For those who weren’t near a TV yesterday afternoon, or couldn’t hear the audio at the bar, Joe has video of Florida State quarterback Jameis Winston’s press conference at the NFL Scouting Combine.
Winston faced all sorts of questions — even a baseball question from Joe — and didn’t duck any.
Technically he answered all questions. However, he said he would not answer the questions regarding his off the field behavior. That technically is ducking questions.
Rebucfan, the scenario involving Winston and the alleged victim is still pending litigation so don’t hold your breath waiting for any explanations.
He has no doubt been instructed by his attorney to defer to him any questions involving the incident. He will probably do the same in his interviews with the teams since their is no guaranteed confidentiality there and her attorney’s could subpoena them in regards to anything he revealed to them.
How many coaches do you know want to go to a deposition.
Because of this don’t expect any earth shaking revelations.

That’s not true ddneast. There is no pending litigation for Jameis Winston. The alleged victim is suing FSU not Winston.
