are you saying doom and gloom=reality, because if you are, it is real that the Bucs are awful and may not win a game this season. They are now filled with injuries, have no quality back-ups, no o-line to speak of, no special teams to block for punts or field goals … if you were at the game you would have seen what I just said. In a word they are pathetic. Where is the “mysterious” offense? If what we are seeing is the mysterious offense, I would agree, it certainly is mysterious that is could even be used in the nfl … there is nothing to complement on the defense, offense, or special teams … And, can someone explain to me in a convincing manner why we did not sign Penn and Joseph to a reduced contract or at least attempt to and let them say they wouldn’t …
So McCoy gets some time off, probably at least through the bye week: great the Bucs lose the one guy who was holding the D-line together. Given the state of the offense (Josh McNown making key turnovers again) and not so special teams, it is very likely the Bucs do not win until after the bye week. Hey the Lions were 0-2 on the way to 0-16 and the Fins were 0-2 on their ay to 1-15; I would venture to guess the Bucs have a better shot @ 15 or 16 losses then they do at going 5-11 or 6-10….. This team is bad all around and the coaching staff is very conservative w/o any confidence in the team and an OC that did not call any plays in the first 2 games; there is nothing to feel good about if one is a Bucs fan….

Just like the Bucs getting better, it’s going to “take some time” for his hand to heal.

We will remain stout against the run.
And we will continue to get zero pressure off the edges.
Next year.
1st round DE. And hopefully a FA DE.
Bye bye bowers, clayborne. Hello 2 replacements.
