Pot Gets Akeem Spence Suspended One Game

Akeem Spence told Joe “a mistake” he made led to marijuana possession charges and a speeding ticket for traveling more than 100 miles per hour.
The mistake was in January 2014, and today, the NFL is making Spence pay.
Per NFL Network, Spence will be suspended one game related to the pot possession. It’s no big deal for Bucs fans because Spence had back surgery after a weight-lifting injury last month, and he likely will miss half the season.
Joe surely doesn’t expect the Bucs to cut Spence or punish him further. This is old news for Lovie Smith. ProFootballTalk.com noted that Spence’s one-game-check fine is more than $34,000.
That’s an awfully expensive bag of weed.

OMG! Lock him up and throw away the keys. I didn’t know anyone could go 100 mph after smoking pot. That would be like jet speed. I would not want to be in that vehicle.

In the past I’ve driven from Florida to California numerous times high all the way, those damn tailgaters. Today I wouldn’t risk any such thing, not even holding. Times have changed in country in today’s world.

Dear NFL Pot Smokers
If you burn the hippie lettuce and drive. Here are a few steadfast rules that I heard from a friend you should live by.
1) Don’t smoke in the car. Ever.
2) Don’t speed ever.
3) Don’t car pool buddies with weed.
4) If you have to take weed with you don’t take more than you can eat quickly.
5) Remember #4 and don’t carry a pound in the trunk. Its a felony. Felony = Jail.
Oh and don’t blast Cypress Hill.

Prob not stoned while driving if going 100 mph. However, how dumb can you be to go that fast, probably in an expensive sports car, carrying pot? Not to mention his racial makeup would make almost every cop suspicious and search the car immediately.

Riding up the Interstate with a buddy on the way to a snow skiing adventure in the N.C. mountains. Burning a little weed when the red light goes on behind us.
We both gripped put the windows down immediately and our stash was already well packed. We got the car aired out as we pulled to a stop and of course we were scared straight.
S.C. Highway Patrol gives us a warning for speeding. Thanks heavens we weren’t black eh?
