“I Know What To Do”
December 18th, 2012Minutes after the first-ever clobbering suffered by the New Schiano Order, Greg Schiano calmly told media that “I’ve been here before” and “I know what to do.”
That was great. Joe loved hearing the head coach go on the record telling everyone listening that he knows just how to handle it when a professional footballl team officially goes into a heinous freefall late in a season. The last coach surely didn’t know what to do.
Joe and every fan is watching closely and pulling for Schiano.
But if Schiano can’t snap the Bucs out of its funk in these next two games, especially with experienced assistant coaches and veteran senior advisors in Butch Davis and Jimmy Raye, Joe thinks it’s fair to say that Schiano did not know what to do.

Does the coaching staff ever review game films? Seems they forgot that setting up the pass with the run actually works. They need to put players in the position to excel. Josh throws a decent mid range pass and deep ball but stinks at the short stuff. Please pull out the tapes of the games when the offence moved the ball and use those plays!

If he knew what to do we wouldn’t have been shut out by the worst defense in the NFL. Rah Deux!

I judge whether or not he knows what to do by what he does this offseason and what we do next season. I could care less if we win these last two games. Horrible secondary and horrible QB makes it pretty hard to win games.

LOOK AT ALL THE INJURIES THIS TEAM HAS SUFFERED,AND LOSING TWO STARTING CORNERS.NO TEAM IN THE LEAGUE CAN COMPETE WITH THESE TYPES OF ISSUES.GIVE SCHIANO A BREAK HES NOT THE ONE PLAYING ON THE FIELD.

Hard to turn around a 4-12 team in one year. It doesn’t happen often. I am impressed with what he has done.

Coach knows what to do, that is why the Gm will be fired within the 1st week of the offseason.

because he said it would take 2 games to turn it around?!? that’s fair.

I like that he gave the team two days off. They have been going 7 days a week since camp. A little down time is good. Get back to work tomorrow, with everybody well rested. Good leadership Coach.

The point is that he has never been here before and he has no clue what to do. Just like his clock management skills, nonexistent.
Maybe, the players got sick and tired of being fined for hands on hips and got tired of his ineffective repetitive fundamental drills.
Maybe, they are tired of this mental midget marching around the complex with his idiotic ideas and theories. Check his bio.
“Throughout the 2006 season, coach Schiano and Rutgers were featured prominently in both the local and national media, and Schiano’s motivational phrase “keep choppin'” became part of the lexicon of college football.”
Since Gruden was “pounding that rock” in 2001, that would put the Little General 5 full years behind the times.
Meanwhile, there are coaches available (Kelly) that are so far ahead of the trends that even NFL defensive legends like Monte Kiffin (63 points) have no idea how to compete with his innovative style.
Remember, they said the forward pass was a fad and would never succeed in the NFL.

Miguel your man crush on Chip Kelly was funny at first but now its just disturbing. Kelly is never going to coach the Bucs. Give it up. Pull your head out of his backside for a few seconds to catch a bit of reality. It might be enlightening.
