The Glazers need to fire everyone. Hire Bill Polian and get the hell out of the way.

He vehemently defends do-no-wrong Lovie, lapdog Licht and McTrash while shifting all the blame for the bad season on assistant coaches, free agents and “bad luck”. That man is a joke, “as far as that’s concerned”.

it’s a fun listen once again, even though you can just kinda tell everybody is washed out from this awful season.

Buc Fan Since 76 has probably said the smartest thing on this website in a very long time. Glazer boys should realize by now that they have whiffed on all hires so leave up to a seasoned pro to clean up the mess. Couple of more years of L&L are gonna make us long for the Raheem/Schiano era. Lovie will never have a clue dealing with a modern offense and he’s shown he’s not willing or able to adapt, also too conservative. Polian has a lot of clout around the league not to mention experience turning around franchises.

I think we are looking at wrong people..i think its bought time to look at players an owners..3 different coaches an same problem..dont think its the coach.

^^^yeah because Lovie getting sht canned after one season and Bill Polian being both available and willing to come here is high on the probability index! “…smartest thing on this website in a very long time…”, really?

at- all of the above, coaches too. It all kinda works together and all phases, suits, coaches and athletes all have to be performing at a high level to be successful. To this point it has all been terrible, especially the coaching and overall leadership.

Explain Lovie only making the playoffs THREE out of TEN seasons as head coach?
That sucks and we all know it. Proven? At what?

I’ve been saying that – hire a consultant to come in and build it right and advise on player evaluations based on the agreed philosophies.
Glazers own some of the blame –

DallasBuc, the organization is a train wreck. The Glazer boys are clueless. Lovie has no business being in charge of the entire operation, and he has not given any indication that he knows what he’s doing or is on the right path. The team has regressed in every measurable way. His draft was a disaster, save for Evans. (Can you name a single successful organization in NFL history that drafted only one side of the ball?) His FA selections bombed. Finally, while he did appear in a Super Bowl, his history is otherwise mediocre at best.
I mentioned Polian only because he has an extensive history in building and operating successful NFL organizations. He may not want to come here, but if the Boyz don’t get someone like him in here next season, then you can rest assured we will be competing for the first overall pick next year too.

’76- Polian is not coming here. Neither is any other perceived football guru. This is the Lovie Smith show like it or not. The #1 overall pick very well may be in our future next year too.
