Complete Opposites When It Comes To Effort
December 8th, 2012After watching this video from the “Playbook” team at NFL Network, it’s almost in double digits now how many experts Joe’s heard claim that the Eagles defense has quit on the 2012 season.
This time, Brian Baldinger, Sterling Sharpe and Donovan McNabb show the alleged quit in the Eagles on film and on the stat sheet. Baldinger is adamant the Eagles have quit, and McNabb calls the Philly defense “non-effort and non-effective.”
Every sign points to the Bucs lighting up the scoreboard tomorrow. If Josh Freeman can play consistent football, this game should be a laugher by late in the third quarter. There’s just no reason to believe the Eagles should be able to slow down the Bucs.

I think Joe hit it on the head when he said the 2012 Eaglets are the 2011 Bucs.

Don’t whistle in the wind! The Eagles have enough talent left on this team to still be dangerous. The bucs need to play this game and every remaining game like it’s a playoff game!

They got some young guys now looking to make a name though. Got to get up eary and make them quit.
OFF SUBJECT: Just watched 30 for 30 on Bo Jackson…. makes me sad as to what we missed out on. The greatest athlete I ever saw by a WIDE margin. He was amazing to watch.

I do not think this game will be a blow out by the 3rd quarter. I’ve loved the bucs for a long time and by now I know them well enough to know that they never blow bad teams out. We tend to always play to the level of our competition. I bet you this will be a close game. And I wouldn’t be surprised in the least if the Eagles win. Unknown and bad QBs tend to typically play at there best against us. And our pass defense isnt the worst in the league for nothing. Anyways, GO BUCS!!

Fortunately, it sounds like the Bucs players aren’t taking the Eagles lightly. However, I think they’ll smell blood in the water early and they must take advantage.

Ya dude is right about the Buc’s almost never blow team’s out. This year we have blown out KC and Minny thou.Just STOP THE RUN and we’ll win.Foles might throw for 300yards,2TD’s but He’ll toss 2 or 3 pick’s and a fumble or two.If we stuff the run early Reid won’t be able to help himself.I mean the guy basically is going to be fired for being so pass happy. When he has one of the best running back’s in the league.

My gut isn’t telling me much for this one. Freeman hasn’t played well since the chargers game and if that continues this game could be close. Both winning and loosing are contagious. With all of our injuries, do we have enough gas left in the tank to put the last two weeks behind us? I don’t know. Color me nervous. On another note, I think I’ll have to watch my Bucs superbowl cd before I head to the stadium today, just to get into the spirit!

The 2012 Eagles have quit on Andy Reid like the 2011 Buccaneers quit on Raheem Morris.
Expect a blow out.

The last time that I can remember the Bucs facing a team that had quit was when we faced the Atlana Falcons just after their coach had quit. It became a glorious day when Michael Spurlock ran back that kickoff. Loved that game
