wanna feel smart.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:06 pm
Panthers are funny too they had a much better DLine than us and went out and got a beast..
How many CB do we have now 10
April 30th, 2016 at 1:06 pm
What about the Bucs taking this German WR Boehringer in the 5th? 6’4″ 227 lbs and runs a 4.40 forty.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:07 pm
Plus the bucs are going to be more aggressive on defense with many more blitzes. It will not be the only rush with 4 linemen 90% of the time. Chill
April 30th, 2016 at 1:07 pm
Don’t forget…a bunch of players will be released the next week
April 30th, 2016 at 1:09 pm
With Banks ability to hit and tackle and his ball skills I actually think he’s better suited as a safety. Namely a strong safety. I’m looking for Banks to emerge as a possible switch to safety. Licht and Smith know what they are doing on defense.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:11 pm
Bonzai is the smartest…Just ask him…
Biggest Tool on here..
Agree with him or your stupid..
Bonzai how much do the Bucs pay you for your opinion?
April 30th, 2016 at 1:12 pm
@cmurda
That would be interesting. But he seems a little thin to me for safety.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:13 pm
ATrain…it sickens me that you think about my tool.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:14 pm
BuccaneerBonzai
Bruh
BRUH
You gonna call a guy that was signed to a reserve/futures contract depth?
April 30th, 2016 at 1:14 pm
Ryan a Smith has potential to be a special talent we could be set at corner for the next 5 years especially if Banks resigns after a decent year
April 30th, 2016 at 1:15 pm
“Agree with him or your stupid..”
“Your” is possessive.
The proper word is “you’re”.
Irony
April 30th, 2016 at 1:16 pm
Nah lol what part of Ryan Smith played a majority of his time at S is hard to understand?
Licht knows what he’s doing y’all.
And as far as Jude goes, a “rookie” who was able to put in such good tape last year more good tape than bad won’t be going anywhere imo
April 30th, 2016 at 1:16 pm
Of course you would use a 3rd grade come back…
TOOL
April 30th, 2016 at 1:17 pm
@LUV
It was a joke, lol. I know he’s camp meat. But look! I stopped everyone from crying over taking a kicker in the second round. 😉
April 30th, 2016 at 1:18 pm
ATrain
You really must drop this obsession. “No” means “No.”
No.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:21 pm
the bickering is humorous indeed lol
April 30th, 2016 at 1:21 pm
No one is saying Ryan Smith isn’t a solid prospect. But is he better than Adrew Billings? C’mon for most of us that watched him PLAY – would disagree.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:21 pm
Sheesh, people…you must have missed my comment earlier

April 30th, 2016 at 1:23 pm

LDT Domata Peko | Pat Sims
RDT Geno Atkins | Brandon Thompson | Marcus Hardison
Andrew Billings
Now that’s depth lol
April 30th, 2016 at 1:24 pm
There goes Deon Bush.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:25 pm
I know right Luv? So far just 1 Dline, Spence, which was needed but we couldve used a little more help. Guess next year’s class looks better. I’ll admit it does look awesome with Jonathan Allen and Myles Garrett.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:26 pm
Hopefully we can get Judon next
April 30th, 2016 at 1:27 pm
@MadMax
We also signed a DE, didn’t we? Maybe the new DL Coach feels he can turn GJ around too.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:27 pm
MadMax
Yep trade the farm for Myles Garrett. I’m ok with that
April 30th, 2016 at 1:28 pm
bro, imo DT isn’t a need
so we won’t agree here, we can just agree to disagree 😀
April 30th, 2016 at 1:29 pm
Its odd that they say he dropped so far cuz he cant rush the passer but yet all the highlights they show are of him rushing the passer. Maybe he’ll prove them all wrong. But clearly every team thought the same way.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:30 pm
Alright, the last ones left for me, hopefully we’ll get one, S Jayron Kearse, S Tyvis Powell, or WR Boehringer. I have to go after 5th round, my best friend is celebrating his 50th today.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:31 pm
I’m thinking that we need Bullringer in the 5th. It might be a reach, but the guy is BIG and FAST
April 30th, 2016 at 1:32 pm
Yeah, we signed Ayers Bonzai, I was talking about drafting though.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:35 pm
Please, Jakeem Grant, a Darren Sproles clone…
April 30th, 2016 at 1:35 pm
Bullringer….Boehringer….hahaha yeah.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:37 pm
I hated the Ayers signing, but people told me I was wrong about him. If Licht made the right choice in signing him…then we only needed one DE.
Honestly, I was just stirring things up because i was sick of the kicker complaints.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:41 pm
I like finding those late round surprises though, and Billings will be the biggest one out of this draft.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:46 pm
Another guy that fills an area of need for the team. What are the thoughts for the 5th and two 6th rounds?
April 30th, 2016 at 1:52 pm
MadMax
U know its our favorite day of the draft brotha
April 30th, 2016 at 1:53 pm
@buccaneer banzai your kicker missed 3 kicks 40-49 and 2 plus 50. Look it up. Pro football focus gives the pick a d-. As for our tremendous depth at dt I’ll chalk that up to another one of your blunders.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:55 pm
3 kicks. Wow. Crucify him.
April 30th, 2016 at 1:56 pm
Anthony Zettel Penn St. 6-3⅞ 277 4.81

April 30th, 2016 at 2:01 pm
I like Listenbee and Boehringer at WR, there are several OL I like still out there, and a few safeties too.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:03 pm
Oh yeah, the Gronkster for FB……remember FB is a need, a late round need, but still a need.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:03 pm
Hope we get FB Dan Vitale next another 10 year starter
April 30th, 2016 at 2:04 pm

@madmax – I like both of them at S but add in there Dillon from WVa
April 30th, 2016 at 2:04 pm
Win the trenches they say…
Well not this Bucs team.
My question is this:
When/If McCoy, McDonald and Spence go down, who the f**k is going to step in at DT? Our D-line and undersized ends in particular are going to get worked and worn the f**k out all day by any competent running game.
I know it’s early but wtf is going on?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:05 pm
and Cash is out there too!

April 30th, 2016 at 2:08 pm
There still some more good CB’s left!
April 30th, 2016 at 2:08 pm
How is Cash is on the board? That guy was listed as a 2nd round pick on so many mocks.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:09 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:16 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:16 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:20 pm
FB or S -Cash or Houston-Carson?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:20 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:22 pm
Alrighty I’m gonna stop guessing cause clearly I’m not on the same page with Licht since the first 3 pics lol.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:22 pm
anyone know anything on this guy?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:23 pm
Protect the franchise. Welcome to Tampa Caleb.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:23 pm
The Arizona state guard was still on the board, he should have been a 3rd or 4th round pick. Y pass him up?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:23 pm
Nigerian alpha male!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 2:24 pm
He’s developmental probably, but I’m happy with the pick.
It may not blow the doors off anyone’s bandwagon, but it’s another solid pick. And he might surprise us. Given the injury issues at right tackle, he’ll probably start half the season.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:24 pm
MadMax
Lol
April 30th, 2016 at 2:24 pm
Big guy too…..could be our future RT. That would be another Licht homerun.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:25 pm
LOL Bonzai, you think Gos and Dotson are both going down this year?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:25 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:26 pm
@unbelievable
What happened last year? The year before?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:26 pm
I’m not gonna say it’s solid or bad cause I have no idea who that is.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:27 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:28 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 2:28 pm
Or last year at least.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:28 pm
joes’ got nothing up on this guy yet…lol
April 30th, 2016 at 2:29 pm
BSPN literally just skipped over the Bucs pick.
#norespect
April 30th, 2016 at 2:29 pm
QBKilla stop your whining. With FG at a longer range a FG kicker was a good pickup.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:30 pm
We’re used to it Unbelievable. 🙂
April 30th, 2016 at 2:30 pm
I know Max, I know…. still pisses me off
April 30th, 2016 at 2:31 pm

He could be sleeper or the next Kadeem Edwards
April 30th, 2016 at 2:31 pm
what is there to show of the buc’s pick? a name?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:31 pm
ESPN just talked about him.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:32 pm
LOL! When his dad signed him up for football, he thought it was soccer. lol
April 30th, 2016 at 2:32 pm
on espn now!
April 30th, 2016 at 2:32 pm
The only time we’re covered is when we’re laughed at, whether it be a blowout, MRSA, or penalties. Thats the only time we get attention from the talking heads. eh, Im used to it and have grown to like it….kind of makes me a fan with a chip on my shoulder, dont know how to use that since it cant be on the field, but yeah.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:33 pm
“Jason Licht doing a tremendous job.” – ESPN
April 30th, 2016 at 2:35 pm
espn commenter also questioned the hargreaves pick…
April 30th, 2016 at 2:35 pm
OMG they talked about the Bucs. I must be hallucinating lol.
Pretty funny story right Bonzai? Football or futbol ha
April 30th, 2016 at 2:35 pm
Got sum love from ESPN……may have another Pamphile here…..we needed developing player at RT…..good job Jason!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 2:35 pm
Bonzai did you hear that on ESPN? Or did you read it
April 30th, 2016 at 2:36 pm
I’m on NFL Network..I don’t think they televised the buc pick either..
April 30th, 2016 at 2:37 pm
Na, they didnt Life, and barely mentioned him.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:37 pm
We got a couple potential starters and a 2 developmental guys, so it’s not too bad.
I just don’t feel as sure about some of these picks as I did the past 2 drafts. I have legit concerns about the size of Hargreaves, and Spence to be honest. But hey, WTH do I know?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:37 pm
I’m so pissed man. NFL network just blatantly skips over our stuff and when they do cover it they rush through it.
I switch over to ESPN and I miss what they finally say. Damn it!
April 30th, 2016 at 2:39 pm
Yea ESPN talked about us for a bit, it was about 10 min or so after we made the pick.
Hoping we can grab the German WR in the 6th
April 30th, 2016 at 2:39 pm
Heard it, PR. On ESPN.
The family moved into the country and the father signed him up for football…thinking it was European Futbal. When he saw them playing, he wondered why they were carrying the football and throwing it.
lol
Rest is history.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:40 pm
PR They went over it already. They rushed through it then completely cut it off to go to the Giants pick.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:40 pm
Embrace it PR…..I learned to about 4 years ago. We’re the red headed step child of the NFL….but thats ok, they wont see us coming once we get rolling again.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:41 pm
Thanks man
Did they say anything about our picks though. Did they like them?
April 30th, 2016 at 2:42 pm
@PR, Louis Riddick said he has concerns about VH3
April 30th, 2016 at 2:42 pm
Solid pick. Still want Houston-Carson or Boehringer. But this guy could eventually be our RT. Solid pick for round #5.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:42 pm
Caleb Benenoch left for the NFL sooner than his coaches felt he should have. He was just starting to develop into what they felt he was capable of. So he is certainly a developmental project.
Licht knows OL…he must have seen something good in this kid.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:43 pm
Louis Riddick has been a Hargreaves hater this whole time. F him. 3 straight years all SEC 1st team. That says all you need to know about the kid.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:43 pm
Celeb looks to be our future RT. Watching his Junior tape on youtube is funny he just keeps pancaking everyone lined up across from him.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:43 pm
@PR, Louis Riddick said:
He has concerns about VH3 size, but likes his instincts.
Spence is best pure rusher in draft if he stays clean.
Roberto is good if continues consistency and improves strength.
4th and 5th rounders are good developmental prospects.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:45 pm
“Did they say anything about our picks though. Did they like them?”
————————————————–
(paraphrasing)
they questioned the hargreaves pick, but understood it. spence best pure pass rusher and will do well if stays out of trouble. aguayo will help offense and didn’t miss a kick under 40 yards. 2 developmental players. jason licht doing a good job
April 30th, 2016 at 2:45 pm
PR
Louis Riddick said “at first” he had concerns about VH3, but upon reflection he felt it was a good pick.
They said Jason Licht was doing a tremendous job in this draft. 3 starters and two strong developmentals so far.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:48 pm
i think prbf gets the gist…lol
April 30th, 2016 at 2:49 pm
lol
April 30th, 2016 at 2:50 pm
lol, sorry I got cut off the first time I was replying
April 30th, 2016 at 2:51 pm
Bucs might not have taken Judon anyway. We’ll never know. What Licht wants and what we want probably aren’t the same.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:55 pm
Well, barring a trade, I’m hopping off…relaxing. Later.
April 30th, 2016 at 2:56 pm
I think at least one of the 6th round picks go to Bullringer or Michael Thomas (not the Ohio state one) Todd Monken had him in college
April 30th, 2016 at 3:03 pm
Yeah Michael Thomas would be a great pick for our WR core.
April 30th, 2016 at 3:04 pm
6th round picks will be one of the big 3 FBs Vitale Gronk or Janovich the other will be WR Mike Thomas or Boerhinger
April 30th, 2016 at 3:05 pm
Speaking for Pablo
“Pablo says not to worry about ESPN because Pablo thinks we will now get great coverage from Telemundo”
April 30th, 2016 at 3:07 pm
he has some great skills….. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5hq-x4_5UA
April 30th, 2016 at 3:08 pm
Guzzie, that would conclude a great end to this draft.
April 30th, 2016 at 3:11 pm
Nice….they’re highlighting Boehringer right now on nfl network
April 30th, 2016 at 3:13 pm
And they’re comparing him to Evans lol.
April 30th, 2016 at 3:14 pm
Needs some dog in him though, he seems wimpy….just sayin
April 30th, 2016 at 3:15 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 3:16 pm
Braxton Miller, Will Fuller and DeAndre Hopkins. That sounds pretty scary.
April 30th, 2016 at 3:18 pm
You know what forget WR the talent left is my he same as UDFA but to get a talent like RB KEITH MARSHALL in the 6th would be a steal he’s a 1st round physical talent and has a couple of years to grow as a backup
April 30th, 2016 at 3:18 pm
Yeah, Houston rocked the draft with targets….I love it. Im a huge fan of O’Brien
April 30th, 2016 at 3:18 pm

Dang, Drango finally went, I forgot about him.
April 30th, 2016 at 3:25 pm
In the 6th I hope we take Boehringer with the 1st pick. Then draft Treyvon Boykin to be our project QB. He can play and would give us a nice option as a #2 QB once MG8 is gone.
April 30th, 2016 at 3:26 pm
Stupid Mayock just sealed the deal for MoBoe to Minnie
April 30th, 2016 at 3:26 pm
not many people left in here…
April 30th, 2016 at 3:28 pm
Well, now its done, Zimmer will take Boehringer before we pick (he wants to play for the vikes), Mayock pitched him on live tv, has Zimmer on the phone, we’ll have to trade up….not happening.

April 30th, 2016 at 3:38 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 3:59 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 3:59 pm
Starting to get nervous about Licht late round drafting
April 30th, 2016 at 4:01 pm
I knew we were gonna f@ckin miss out on Mo Boehringer!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:02 pm
Bond is a blitzing Sam LB.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:03 pm
I was on board with pretty much every player in Licht’s first 2 drafts. I would have like OL in the 3rd and Sims in the 4th back in 2014, but it is what it is.
This year? I’m just sure. Time will tell but I think we might be missing Jon Robinson a lot.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:04 pm
Last pick needs to be baby gronk or a wr
April 30th, 2016 at 4:04 pm
I’m just *NOT sure..
April 30th, 2016 at 4:04 pm
lmao espy goes to commercial right before covering our pick too…
I’m about to turn this off for the day
April 30th, 2016 at 4:07 pm
Bond isn’t even UDFA material he’s started 8 games in 2 years he’s a college backup why don’t Licht just give away his late round picks
April 30th, 2016 at 4:08 pm
Haha, yup, like always PR lol, you just have to laugh and smdh.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:09 pm
I* not you
April 30th, 2016 at 4:11 pm
And then they pick back up on covering Adams TE from SC…..skipped over only one player, “Bond” LOLOLOLOL…..Only us.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:11 pm
Bond looks like a key and Peele skit.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:14 pm
How about snagging us a WR Licht!!! WR Michael Thomas, Southern Miss!!
Bond wont make it….at least draft a late rounder who can possibly make it!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:17 pm
Im fuming, tweeting both espn and nfl network in a rage
April 30th, 2016 at 4:20 pm
Man Fellas………….I don’t know how to feel about this draft. I hope Licht is as good at drafting as I am at building stuff. Right now this doesn’t look so good. However Last yr’s was a ? that turned out Awesome
April 30th, 2016 at 4:21 pm
There goes Listenbee.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:22 pm
Antonio Brown went 195th, and look at him now…..Come LICHT!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:23 pm
Come on LICHT!!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:25 pm
I think we just need to make it a habit to trade away all of out late Rd picks to move up in the 1st-4th. Cuz these picks suck. We can get these kind of guy as udfa. Still love our early picks, but we suck in late rounds.
In Licht I Trust
April 30th, 2016 at 4:27 pm
area scouts get the third day… it is all a crapshoot
April 30th, 2016 at 4:28 pm
if mills not drafted, will bucs udfa him?
lotsa defense left according to espn.com
April 30th, 2016 at 4:28 pm
Come on! Let’s get a FB! Vitale or Gronkowski!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:28 pm
Thomas, Thomas, Thomas, Thomas!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:28 pm
we’re next
April 30th, 2016 at 4:29 pm
They need to hire some of us as their scouts….especially LUV.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:30 pm
Now grab Jeremy Cash to top off our defensive haul. That would be a STEAL in the 6th!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:31 pm
Cant disagree BucsfanNC
April 30th, 2016 at 4:32 pm
cash safety

April 30th, 2016 at 4:32 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 4:34 pm

April 30th, 2016 at 4:35 pm
http://sports.yahoo.com/blogs/nfl-shutdown-corner/nfl-draft–freakishly-athletic-dan-vitale-thrived-as–superback-153606589.html
April 30th, 2016 at 4:36 pm
He is more than just a great FB it’s like have a TE too. He can run the wheel route and catch over the middle too.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:36 pm
san diego took a fb after us…ouch
April 30th, 2016 at 4:36 pm
Well that’s it folks. Only 1 I truly hate was the olb. Hope he proves me wrong. Otherwise I love the draft. Defense is stronger. Special teams stronger. Good developmental RT and bad@ss FB. Now hoping for Ochi to go undrafted get him in with a WR or 2. And let’s win some games. Go Bucs.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:36 pm
Overview
Northwestern’s “superback” is a one-of-a-kind position in college football, and Vitale’s (vuh-TAL-ee) intelligence, size, physicality, and receiving skills were made to fill that role. Hes consistently been a part of the passing game during his career (102 receptions for over 1,000 yards and seven scores his first three years), and when the Wildcats want to focus on the run, Vitale can open up holes for running backs from an H-back or in-line spot. He capped off his career with a second-team All-Big Ten effort in 2015, leading the team with 33 receptions for 355 yards and a career-high four scores.
Analysis
Strengths
Utilized at versatile “superback” position during his time at Northwestern. Has shown ability to line up in slot, from behind center and all points in between. Runs better routes than many of the wide outs in this draft. Able to catch throws in traffic and take the hit. Shows no hesitation to stick his nose in the hole and into his intended target as a blocker. Generally solid radar as a blocker. Consistently lands his strikes inside the framework of defender. Team-oriented and highly coachable leader.
Weaknesses
Might be considered a too small for teams looking for a classic lead blocker. Thickly muscled and maxed out frame with little room for additional, functional mass. Missing length and overall mass to get into defender and control him throughout the rep. Not a true thumper as iso blocker. Slows feet at point of contact rather than accelerating through his intended target with force. Lacking desired athleticism outside of his frame to sustain as move blocker. Despite his plus route running, doesnt have quickness out of breaks to gain separation as a receiver.
Draft Projection Round 7 or priority free agent
NFL Comparison James Casey
Bottom Line
Four-year starter who brings a great work ethic and leadership qualities to the table. Vitale’s tape shows a multi-dimensional player who may fit in with the changing face of hybrid football, but he doesn’t really have an element of his game that he can hang his hat on as a true strength by NFL standards. Vitale can do many things for a team, but can he do them at a high level? Vitale’s special teams play could be instrumental in making a teams roster.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:37 pm
At least espn covered him lol.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:37 pm
He #40
April 30th, 2016 at 4:38 pm
Nice link SB. Guy is a stud.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:38 pm
Vitale…….wearing #40…….hmmmmmm!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:38 pm
we drafted a fb last year and let him go…
on to new england
licht knows fullbacks.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:39 pm
Dude is strong (Vitale) benched more than most O linemen….this guy should turn into a great blocker for us.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:39 pm
In the highlights he kind of looked like Alstott.
He even wears #40.
Irony…
April 30th, 2016 at 4:40 pm
They call Vitale the super-back. Jameis and buc fans are going to love this guy.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:40 pm
I AM SO PISSED
April 30th, 2016 at 4:40 pm
We may have just drafted our 4th starter………VH3, Spence, Aguayo, Vitale
April 30th, 2016 at 4:40 pm
DAMNED COMMERCIALS
April 30th, 2016 at 4:41 pm
@SB,
I feel the same way about this year.
Last year however, I felt great after our draft to be honest. Same with the year before. I am very apprehensive about this year though.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:41 pm
thanks for the link, sb
April 30th, 2016 at 4:41 pm
Thanks Bryan ….this is one of the only late picks I am happy with right now.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:42 pm
@lurker
At least we know he wants to find a good one.
I have a good feeling about this guy.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:42 pm
Surely our OC (Thomas’s old coach) will get Thomas on board as an UDFA if nobody drafts him. Another head scratcher for me if he doesnt get drafted.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:42 pm
You know…Robinson isn’t the ONLY person that left. Think about it…
April 30th, 2016 at 4:43 pm
After watching highlights not sure if FB, TE, or WR1. Lol, Wth did I just watch? Idk but I liked it.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:43 pm
Great read SB
April 30th, 2016 at 4:44 pm
Going to be hell of a weapon for sure
April 30th, 2016 at 4:44 pm
They covered him on espn PR, I recorded it. I knew they were covering delayed picks. Maybe theres a reason Bond wasnt covered, I dont like that pick at all.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:46 pm
Good point MadMax. I’m sure that was taking into consideration. Hopefully Thomas won’t get drafted and is a UFA.
ESPN & NFL network producer “Bucs pick next so it time to go for a commercial”
April 30th, 2016 at 4:47 pm
I do love the Vitale pick though.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:50 pm
FB Vitale reminds me of both O’Leary and Alstott. Very excited about this pick.
I think Bond is going to surprise some people too, he gets after the QB.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:52 pm
Licht says Ryan Kelly may end playing safety. Might have got our safety after all. Like all picks but the LB
April 30th, 2016 at 4:52 pm
I just posted a lengthy pretty cool post that didn’t show so either I have had enough beers or filters are blocking me but I must say that WE……………THE BUCS FANS NEED TO BY HYPED UP FOR OUR NEW TEAM!!!!!!!
Lets have a Winning Season!!!!!!
I have faith
Go Bucs
April 30th, 2016 at 4:53 pm
Would be a nice surprise stang. Where did you see highlights?
April 30th, 2016 at 4:54 pm
BE not BY
April 30th, 2016 at 4:55 pm
Here here!!!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:55 pm
koetter must be chomping at the bit to get a versatile small mountain to use on offense. i wonder if he had influence.
April 30th, 2016 at 4:57 pm
Youtube. Dan Vitale- The superback
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JeKI9mm_ZZY
April 30th, 2016 at 4:58 pm
And there goes Thomas 🙁 smdh!
April 30th, 2016 at 4:59 pm
Read the commits on Vatile they are comparing him to Aaron Herdandz minus the murder and Gronk.
April 30th, 2016 at 5:01 pm
Thomas over Bond…..thats my only grumble with this draft.
April 30th, 2016 at 5:03 pm
Thanks for link Stang
April 30th, 2016 at 5:06 pm
Stanglassman –
Thanks for video. His body control is great. Does not look like a fullback though. Kind of reminds me of Mike Sellers of the Redskins.
April 30th, 2016 at 5:08 pm
Of course they covered him and I missed that damned one too lol
Whateva
April 30th, 2016 at 5:11 pm
“Licht says Ryan Kelly may end playing safety. Might have got our safety after all. Like all picks but the LB.”
Ryan Smith, and I told y’all 😀
April 30th, 2016 at 5:27 pm
Vitale is probably faster than a worn out Dougernot fastest fullback in the draft 6’1 240 ran a 4.60 he’s a beast and has great hands runs routes like a WR very fluid athlete
April 30th, 2016 at 5:28 pm
Just watched the highlights of Vitale and I think we got our WR, lol the guy only carried the ball once
April 30th, 2016 at 5:29 pm
It looks like the Bucs are converting Bond to a DE.
April 30th, 2016 at 5:32 pm
WR to hope for to be an UDFA is Keyarris Garrett 6’3 220 played at Tulsa and has good speed low 4.5
April 30th, 2016 at 5:35 pm
Stang
“It looks like the Bucs are converting Bond to a DE.”
Where is that?
April 30th, 2016 at 5:36 pm
Interesting. If he turns into a WR, good luck trying to bring down that beast. Even at FB as a blocker I was happy.
April 30th, 2016 at 5:36 pm
On the Buccaneers website. 5 things you need to know… article.
April 30th, 2016 at 5:41 pm
Maybe the Bucs are laying the groundwork to transition to the 3-4. Bond and Spence would be good 3-4 OLBs. Move Kwon and David to inside. Just a thought.
April 30th, 2016 at 6:53 pm
I see a little Gronk in him….he doesn’t bull people over like Alstott but Vitale is apparently very strong….quick, with solid hands. The Patriots were interested in him, I know….
April 30th, 2016 at 8:03 pm
Still am irritated and can’t believe we passed on Billings.
April 30th, 2016 at 8:14 pm
I’m with you there Bucco
April 30th, 2016 at 8:15 pm
Did you guys see how many the bucs just signed within the hour that are from small colleges? I think they just picked up the 15th player..some with ridiculous numbers…

For those that can’t grasp the trade for a kicker. We gave up our free 4th (where we still got VH3) to move up what, 12-14 spots? From an early 3rd to a late second pick….if he hits 2 game winners next years you will be happy. We played keep away simpletons.
April 30th, 2016 at 8:36 pm
I have tried posting the list twice..it won’t go through..
April 30th, 2016 at 8:36 pm
Well welcome aboard an additional 14 new Bucs!
April 30th, 2016 at 8:39 pm
Joe must be working on an artile on the UFA signings. I’m glad JBF started covering the signings it use to be just left for us to discuss on the commit board.
April 30th, 2016 at 9:22 pm
I agree Stan..the list just grew to like 17 signings and half a dozen invitees to camp…
