Big Secondary Spenders
September 7th, 2013Joe can’t stand BSPN, but Joe knows many Bucs fans love their BSPN. Love it!
In the BSPN stats geek video below, some Bucs-Jets numbers are rolled out while Mike Sando talks about how the Bucs will win tomorrow. Interestingly, Sando lets us know the Bucs have spent the most salary cap dollars on cornerbacks and the third most on safeties. Joe surely hopes that translates into at least an average secondary.

There’s 16 million reasons why the Bucs have the highest payrolled secondary. How old is that guru? Looks like he just got out of diapers. lol

There are many things that I don’t like about ESPN but I watch it anyway because it is informational, much like reading Joe Not Very Funny Bucs Fan.

lol hoping for an average secondary….smh i love it because with the garbage we rolled out at corner last year, everyone not mentioning that our starters were undrafted free agents with a 1st year college head coach, what more do you want, its not like 2011 we were in the playoffs.
also all you analyst arent mentioning is darelle revis and goldson are veterans and wont tolerate mediocrity all we needed is someone to light a fire when you arent doing your job on defense yea they probably need to jell but even doug martin didnt have a breakout game until after last years bye week.
Why not predict us to start off slow and finish strong. oh thats right because we didnt do it last year as if last year matters now…bucs upgraded and spent money and i think it will be money well spent and worth it, i trust revis on a bum knee more than i trust us playing with 12 men on the field and still allowing a touchdown like we did last year
