Director of Football Operations Shelton Quarles and his children join Bucs GM Jason Licht and his family in the traditional victory plunge Sunday.

The tradition continues.

Whenever Tampa Bay wins, Bucs AC/DC-loving general manager Jason Licht dives in his pool, fully clothed in the suit he wore during the vicotory. But maybe Licht’s tired of coughing up ugly cleaning bills because he was wearing a cheap jacket Sunday. (more…)
