Exactly right. It’s the fact that Schiano KNEW he had a problem (in his eyes) and did NOTHING about it until we were 0-3 and the season was all but lost.
It’s like he needed more ammo before pulling the trigger. YOU’RE THE HEAD COACH. Make a move and stick it. Be a man. DO YOUR JOB.
He failed us and this is why he has to go.

Its ok Joe(s). You miss him and think he was wronged. But theres the faction of us that was VERY unhappy with him after his meltdown last year.
