Thank God, the draft is just a few days away. Joe is mentally fried from the draft talk and the sheer nonsense that has been pumped out of late.
Believe it or not, the draft isn’t just about Jameis Winston. Yes, it looks like he is coming to the Bucs, but the draft is about so much more in trying to build the Bucs back into a winner.

I was just watching the start of a draft special on nfl network on tv. they said the bucs aren’t saying who they are drafting. all the other teams are saying the bucs are taking Winston. in other words all the talk about Winston is coming from everybody except the bucs….interesting……

I was a Mariota supporter, then a trade down supporter, now am waiting on Jameis. I’ll be at RJay on Thursday for the draft, and in the club seats during the season. Go Bucs, go Jameis – be the player we know you can be. Maybe this year 9-7 and the playoffs? Wouldn’t that be a trip for a rookie QB.

Or will u go out of your way to make sure everyone knows he was your guy after every win or defend your boy after every loss and put blame somewhere else. I understand that he will be the pick and hey -qb is the only way they go and i am down for which qb gives them the most wins (even though I don’t care for him at all)

Bird- since the Bucs have the dubious honor of picking first over all and are in desperate need of real talent at the QB position it seems like an obvious business choice to write about the best QB prospect in the draft. I am not entirely sure what the hell you are complaining about?

Most important pick in franchise history is about to be made. Why wouldn’t joe write a lot of articles about the guy the Bucs are taking with that pick? Whether you like JW or not he is about to become to Tampa and hopefully turn around this franchise. This guy could be the key ingredient for the Bucs contending for the next 12 years. He is not the only ingredient, but make no mistake he is the key one.
