I’m very optimistic about our offense this upcoming season. I kinda wouldn’t mind seeing our team on Hard Knocks this year.

LOL – Considering all he said – Koetter didn’t say much. Sounds like he will fit right in “down there”….
I find it very hard to believe that the guy in charge of the Offense won’t have a major say in which QB should be drafted. If he doesn’t – then that is a big problem right there.

Well L&L must of told Koetter who the QB choice is. Or is he fine with either one? Most of the fans have made up their minds about the choice. Just spill the beans coaches.

@Buccfan37- If they had their mind made up already I’d be concerned. Whole lot of time and research for them to work through before the make the pick.
@finishers- Coaches don’t really go in to great detail with their plans, “coach speak” is called “coach speak” for a reason. Stupid to show their hand right now, we aren’t even past the Superbowl yet.
@DB55- That was a pretty weak attempt at humor. The guy has been with the team for what a week? And you’re name calling already. Well done.

I’m really tired of you negative Nancys. Seriously, what does all your bitching do besides make you sound like a schoolgirl that lost her puppy. Lovie Smith has a proven track record and Koetter has a proven track record. Jeez, at least let Koetter have a chance to run the offense before you whine and Lovie is only in his 2nd year and owns a career 83-77 record and that includes last year’s 2-14 record. Pipe down whiners. Our miserable season is over. Time to move on.

I don’t expect them to have their minds made up on who they want to draft yet. They may have a good idea as to who they prefer, but I dont think they’ll know for a certainty until about a week leading up to the draft. Some fans are clueless as to how much effort goes into this process. Wouldn’t be surprise at all if they are interviewing just regular everyday people who come in to contact with these guys to just see what there like.
Also stopped listening to coaches, and even player, interviews a long time ago. For the most parts its always the same old song and dance, routine answers to routine questions. Should really just have a greeting and thats it.

So if the team is a joke, then what does that make you for still calling yourself a fan of them? Some of you bucs fans I’ll never understand. I truly think all the hate comes from your lives being so miserable. Here’s a thought, I actually enjoy the bucs but hate most bucs fans. I can put up with 2-14 because I can put up with bucs fans. Heck I could have a tooth pulled without drugs because I’ve put up with bucs fans for so long. That’s how annoying this fan base truly is.

Andrew you nailed it on the head. i agree with you 100% i don’t care if the bucs were 0-16 or 16-0 or 1-15 what ever. the point is be a real fan and stick by the team no matter what. i have been a fan since 1979 and always will be. my son hates losers also he is a ray’s fan at age 12 and can’t stand a losing season i have tried to tell him be a true fan no matter what the record is.

WOW lets get excited for the upcoming 4-12 season wooooo…can’t wait…call me a nancy or whatever, but I have no confidence in Lovie or Licht and they have a big fat ZERO reasons for anyone with common sense to have any to this date, hopefully it changes

I’m sure once he breaks down the tape Koetter is going to see we need an o-line and a better scheme. The QB play will improve once those two thing are fixed.
