Freeman Is On The Practice Field
October 1st, 2013Josh Freeman is battling for his old job back, the No. 2 QB job he held for a day or so before being banished by the New Schiano Order to an “inactive suite” for last Sunday’s game.
Rick Stroud, of TampaBay.com, Twittered that Freeman is back practicing today and “all are playing nice in the sandbox” on the fields of One Buc Palace.
Joe wonders how many scouts from other teams are watching Freeman?

FIRE SCHIANO!

Hope he ends up in Houston or Oakland ( with Ollie) …#jf5
FIRE SCHIANO !

I’m sure this is all Schiano’s plan to have Josh win back the starting job just to humiliate Mike Glennon for not choosing to play for Rutgers. After all, his whole coaching career is based on nothing but revenge and evil plotting.

Good for you Free!
I’d be in Schiano’s face EVERY day! Not fighting, just working…if the coaches favorite pupil threw a forty yard bomb, I’d throw a ball 50 yards.
I’d put my arm around Glennon, pull him close and tell him “I’m done here dude, so I got nothing to lose, but watch your back with coach, he changes his mind, fast…then he’ll start spreading rumors…”
Then I’d show him how I threw it 50 yards in a nice tight spiral…
I’d invite him over and have those NFL comeback wins of mine on a loop while I gave him advice…
You’d have to cut me to make it stop.

Sorry Mrs. Schiano, but don’t you have some kids to take care of and travel arrangements to make?
What are you doing here trying to defend someone who clearly is in over his head as an NFL head coach?

Schiano = Toes on the unemployment line

DEFENDING HIM!? I’m doing nothing but getting the truth out to the public. We as fans deserve to know about the evil that has befallen the city of Tampa!

Whatever you say Mrs. Schiano, far be it from me to tell the wife of the greatest NFL head coach to ever walk the halls of One Buc Place that she’s full of manure. lol

I wish Freeman would stay, have his job back and all was forgiven. Maybe Freeman would play like before….. I wish he had the chance, just for one game. 🙁

Thanks for the tagline ShutTheBucUp…hey weren’t one of the one’s calling for Gruden to be fired?
FIRE SCHIANO!
(except, when I say it, I mean with real fire…like, flames n stuff…)

This team is a mess fire greg schaino

“I now think Josh gives us the best chance to win after watching Mike Glennon” coach Schiano.
October 1st, 2013 at 2:08 pm
Joe, I have a feeling we’ll see Freeman again in the field; playing; soon……
(in Red & Pewter) Remember the open to the public practices before the season started, when you couldn’t help but keep praising Freeman for his perfect performance during those practices? ……………….. I don’t know , just here thinking…………………………………………
October 1st, 2013 at 2:08 pm
As Joe intimated, Free being at practice was most likely for the benefit of potential trade partners to see him in action. We’ll see how things go.
October 1st, 2013 at 2:19 pm
Freeman gives us the best chance to win, that is what was learned after training camp, so fire Schiano and put Freeman back in and let’s finish this year with a fight. I think Freeman would of beat Arizona.
October 1st, 2013 at 2:24 pm
Seeing Freeman out practicing would surely help Dominick find a willing trade partners. Its hard to believe there’s another GM as bad as Dominick that would trade for Freeman. When they can just wait until the trade dead line has passed and he is cut because Schiano wants him out ASAP.

Good for Josh. he is finally wising up and this was the best move he could make. Be a stud and go out and win your job back. It has happened before and it can happen again. I don’t hate Freeman. I’m definitely disappointed in him and his behavior, but than can all change today. Turn over a new leaf, get on the Bus and go out and perform the way he has in the past. Josh can be a great QB, but only he can make it happen. If he is willing, he can bring the Bucs offense back and even get a new contract, but he has a long road ahead if this is what he wants.
C’mon Josh, you can do it. Take your licks and be a Pro.
October 1st, 2013 at 3:19 pm
are we forgetting Josh has a problem focusing (bigmac) if he can’t focus how can we expect for him to read a defense. Could you imagine trying to remember an NFL playbook if you can focus!
October 1st, 2013 at 3:26 pm
thats why he’s taking Adderall moron^^^^ Go ahead make fun of ADHD, only over a million Americans are treated for it annually.
October 1st, 2013 at 3:33 pm
@jjuice – I’ll bet a guy with ADHD and on Aderall is more focused than anyone you’ve ever met.
Most of the players in the NFL take aderall in ORDER to focus – unfortunately – most of THEM don’t voluntarily enter a program because they’re taking a perscription medication.
Here’s some REAL truth for you – I’ll bet your kids know EXACTLY how much FOCUS aderall can offer – specifically they can tell you how much to take, and when to take it (before exams, while cramming for a late night test…just before a date…) and how often to take it…
October 1st, 2013 at 3:52 pm
He’s so focused he can’t remove his eyes from the first receiver he looks at!
October 1st, 2013 at 4:09 pm
Word is leak came from Freemans camp again !!!! just like the trade request.
Freeman friends want to make schiano look bad per freemans orders… Good choice of buddies Josh they the one’s you cant trust
October 1st, 2013 at 6:55 pm
Hah! Thats why the NFLPA is investigating the leak (HINT: the PLAYERS union is investigating the team because the PLAYER alleges something is wrong here)…
You should probably think this stuff through before posting.\\
The reality is this; it doesn’t really matter who leaked it, it only matters who the fans THINK leaked it. That means the PR battle is being won by someone OTHER than One Buc Palace.
This nightmare situation plays out with Freeman, collecting Glazer money until he signs-on to his new teams contract, and Schiano and Dom collecting Glazer money to NOT work for the Glazers.
Which means in a few months you Buc fans will be seeing the owners looking for a new GM, a New head coach, and a new QB of the future.
“BOOM, WINNING!”
October 1st, 2013 at 7:28 pm
For thousands of years ADHD didn’t exist. Now half the population has it. If you idiots don’t get off this Adderall crusade I’m going to start talking politics and bash the resident in the Whitehouse.
STFU with your soapbox. Nobody cares.
October 1st, 2013 at 8:40 pm
Good to hear Freeman is back out on the practice field, lets hope he can shine and a team will pick him up so this soap opera can stop. Then we can see what Glennon is all about with She-an-o.
Let get back to Football and drop the “Young and Restless”

BigMac:
For thousands of years, black holes didn’t exist, either. Oh WAIT! Yes they DID!! We just didn’t know about them, because we had not advanced enough scientifically to theorize or find them.
October 2nd, 2013 at 8:32 am
Of course Freeman can throw a 50 yard spiral, we just don’t know which receivers head it’s going to sail over.
