Did anyone listen to BD today? I expected a hate-filled rant at Schiano. Quite the opposite. In his monologue he stated he had called in sources and after mining for facts endorsed the move. He wouldn’t reveal what he found but commented at lot on Free’s abnormal behavior, starting with missing his own QB camp & the Ron & Ian Show interview. He even went so far as to opine Freeman should not be the #2 QB. When a caller asked about a trade BD said something to the effect that “word of the problem will travel fast in the NFL”
In the Brooks hour, BD, Ira Kaufman, and Brooks all hinted to the same off-field issue and hoped the Bucs would help Freeman.
I have my deduction on the issue but it’s only a guess and Joe would rightly block it. Appears a lot more here that we don’t know.

Cutting Freeman would be ideal right about now… just on principle. 🙂
However, his compensation pick is worth more than he actually is.
Who knows, we could draft another solid QB similar to Glennon next year in round 3 with out wasting a pick.

Yep in the monologue & Brooks segment. In the JBF segment he just enjoys the fact that Joe blindly wags his tail and agrees w/ him for the air time.
Gotta change my screenname to something positive now. I hope the team goes on a tear.

Freeman had Crosshairs on him the day Schiano was hired! Josh regressed in a hostile workplace. Clearly Freeman wanted Out of Tampa since Glennon was Drafted and it showed in his demeanor both on and off the field.
Wasn’t Josh the guy who rallied the troops during the lockout? Wasn’t Josh the guy who was wowing the NFL last year at this time? Didn’t he break franchise records……now he’s a Bum?
If there is no turning back, why not an outright RELEASE???? This kid has talent, but has a fragile psyce. What, Freeman is 1yr older than Glennon…..there is a lot of room left for him to improve UNDER A SUPPORTIVE COACHING STAFF, Not an organization paying lipservice.
A Promising Talent & Team Ruined under personality conflict with the Coach who spouts College experience as a Trust Me lever. Josh has won 10 Games and once was Captain Comeback. Sad day as a Bucs Fan

My impression of Josh always goes back to the off-season he lost alot of weight. Josh starred he was taking his diet a lot more seriously. Uh, dude, you’re a QB in the nfl. This isn’t k state. The dude doesn’t take it as serious as someone who earns his shot. Good luck free,gonnaneed it.

NOW IM EXCITED ABOUT SUNDAY’S GAME, TO THINK HE IMPROVED THAT MUCH SINCE GAME 4 OF THE PRESEASON WOW I CANT WAIT, BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR, IF THE BACKUP QUARTERBACK IS THE MOST POPULAR PLAYER ON THE TEAM HMMM I WONDER HOW MANY BOO’S WE WILL HEAR. Sure Rahb, half of South Tampa knows what the issue is. When you miss your very own kids camp, team photo’s and your own team wont vote for you as a Captain, go ahead and pass the blame off!
I guess tanking Rah as a head coach didn’t matter either.
