My question is, has Josh improved over these 3 1/2 years as a starter. I don’t see how anyone can be happy with an NFL QB completing less than 60% of their throws. You have to finish drives and keep the chains moving. I would guess his ability to keep drives going forward is the main weakness, that’s why we kick a lot of field goals.

Anyone watching with an unbias eye can tell you the clear answer to that is no. He still has the same problems he had back when he was a rookie. No part of his game has improved. His stats have but thats due more to the weapons around him than his actual play regardless of what the “real knowledgeable fans” say.

@Gt40bear that wont be on the Glazers thats more on Schiano if he wants to change coordinators but I’m not offensive coordinators yet. If we change coordinators we have to get rid of Freeman too, because we will be saying for yet another year freeman has another coordinator.

Gus- I agree on letting him play out next year but we seriously need to have a backup plan. Free is wildly inconsistent at best. When he is good he is very good but when he is bad he is the worst. 9 turnovers in two games is inexcusable even more so when you have the weapons Free has.

5 years on the Bucs, and 4 years of starting isn’t enough of a “chance” to show something.
We can do better than the 17th best QB in football, and fans should demand better. Only 12 QB’s go to the playoffs. We need a top 12 QB to have a real “chance”. Anybody satisfied with Freeman is an “über Homer” with an extreme case of denial.
It’s ok bro, Free is not the answer.

You saw Freeman play like this last year through parts of the 10 game skid. We are at a 5 game skid this year highlighted by the horrific play of our QB. This is unacceptable. He has no accuracy, and he can not process the game quickly enough to provide effectiveness. He is holding us back.

Freeman is the best qb in bucs history and you know why because this team gives up on qbs ALl the time. No use. Some of the “fans” of this team are useless. If your commenting at me then your probably one of those fans.
