NFL awards highlight Bucs dysfunction.
As is the NFL custom, the league announces awards for weekly feats, on both sides of the ball, for both conferences.
Sadly, this week’s awards highlight the dysfunction of the Bucs like Joe cannot remember.
Joe hopes you haven’t yet had your morning coffee, or if you already had your bowl of corn flakes, that you have TUMS nearby.
Michael Bennett of Seattle, who the Bucs let walk away for no good reason, was named NFC Defensive Player of the Week for his 3.5 sacks in a win over San Francisco.
If that isn’t gut-wrenching enough, the NFL announced Kirk Freaking Cousins, a backup who was about to be benched for good yet shredded the Bucs’ defense as if he were Aaron Rodgers, was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week.

Crappy Mallett get’s tossed aside after beating the Bucs, now this Cousins crap. I highly doubt he could pull off that comeback against any other NFL team.

What is the point in rehashing the Bennett release over and over? All it does is breed negativity, and we have plenty of that.
