Who Is The “Sheep?”

November 30th, 2015
"Lions don't listen to sheep."

Not interested in opinions of sheep.

Cool footage on the Bucs bench caught by, well, Joe isn’t sure,

But Joe is going to guess WFLA-TV Channel 8. Joe is guessing this because WFLA sports reporter Paul Ryan Twittered this out last night of America’s Quarterback, Bucs signal-caller Jameis Winston, getting all NSFW with who WFLA sports anchor Dan Lucas identified as practice squad dude Evan Spencer.

It wasn’t that Jameis was mad at Spencer, but during the game, it seems a heckler got under Spencer’s skin and Jameis would have none of it.

Being the leader he is, Jameis got all NSFW letting Spencer know he shouldn’t listen to the rabble. Again, the video has NSFW language so if you are at work, please mute the audio or put headphones on.

Joe thinks this is pretty cool and shows what a team leader Jameis is. Joe would love to know who the “sheep” is.

could Winston be a Game of Thrones fan?

  2. Espo Says:

They were playing Colts. Not Lions or Sheep. They gameplanned for the wrong animals!

  3. Luther Says:

Maybe he was talking about them (Bucs) being Lions and the hecklers being sheep. It doesn’t really matter, he was making sure his teammate was focused on the game and not hecklers.

The look on Keotters face is priceless, it’s a cross between disgusted and annoyed, like he wanted to tell Winston to shut up and sit down. Winston overbearing eccentric personality works when the team is winning, but when we’re losing games and Winston hasn’t exactly played his best game, he should probably just sit down and shut up at that point.

  5. Supersam Says:

Telling a player that a fan aka “heckler” is a sheep and a football player is a “wolf” is just stupid.

    @SuperSam

That’s not how leadership works. We have enough guys on this team that can play “leader” when we are doing well, Jameis is the rare cat that still leads in tough times.

  7. Dcbucsfan Says:

    I’m behind you 100% Jameis!

  8. Johnny "America's Commenter" Dejay Says:

There’s a saying, “Wolves don’t concern themselves with the opinions of sheep.” In this case, the players are wolves and the fans are sheep.

Supersam…what look on Koetters face are you seeing? I watched it 6 times. I don’t see what you’re trying to look for.

Really hope the media dosent try to twist this around into the “off field issues” they have been waiting so anxiously for.

Lol @Supersam What kind of leader leads only when everything is going right?

  13. godzilla13 Says:

Winston is saying he is better than all of us.

Winston is doing a good job leading.

  15. Bo Says:

Your bitter grapes are showing and making you look like a fool. When the game is on the line or even going down the drain is when the leaders need to be the most vocal. Even in a loss like that, there are benefits and opportunities to learn from. The only thing that happened yesterday is that we played the Colts, not the injured Cowboys and not the hapless Eagles. Colts came to play and we got a dose of reality. We aren’t that good YET.

Quit waiting for Jameis to fail and try to enjoy watching him develop into a great player.

SuperSham…I agree, what kind of leader is the first one in the facility the day after a bad loss. Its stupid for the starting QB to even concern himself with the practice squad players. Its not like they are even really on the team. They’re on the sidelines and the fact that they are getting caught up in a distraction that might leak into the other players. What kind of leader gives other players advice at all?

I am so tired of the “Buc Fan” who wants nothing more than to bring the kid down. This team is set up to be 8-8 by the end of the year and set a league record for penalties. Who on this site wouldn’t objectively take that given where we have been for the past 10 seasons?
