Bucs Earn A Sniff
December 19th, 2014
Those focused on the next game not thinking much about the NFL Draft and the Buccaneers’ future really need to watch the video below.
It focuses on Sunday’s Bucs-Packers clash and might further explain what Lovie Smith meant when he said the Bucs are “on the verge.”

Puppies! They’re cute and adorable and you can never get mad at them. The opposite of the Bucs it seems.

On the verge of what? Lovie hanging it up? Drafting a top QB? Getting a clue? Rumbling, bumbling, stumbling? Becoming a source of pride for bay area fans? Being stuck in mediocrity? At least verge means close to hopefully something out of the ordinary.

Smart puppy. Molly could have ruined her chance for adoption.

This mutt is not a true Bucs fan. Had he been a true fan he would have least taken a nibble since the Bucs are on the verge
December 19th, 2014 at 1:47 pm
lmao … so perfect
December 19th, 2014 at 1:47 pm
The good news is Molly didn’t pee in our bowl, the bad news is the same team is going to play the Packers.
So we are on the verge of going 2-14 and next year with Lovie we can expect a 100% increase in wins so we will be up to, hopefully, 4-10.

We have become a joke! Somewhere Sam Wyche is smiling and high fiving at his twin brother Lovie Liar!

@Bucc:
The Bucs are not “stuck” in mediocrity.
Being mediocre would be a major improvement.
We aspire to mediocrity! amd beyond!

Betcha Molly would like one of those trademark floppy hats as a chew toy.
You know the ones our most injured and expensive players hide under?
( insert flaming poop emoji here)

lol. sums up the season
December 19th, 2014 at 2:17 pm
Sunday is going to be a Packer scrimmage on the field and Spring break in the stands.
Lovie’s much improved, (vaunted maybe?), defense will be the centerpiece of this sham of a franchise.
December 19th, 2014 at 2:34 pm
on the verge of a purge
December 19th, 2014 at 2:37 pm
any given sunday and I fully expect lovie to be crazy enough to do everything he can to win this game and destroy any further hope of a positive in this season by giving up the number 1 position in the draft…..titans are in the lead because the rest of the nfl hasn’t played yet
December 19th, 2014 at 2:41 pm
That picture is perfect. Black dog is Lovie and bite dog is Light

L&L sniffing each other…
December 19th, 2014 at 3:21 pm
Bucs are more confused than a blind lesbian at the local fish market!
December 19th, 2014 at 4:00 pm
OAR, “Bucs are more confused than a blind lesbian at the local fish market!”
That’s great, hahaha
or more confused than a dog walking around looking for a place dump
December 19th, 2014 at 4:09 pm
Make sure you tell that joke to your wife or daughter OAR. I’m sure they get confused as well when they pass by a sewer plant and wonder where you are.

Ahh… my wife WAS the one who told that joke to me.
BTW Relax, take a deep breath, and open that closet door slowly….don’t want to freak anybody out!

Have to agree on the mediocrity comment: for the Bucs to be mediocre they would have to win between 6 and 9 games a season….. So yeah, the 7-9 Tampa Schiano’s of 2012 were mediocre, and the 10-6 Rah 2010 squad was a remarkably lucky mediocre team…. Perhaps if the Bucs actually won a few of these last minute losses to the Lambs, Saints, Vikes, Bengals, etc… then maybe a mediocre label would apply. This team is a couple of rungs under mediocre, I think the 2-12 1977 squad could beat them handily….

Another lost season that appeared to have promise. There will be a far more highented level of scrutiny around everything L&L do this off season. It is so easy to sit back and call out bust after bust FA, but last year everyone was crowing about how bad Davin looked, how fat Penn was again, how Zuttah was always good for a holding penalty and false start per half- they tried and failed to upgrade.
Do they learn from it or do they pull the same crap, rolling the dice with omehah – using a swing tackle as a full time LT- sign a worse center than we had- wait until the last second to learn the fate of a 2 yr injured player then trade in desperation after not preparing?
I thought Johnson was going to pair nicely with McCoy- a lot of people did- even a half decent year of 8 sacks would have been a huge boost – no one expected him to play like he does- soft and confused.
The biggest, glaring, smack you in the face reality is Lovie is in love with McClown- a complete joke at the position- he just looks like a lost freshman and he is what 35? It s almost impossible to think he is not tanking on purpose, the QB is soooooooooooooo freakin bad- Vinny is watching him like wow, he must be colorblind – Deberg thinks he has a weak arm – Dilfer thinks he makes bad decisions and Garcia thinks he has no desire to protect the football….McClown is all of our QB history rolled into one and the HC keeps trotting this out as our “best chance to win”
I think we have a better chance that the plane will break down and the Pack will miss the game than this QB beating ANY team in the NFL
