Atlanta Offense Is In Shambles
November 15th, 2013The Falcons have the lowest ranked running game in the NFL. They even had a rare padded practice Wednesday devoted to running the football, per the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Add to that mess injuries to Roddy White, now No. 2 receiver Harry Douglas, and Tony Gonzalez, who missed the last two practices with a toe injury suffered Sunday. Douglas as a bad knee and missed practice yesterday.
Atlanta is winless on the road. They’ve been blown out in their last three games. They have an awful run defense. Matt Ryan has thrown seven interceptions in his last three games.
So how can the Bucs lose this game?
Sadly, Bucs fans know there’s a lot of ways the Bucs can lose. But Joe sees this game coming down to Ryan’s play.
If he can play the role of elite franchise quarterback, like he did against the Bucs four weeks ago, completing 77 percent of his passes and three touchdowns, then the Bucs will be in a world of trouble. The Bucs’ true superstars on defense really need to make plays like they all did Monday night.

I think if the o-line plays like they have the last 2 weeks and we don’t turn it over we will win. I we don’t win this the only real chances to maybe win are home against the Bills or on the road against the Rams. Although I think both teams may be better then us.

But, Atlanta will have their starting Running back for the Tampa game. He hasn’t played in forever.
That will probably be enough to overcome those great Rutgers game plans, that we’ve been losing with all season.
After all- Atlanta was pretty beat up the last time- and Shiano/Sheridan made’em look like superheroes!

We made Harry Douglas into Jerry Rice. The team yielding the most sacks held the Bucs sackless for 58 minutes.
C’mon.

They won their Super Bowl (playoff game) last year.
