Market Opens For Freeman At 4 P.M.
October 3rd, 2013No NFL team was willing to trade for Josh Freeman, apparently, but now Freeman is free. And Joe expects he’ll have a job soon, considering a team could pay Freeman the NFL minimum for the remainder of the season. Reports say he’s officially on the market at 4 p.m.
It’ll be interesting to see if teams bring Freeman in for workouts and interviews — or they’ll just like the 2013 film on him and wonder how good he might look as a No. 2 with receivers and running backs that squeeze the football.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:03 pm
Dude just got paid $6 mil. Homeboy is making a score then going on vacation
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:03 pm
Any truth to the rumor that JFro wants to be paid in Adderall / Ritalin?
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:03 pm
I sincerely hope for Josh Freeman’s sake that a quality team picks him up and provides the necessary coaching where him can really shine and light it up for a worthy organization!
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:08 pm
Oakland, Chicago, Green Bay and Houston are the most likely destinations. KC and San Francisco as sleepers. But I could see no one signing him for a few weeks.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:10 pm
That pic is historical! Did you get this photo while he was exiting Space in Miami?
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:11 pm
Hopefully a team willing to build a game plan around him instead of trying to have him fit into a game plan…Lets see, your QB is best while outside of the pocket and loves improvisation? Let’s definitely try to make him a pocket passer that is not allowed to audible. Oakland and Jacksonville will have him in town in no time.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:13 pm
Freeman is only 25….He should hightail it to the Broncos as a Backup or maybe Kansas City (Andy Reid + Home Town)
GOOD LUCK & Happy Trails Josh! My 36yrs as a Buccaneer Fan has just Ended.
THIS CIRCUS WAS THE LAST STRAW! Now in the Market for a STEADY WELL MANAGED ORGANIZATION TO SUPPORT!
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:13 pm
Kc, he goes home gets good qb coaching and doesn’t have to be the starter right away. This whole thing is a joke, I’m nor saying free was great but the handling of this thing tells me ending I need to know about greg schiano, he did everything in his power to ruin a guy who has been nothing but a quality team guy for 5 yrs the way this was handled is inexcusable and schiano will get canned and I think dom might as well for letting it get to this if we weren’t a laughing stock before we are now.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:14 pm
He’s a backup in Oakland, Pryor has shown more this year in 3 games than Freeman has since 2010. Jacksonville isn’t happening, they want Teddy so they’re all in for that.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:14 pm
I WONDER IF I WILL GET VALUE FOR MY CLUB SEATS ON STUB HUB!
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:15 pm
I have a feeling he will be back in Tampa in a different uniform, maybe on a Monday night, and will destroy us.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:20 pm
Good riddance Rahb.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:23 pm
@Rabb
Thank you and please take the remaining members of the Freemanites with you.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:24 pm
Rahb,
Don’t let the door hit ya….
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:24 pm
Peace rahb. Seeya when (if?) the bucs start winning again
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:27 pm
Yes, finally one step closer to the Singano era…
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:28 pm
Solomon Wilcox of the NFL Network just stated that the “Bucs didn’t handle this situation well because they leaked Josh’s medical information”…..
Solomon…is that a fact?….because you stated it as if it was…
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:29 pm
Josh is the winner in this big mess. He gets payed a he is a way from this joke of a coach
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:36 pm
best guess that Oakland picks him up and cuts Flynn……can see Jax doing same thing with Gabbert
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:36 pm
I found out about this website only recently and i love it.
It is addictive and i can spend all day here reading about the buccs
and one thing i noticed is that we have the worst fans.
We support the team first not the players, our organization decided to kick this guy out because they think is the best for the team and that is what we should support.
@Rahb if you can just decide one day that you can not be a fan of this team that means that you never were a real supporter. You CANT just decide to stop being a fan.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:37 pm
Josh’s agents or a player on yhe team leaked it. Only ones who gained by Josh leaving
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:37 pm
Wonder if he ever got his phone fixed?
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:39 pm
Hey Rahb…good bye!
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:39 pm
Will the “Regular Joe’s” please start requiring this not-ready-for-prime-time-joe to submit his crap to you before he is aloud tohit send?
Sewriously? You don’t think the smear campaign was mounted for THIS reason?
Even still, let me lay it out for you, you are GOING to see Freeman’s agent shopping the offers as quickly – but determinedly – as possible. While ONE motivation will be money, the better motivation is finding a stable franchise, maybe with an aging vet, to bring in Freeman. He could go to Tennessee, Cleveland, Houston, Dallas, New York Jets, Minnesotta, Oakland or even the Jags – all of whom do NOT have great QB play, but (except Jax) who have found ways to win. He would make any of them instantly better.
I’d venture to say – stepping out on a shaky branch here – that Josh has more interest from NFL teams – than Schiano will have when he’s dismissed…
Party on Garth – hang with your coach – I’m sure it’ll pay off for ya’…
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:40 pm
Freeman being a bad QB and Schiano being a bad HC are not mutually exclusive
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:41 pm
I wish my job would fire me and pay me $6mil. Hell, I’d settle for $3mil. 🙂
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:41 pm
Free was a great guy but a dedicated accurate passer he never was. I say good luck Josh thanks for all of the passes receivers had to dive for.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:44 pm
Well I guess now were down to a few hundred fans now.. way to go MGM
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:46 pm
Rahb fans like you don’t need to root for a team just a player. If you were a fan of the Bucs when they showed Doug Williams the door then certainly you can go through this. Doug Williams won Super Bowls. Freeman never will.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:52 pm
From the pic he could make it selling workout vids on late night infomercials if all else fails.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:54 pm
All the JFro Jock Sniffers should thank Joe for giving them one last shirtless photo for them to lube up to.
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:55 pm
Really Rahb? You made it through Culverhouse, Bennett, Perkins, Bo Jackson, etc., and now you ditch? You’re bluffin’, brother.
Pick a B-team and settle down. Mine have always been the Seahawks and Dolphins and I’m still squeezing some enjoyment out of this season waiting for this to blow over. Well, I’ve been waiting about six years, but whatever. Go Bucs!
October 3rd, 2013 at 4:57 pm
You Anti-Freemanites will get to see, jus like the rest of us, how often Bucs players – especially QB’s – move on and do with their new teams.
Steve Young, Vinny Testeverde, and even Trent Dilfer show…you should probably start developing a taste for crow.
…as LeGarrette Blount and Aqib Talib have RECENTLY proven – you should invest in some flame resistant underwear as well, ‘cuz the flames will be SO HOT on yo’ a$$e$ you will WANT some releif, but you won’t ask – because you know what we do with people who dish it, but don’t want to take it…ALL of it…
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:02 pm
In 2 years Freeman will be out of the league and watching games from the comfort of his own couch. Just like me.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:06 pm
Hahaha oh the “Former QBs” argument. Only Steve Young is worth losing any sleep over. Average/mediocre QBs winning Super Bowls with great teams doesn’t mean anything. So congrats to Dilfer, by some people’s logic he’s as good a QB as Peyton Manning…
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:12 pm
“In 2 years Freeman will be out of the league and watching games from the comfort of his own couch. Just like me.”
———-
Not true. Have you seen some of the backup QB’s in the league? As long as Josh Johnson is in the league, Josh Freeman will always have a job.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:20 pm
This is good for Josh. Now he can buy millions of alarm clocks. He can also afford battery powered alarm clocks and backup batteries. You win Josh.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:21 pm
@Hawaiian
Maybe you are right. But Freeman has said in his own words he does not want to be a back up. He thinks that’s beneath him. Less than 1 day of being the Bucs back up he was crying on national TV that he wanted a trade. I dont think he is a team player. If he doesn’t have a starting Job somewhere, i doubt he settles for a back up job, ever. Thats just my opinion though.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:22 pm
Hey Dom why don’t you go ahead and cut Martin,McCoy and Claiborne so we have none of the top 3 rounds of draft picks you’ve used the last 3 years. Way to build thru the draft…… You suck!
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:25 pm
good luck wherever you go freeman but if it came down to you or schiano it had to be you because we dont want to win…..schiano is our best chance of getting the 1st overall pick, go bucs lets be your best self and tank for a chance qb
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:26 pm
With the Eagles, Falcons, Panthers and Seahawks in that order, the Buc’s could be 0 and 8.
Would we start unloading for draft picks if we are 0/8 or 1/7????????
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:26 pm
Good, the Freepologists can immediately follow him to his new team and watch him suck there.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:29 pm
@The Dom must go
yea it would be sad if we got rid of vjack and other high priced free agents and pull a cleveland by trading away everyone worth a top pick. right about now it would be the smartest thing because it’s going to be hard to get free agents to come here whether we fire schiano or not, lol why would anyone we have no want to resign with us? gerald mccoy doesnt have to resign, mason foster, adrian clayborne, i just hope it doesnt take everyone on the team not resigning for people to realize how bad things are
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:31 pm
Rahb
The prime example of what it is to be a “player’s fan” and NOT a “team fan”
Good Riddance, I don’t wish your type upon any team.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:32 pm
Freeman could flame out because if he does have personal issues those could derail him, but he will be a backup for a while if he keeps his head right. David freaking Carr is still in the league lest we forget.
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:35 pm
@Biff Barker
lol now thats hate….freeman is no longer a buc and your still hating i think you’ll miss him more than everyone else. he’s instantly a better quarterback because he doesnt have to run this prehistoric offense we have here, focus dude because we lost freeman but it’s not like were any better because if we were we would have won sunday…..lol your bookmarked so dont come here complaining about schiano or glennon now that freeman’s not here. we’ve gone from the #8 offense last year to last and you think a rookie is gonna change that…it doesnt matter if freeman is here or not. alot of people just cant understand calling a run play with 8, 9 players in the box but it’ll sink in soon enough, hold your breath because it wont take long to wake up and realize how bad we are with one of the best roster in the league
how could you look at black and ogletree and think they provided depth lol game 4 he realized it and cut him for another no name safety…stupid stupid
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:36 pm
Whether fans like it or not…Glennon is our QB and Schiano is our coach….at least until the end of the year….so, lets start rooting for our team. Now…who is a good backup?
Can we design a few plays for Demps?….when are we going to see a wildcat or something with Sheperd? When will it be time to start using Mike James? Will Owusu or Underwood shine in place of Ogletree? How about Crabtree…when can we see some of that?
Just trying to be positive here amidst this sea of negativity!!!
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:40 pm
“i think you’ll miss him more than everyone else”
I don’t think it’s possible for anyone to miss him more than you…
Maybe Ra phael?
October 3rd, 2013 at 5:56 pm
I bet he already has a deal worked out through his agent. That agent probably leaked everything to get the release.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:01 pm
buc4lyfe Says:
@Biff Barker

Miss Freeman more than anyone else?….. Dude, ya’ll been banging at the clubs with the party boy himself? You will keep apologizing for him until you realize you’ll have to by your own Zima Lite from now on.
Consider this too… your boy got cut outright from one of the worst teams in the NFL.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:03 pm
Are you still crying because you’ve been found out?
Need a tissue?
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:05 pm
At least we didnt get ripped off by the Patriots in a trade, we decided just to get nothing at all.
Im still a fan but we need a change and fast!!!
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:07 pm
I can already hear Raheem begging his best friend Mike Tomlin to bring Freebow to Pittsburg. He’ll be out of the league in 3 years
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:08 pm
1 firing down, 2 firings to go
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:12 pm
It doesn’t matter who the starting QB is as long as Schiano can’t get this team disciplined and keeps running on 3rd and 7, Doug is a good RB, but Schiano/Sullivan don’t know how to use him or any of the other running backs. Look how the Pats are using Blount. And Joe said himself, following the rules whether you like them or not is the meaning of discipline. And these hits are how football should be played but they are costing the players money and the Bucs wins in this Roger Goodell pansy football league.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:15 pm
Freeman was going to throw Schiano under the bus but only 45.7% of him actually got there.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:16 pm
Way to waste a first round draft pick Bucs. Its been obvious to anyone paying attention that Freeman was not going to be our Qb for very much longer so why not trade him in the off season. Freeman had a stretch last year where he was a top five Qb I know there had to be somebody out there that thought they could coach him up and maximize all that potential. This team still has some holes that could’ve been filled with some extra picks instead the team sets him up to fail with some horrible game plans and split practice reps with a 3rd round project QB. Now Freeman is gone, the Bucs still gotta pay him b/c they’ve destroyed any trade value the kid had and are starting a rookie QB with an 0-4 record. If the team didn’t want him on the squad anymore they should’ve traded him instead of trying to smear the man’s name and leaking out info about his medical condition, something that is highly illegal and wouldn’t be surprised if legal action ideas taken by Freeman, and we still don’t have a QB. I’m gonna cheer my Bucs but if\when
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:23 pm
It will be interesting to see how things change from here on out. Wonder if Freeman will do that interview with Big Dog? He’s stupid if he runs his mouth.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:23 pm
I see the site has done some more “maintenance” and cleared more posts.
At least this time it’s gotten rid of the actual trash.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:30 pm
@ tbfan4eva
You know the Buc leaked medical info? How about turning us on to your source?
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:33 pm
I’m just glad the team can move forward and away from all the Freeman drama for now.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:38 pm
this is some Orwellian 1984 sht J.oes. (I doubt PR know what I mean) But you have straight up dropped the “fan” from “JBF”
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:40 pm
They cut him a near 6 million dollar check just to get him out the door today.
I’m glad we can move on too 1987.
Finally.. May the chips fall as they will.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:46 pm
I’m not going to second guess anything or look back in retrospect. I’ m going to to take the facts on the table and run with them. Freeman is gone. Bye! Schiano is 0-4. Better win!
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:46 pm
Oh, the chips WILL fall, don’t worry about THAT!
You’re going to get EXACTLY what you deserve, I hope you have a exit strategy, because we’re going to wear your A$$ out when you get what you want!
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:47 pm
@ PRFan & 87
Now that Freeman has departed perhaps some of his supporters will just fade away….at least they might start posting about football or the subject of the article.
I am dumbfounded by some of the comments about the Bucs leaking Josh’s medical info….most are stating that it is a fact that the Bucs leaked info….and there has been not a shred of evidence of that…not to mention absolutely no incentive…as we have just seen…couldn’t even absorb his salary and get a 2015 7th rounder….wow, is that bad or what?
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:53 pm
see Joes? at least I can put these dullards in their place and lift your ratings. these guys are like the high school jazz band with a voice… whatever though, let these guys be Joes 2013 BucsFans!
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:53 pm
I for one am not happy he’s gone; it just means yet another failed draft pick at the games most important position. Hope Glennon turns out to be very good at least; I just don’t see it but I hope I’m wrong.
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:54 pm
@tbfan4eva
“If the team didn’t want him on the squad anymore they should’ve traded him instead of trying to smear the man’s name and leaking out info about his medical condition, something that is highly illegal and wouldn’t be surprised if legal action ideas taken by Freeman”
We are waiting for your source…
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:55 pm
@TBBF
Yea starting with Ms.Cleo and her crystal ball over there White Tiger.
They can pack their bags and follow Rahb out the door to Freeman’s next team.
Funny thing is, regardless of what choice the Bucs organization makes as far as our QB or Coach goes this coming season, I’ll be fine with it. Looking forward to a Freemanless team regardless of what goes on from here on out. and I could care less what he does now that a he is no longer wearing a Bucs jersey. Whatever he does, he didn’t do it here lol. Unless he goes onto be the same ole losing, inconsistent QB he’s always been :/
October 3rd, 2013 at 6:57 pm
If your ratings rise, while we put these Schiano/Glennon riding whorres in check, even your sponsors cant argue against the “bottom line”$$$$$. F everybody! Like your logo guy says!
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:01 pm
@PR – Word the Eff up!! Well said. Go Bucs!! It’s all about NOT 5!!!!
And CHEERS to my little buddy!! I’m drinking a fat tire and laughing.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:01 pm
@ PRBucFan
I was never quite happy with Freeman’s performance because you couldn’t count on him…but the way he handled this…he has burned the bridge with me.
Also as you can see by my posts above to tbfan4eva…I am going to wear anyone out that makes usnsubstantiated claims against our team or coaching staff.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:01 pm
“I hope you have a exit strategy, because we’re going to wear your A$$ out when you get what you want!”
What could be worse the losing every game we play?
That’s exactly what was happening with Freeman at the helm..
NOTHING could be worse lol. If we lose out the rest of the season, we were already heading there with Free at the helm, if we win even 1 game it’s an improvement over Free. So stop crying and either deal with the fact that your boy Free is gone or leave and go follow him elsewhere.
P.S. I invite your attempts, keep them coming.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:02 pm
I think the Packers are his most likely destination. They only have Seneca Wallace as a backup at this time but I’m not too sure that Josh is an upgrade over Wallace or not. Other than the Pack I’m not sure too many other teams are interested in a QB that:
1. Can’t read defenses
2. Has trouble completing passes as shown by his mid 50% over his career
3. Has ADHD —- which may be why he can’t read defenses
4. Misses / late for team meetings
5. Lost his team mates as shown by not being voted team captain
6. Doesn’t show the fire starting caliber QB’s need
7. Has lost his mobility with age (Boy he’s aging fast)
8. Has a high opinion of himself that isn’t shown by his play on the field.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:04 pm
@TBBF
That’s what’s up, do it up bro.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:05 pm
@ Bucfan999
You can add….makes mistakes with prescription drugs
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:09 pm
Joe, CBS reported today that schiano was talking to some ticket holders, saying that the bucs were a laughing stock before he got here. You know any thing about that? Any truth?
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:09 pm
@Brooks
Ahahaha, You know how we do it here
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:10 pm
I swear. You guys that keep talking about Freeman sound like the drunk standing out front of a burning two story flop house saying ” I left my money up in that mofo”.
This ship has sailed. You’re looking up a dead dog’s a$$. You’re still watching the lights as you cross the street. Watch the cars. The damn light never killed anybody.
Freeman is gone, never to return. Schiano is still here and we’re 0-4. Let’s figure out how to win some games. Can Schiano get the job done? That should be every word coming out of our mouths from here on out.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:15 pm
And that’s our prerogative, no need to keep reposting the same thing every time someone makes a statement about Freeman.
Move along now, I promise, you will be ok.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:19 pm
I imagine (hope) all this Freeman talk will die down by this Saturday. That is until he releases another statement. Which should come any day now.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:20 pm
What are these supposed personal issues some of you people refer to? Please, be explicit, and where is your proof of these allegations? This whole series of leaks has been nothing but a black eye to the organization. I honestly feel that we might not win a game. Look at the schedule, and now a rookie QB who has less tools. Goddamn.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:22 pm
It may be your prerogative, but it’s lunatic fringe. It’s pitiful. It’s like you’ve fallen and you can’t get up. Need some help?
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:25 pm
Bitter isn’t better.
Honestly, get over it.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:28 pm
PRBucFan…Splengo clearly wants us to focus our hatred towards Schiano from now on.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:29 pm
Like Joe said on the radio last night. He does not get why some fans are rooting for Schiano to fail, because that makes no sense.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:29 pm
The irony is you claim you want to everyone to move on from Freeman yet every chance you get you try and reprimand us and in essence re-involve yourself in the discussion of Freeman.
If you truly want that than do it, don’t worry about the rest of us and move on.
Your assistance is not required.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:30 pm
Splengo. This is an article about Freeman. Your coming on an article about Freeman and telling people to not talk about Freeman?
C’mon man. Your gonna lose status as my #1 fan with silly comments like that.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:31 pm
@ Splengo
I absolutely agree with you…but we are here to give Josh a proper wake….while he still has supporters in mourning.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:31 pm
So, you didn’t like Gruden – who actually WON a Super Bowl – but you DO like Schiano?
Let me smell that stuff coming out of your pipe…I don’t think it’s “reason”.
Anyone demonstrating as much of a problem with character as Schiano – isn’t going to win over a locker room. No matter how many cameras he puts in their lockers, or hides in towels, or puts out on the sidelines. He isn’t getting folks to step up – he’s showing them the door.
Cool, that’s one way…but if your wins are less than your losses…maybe it’s you, and not the coach?
…and if we can tell how good/bad a QB is in 2-3 years – whats the over/under on the boy wonder coaches – specifically those from Rutgers (who in 6 years compiled a 67-66 record and never won a BIG EAST title)…who lost more games than they won last year, and looks to be on that same track this year?
When do you start smelling what the rest of us already smell?
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:35 pm
Blah blah blah, thanks Ms.Cleo, we would be lost without you.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:36 pm
The only way my Bucs are coming back this season is if Shitano gets the boot. Doug Martin isn’t being used the right way and Shitano’s playbook can be very predictable, our O-line is finally healthy, but what good is that if we have no tight-end or slot-receiver. Our defense is holding it’s own and has shined among all this bleakness, as for our offense i don’t put much blame on them as i do on the coaching staff. What happened to the supposed new and improved coaching staff? And if all fails well there’s always next year.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:39 pm
All I smell is White Tiger dung
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:43 pm
@ Buc 1987
Joe wondered why so many fans are rooting fot Schiano to fail…well, I think they are so invested in their opinions of him and have fallen for the media barrage of negativity.
So, they would rather the Bucs lose so it will spark the end of their hated coach.
As a Buc fan, I find that incredible…..now, I think he has made some mistakes and I would like to see some changes but as long as the Glazers choose to entrust him with our/their team…I am a supporter.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:45 pm
“I imagine (hope) all this Freeman talk will die down by this Saturday. That is until he releases another statement. Which should come any day now.”
—–
So why is it not ok for Freeman to issue a statement. He has yet to throw anyone under the bus anyway. He’s actually handled this pretty well. If someone was leaking information about you, demoting you, and embarrassing you, wouldn’t you have a right to defend yourself? In my opinion, if he says nothing, it means he has no fight. If I’m a GM, I wouldn’t want that. In my opinion, Josh has actually been too soft. He’s way too even tempered for my taste. But no matter what he does or doesn’t do, people like 1987 are going to blast him so they can defend their precious and completely innocent Schiano.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:45 pm
Couch,
I will always be your #1 fan. Because like Freeman, if my dog ever dies, I would like to hold you personally accountable. Lol
And PRBuc, I have feelings for the downtrodden. When I shine a light under the porch and I see 6 eyes shining brightly – you, Couch, and 1987 all huddled together shivering and holding on to each other, I feel a civic duty to help out. However, if you don’t want help, I won’t bother,
It’s a brand new day. The Bogeyman left today at 4:00pm. It’s safe now. You can come out. Lol.
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:46 pm
and our perogative is to introduce you to it.
Every day.
ALL day.
They say every dog has day, so keep barking…

Well said TBBF
It’s not just incredible, it’s detestable.

The Bucs will never be OK as long as Schiano is at the helm! He doesn’t have a clue on how to game plan or maximize talent!
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:49 pm
As always, the Bucs will get the short end of this deal, Freeman will find another team and turn out to be everything we could never get out of him, and well also be on the opposite end of poetic justice as he will likely QB a team we have to play and watch him pick us apart…..considering Buc luck, this should come as no surprise!

Well, Thanks Splengo I appreciate the charity work. Very considerate.
Again quite Ironic.
Keep it coming Ms.Cleo, I’m lovin’ it!
Again, I’m sooooo jealous of your ability to bend time and space. It’s fpretty amazing.

“…but tomorrows comin’”
Again what’s worse than never winning???
Answer? Nothing!!! Even if we lose it’s NO DIFFERENT than what we had with Free lol
Can’t go any where but up from here Ms.Cleo

I don’t want Schiano to fail because any personal animus. I simply think he is an incompetent coach and he’s dead set on proving that to the world all by himself. He doesn’t need my help. And evidently I’m not alone. Joe has a new thread up that gives other opinions. Enjoy!
October 3rd, 2013 at 7:59 pm
And no not he’s not the bogeyman just not the right guy to be our QB.
I don’t know if Schiano is the right guy either, but I know he’s not the spawn of Satan he’s being made out to be by the poor ole Freemanites.
Again, we’ll see who ends up being our QB and or our coach next season.
Honestly doesn’t matter to me, I’m going to cheer “the Bucs” on regardless.

LOL Splengo..I’m a Bucs fan. I’m used to the sucking that is. Nothing really fazes me anymore. I didn’t ride into this team on the bandwagon in 97. I can deal with all of this just fine. No under the porch for me. Still funny as hell nonetheless.
October 3rd, 2013 at 8:01 pm
Joe has threads up that give all types of opinions all the time, thanks though.

PRBuc,
On that note, we agree. Gotta watch the game now. We play one of these teams later. Counted the Bills as a win early on, not so sure anymore. Good night PR, I’m out.

If Shiano goes who will claim the throne?

Mr. Patrick Says:

I can already hear Raheem begging his best friend Mike Tomlin to bring Freebow to Pittsburg. He’ll be out of the league in 3 years
—————————————————————————————–
How about Raheem begging Bruce Allen to bring Freeman to DC with all the other Bucs castaways?
October 3rd, 2013 at 10:12 pm
Schiano is just awful, horrible, inept, egomaniacal, condescending, poor excuse for a leader. I wish the Glazers would just cut their losses now and fire that POS.
This team would be better off with No Coach than Napoliano. He is a serial loser and continues his same ways down the same path to the Dump. I think Eric said how can you get a worse coach than Raheem, but the Bucs sure did.

Hoyer feared to have torn ligaments in his knee. Free to Cleveland?
October 3rd, 2013 at 10:58 pm
Brandon Weeden is looking good right now. Better than Josh has since last year. Freeman’s not going anywhere to start but thats probably his best bet. EJ Manuel is also hurt.
October 3rd, 2013 at 11:17 pm
Don’t be pissed at Schiano. Be pissed at Dominick and the Glazers for bringing him to Tampa in the FIRST PLACE! Over Marty and Joe Philbin? Over Mike Sherman? BHAHAHAHAHAHA. Don’t lie guys, most of you liked the hire at first.

Thats the thing – I would have thought the team would have been somewhat alerted by the fact that Schiano had 7 QB’s in 6 years…they should have known what was coming.
Because I didn’t know, I gave him a chance, how much worse could it be – we’d just survived Raheem Morris – and then the guy went to work on our reputation, using his disdain for Victory Formations, starting CB’s, RB’s and QB’s…to do it. Now, I’m just hoping to stop this “improvement” before he turns his attention on other starting players…
I gave him a shot, so he started executing players…

Freeman won this one. Schiano lost and so did Dom. This just showed that Dom has no power anymore and is on his way out. Schiano ruined Freeman. He may have been inconsistent since he entered the leagu but he was GREAT at times. Schiano ruined him. You really think Mike Glennon is a better QB than Freeman? If you do, you dont know football. I dont know what Schianos plan is, but he needs at least 5 to 6 wins to make it past this season. For one, I cant believe he is failing. The talent level is insane! Joe Philbin would have this time at least 3-1. OH.
