Lance Briggs Talks Lovie
November 19th, 2014For nine years Lovie Smith was the coach of the Bears. He did much more good on the icy shores of Lake Michigan than he did bad.
Lovie was but one of two Bears coaches to lead the historic franchise to a Super Bowl. Even in the season that eventually got him fired, 2012, Lovie finished 10-6.
Naturally, when you coach a team that long, you are going to forge special relationships with players. That’s the case for Bears linebacker Lance Briggs, who talks all about Lovie in this CSN Chicago video.

And to think we almost had Lance Briggs back in the day when he became a free agent and #55 was already declining. But they stayed faithful to #55 after playing subpar and chose him over a young stud. Dam! Oh well.

If the BUCS (defense especially) don’t stand up, play hard, and get a W for Coach, they will need to look in the mirror and honestly ask themselves if they deserve to be playing for him.
Call the national guard if they get smoked like they have twice this year.

I like Briggs, he’s a helluva player. I hope the Bucs can keep the momentum going and turn this thing around.

Ray Rice has slowly turned into one of the biggest haters on this site.
Maybe he’s mad cuz he can’t play football anymore.
