Patriots At Bucs, Open Thread
August 24th, 2012OK ladies (non-NFL Network types) and gentlemen, get ready for the final Bucs home game of the preseason. Feel free to type away about the goings on during the game.
As always, do not paste any links of pirated game feeds in this thread, for face banishment to the gates of hell. However, you are welcome to e-mail links among yourselves.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:19 pm
Let’s hope GMC isn’t awe struck after this go around.
FIRE THE CANNONS
August 24th, 2012 at 7:19 pm
Nice that we’ll get more than a half of the starters
August 24th, 2012 at 7:31 pm
I hope they give LGB the night off to recover completely. I would like to see what these new guys can do behind the #1 line.
Mark Barron will be tested tonight because I believe the Patriots have the best tight ends in the league.
If GMC doesn’t make a tackle, that will be exactly what his average is this preseason. 1/2 tackle a game. Right on schedule.
I have to wait until Sunday 10am to watch the game.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:40 pm
Okay, Michael Smith is officially a very good kickoff returner. Give him the job.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:45 pm
Nice catch for a 1st by VJ
August 24th, 2012 at 7:45 pm
Two big plays to VJax already on the first drive!
August 24th, 2012 at 7:46 pm
Muscle Hamster scores from 2 yards out
August 24th, 2012 at 7:47 pm
Opening drive TD baby! Woo!
August 24th, 2012 at 7:48 pm
Now shut up haters!
August 24th, 2012 at 7:48 pm
Looking good so far; OL doing well, Freeman connecting to Jackson, Muscle Hamster punching it in.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:49 pm
Also, coming back at 3rd and long AFTER the penalty…Something we didn’t see much last season.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:49 pm
Extremely impressed with how poised & confident Freeman looks so far. Looks like he’s in a zone right from the get-go.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:50 pm
ok so the new acquisitions have done well so far lets see how the defense does I think that has been my worry for this season anyways, how does our defense play.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:52 pm
Jock strap grande,
Re-read your post. Obviously math isn’t your strong suit.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:53 pm
Uh-oh! I’m down 14 points on my wager.
Who is this #83 guy and where’s he been hiding?
August 24th, 2012 at 7:53 pm
Hayward’s starting?
August 24th, 2012 at 7:54 pm
Ohhhh Nooooo…….
August 24th, 2012 at 7:54 pm
GMC is down; injured AGAIN!
August 24th, 2012 at 7:55 pm
Aaand Mccoy is down.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:55 pm
OL softie is down again.what a preacher.lol!
August 24th, 2012 at 7:55 pm
foster had a mild hamstring thing, said deckerhoff
August 24th, 2012 at 7:55 pm
Three and out on the first Pats drive, but McCoy is down with a knee injury.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:56 pm
Wow, they better find some quality depth at DT.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:57 pm
Hell here go 93 out for another year smh
August 24th, 2012 at 7:57 pm
At least Parker didn’t fumble it.
August 24th, 2012 at 7:59 pm
Nice catch by Clark. 12 yards down the field.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:00 pm
Dallas Clark looks GOOD, much better than Winslow. VJ should have caught that for a 1st down!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:00 pm
McCoy just went down (grasp his knee) ~ he looked in pain.
Hope he’s ok. Other than this we’re looking very sharp (knock on wood).
August 24th, 2012 at 8:01 pm
Not a 3 and out, which is still ok by me.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:01 pm
Now is this an exaggerated Hawaiian knee injury or is glass Gerald really hurt? Not being insensitive but Hawaiian cried wolf last week.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:02 pm
Nice special teams coverage on the punt, pined inside their own 20! Nice going Bucs
August 24th, 2012 at 8:02 pm
Good punt and coverage.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:02 pm
Go to the game so you can see for yourself
August 24th, 2012 at 8:03 pm
Pinned AGAIN.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:03 pm
2.2 They showed GMC getting his cleats caught in the turf and it twisted the wrong way. GMC was on the sidelines standing and nothing too bad. He SHOULD be going back into the game – SHOULD
August 24th, 2012 at 8:03 pm
VJax ruined that drive with an easy drop.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:03 pm
he walked off, but it was serious enough that nfl network cut in to show the injury
August 24th, 2012 at 8:04 pm
annnd hes back in!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:04 pm
McCoy is back
August 24th, 2012 at 8:05 pm
Bennett CRUSHES Brady and knocks the ball loose, Pats recover but nice play!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Yeah boy! go Bennett!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Michael Bennett knocked the sh-t outta Brady!!!!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Brady got smeared!!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
What’s going on with GMC? I’m watching Pats broadcast.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
BAAAAY!!!!
BOOM SACK
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Barron INT and run back for TD
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Watching on NFL-Live GMC walked off the field gingerly. He’s able to put weight on it.
I can’t believe his buddy on the Pats went after his knee like that. No penalty but should get fined for that cheap shot.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:06 pm
Yeah….we suck don’t we??
August 24th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
The Bucs are looking like the 2011 Giants playing the Pats! I’m really pleased!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
Apparently, you can draw ascii arrows on JBF…That was meant to be a TAMPA….BAAAY comment, since I heard the chant.
OMG INT TD!!!!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
Miguel…you may have to change your name buddy…..
August 24th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
INT for a TD!!! Barron!!!! Woo hoo!!!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:07 pm
Fire the Cannons!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:08 pm
Glad Hawaiian didn’t rush to an exaggerated conclusion this time.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:08 pm
I’m liking the double team on Bennett, should open up stuff on the interior.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:09 pm
Gotta give Rhonde the credit for that pick as he was the one who tipped it. Bucs defense looks fast, unlike last year.
@ Miguel there was nothing ‘cheap’ against GMC, he got his cleats stuck, even the commentator John Lynch mentioned that GMC needs to use his arms better.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:11 pm
No analysis here – just wanted everyone to know that I’m LOVING THIS GAME – watching via a website that shall not be named
August 24th, 2012 at 8:11 pm
Crap Clayborn is heading into locker room with an arm injury
August 24th, 2012 at 8:12 pm
Nice TFL by Roy Miller!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:12 pm
How come nfl.com broadcast is NE, not Tampa?
August 24th, 2012 at 8:13 pm
Roy Miller? In the backfield?
August 24th, 2012 at 8:13 pm
That play by Miller was almost Sapp-like. Impressive.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:14 pm
Pats run offense sucks.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:15 pm
This is looking like a defense we can all like.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:15 pm
Are we actually tackling? And Micheal Bennett is doing really great.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:16 pm
End of 1st and score Bucs 14 Patriots 0
WOW!!!!!!
I’m impressed so far
August 24th, 2012 at 8:16 pm
Man I have been the first one to defend McCoy but that does it man. Dude if you cant stay healthy your useless. Im ready for us to move on, he doesnt have what it takes to play in the NFL. His body is like a china doll.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:16 pm
At least it is the corners coming off the bench (Leonard Johnson) that are the ones getting beat.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:17 pm
#95 got into the backfield but looked like he gave as on the last play otherwise it would have been a TFL. So far the Bucs look agressive on defense. On the inside stunt there was confusion but Johnson had hands up to knock down the Brady pass.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:17 pm
X-Rays on Clayborn’s arm per Rick Stroud.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:17 pm
Someone nearly had him in the backfield on that sideline run. But as my ole friend would say, “Nearly never turned a heifer to a bull.”
August 24th, 2012 at 8:18 pm
At least we’re getting pressure on Brady on most snaps now, but damn he’s good at getting rid of the ball quick.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:18 pm
Good question DallasBuc! Randy Cross isnt bad but that other guy…really?
The game is in Tampa ~ we should be listening to Lynch
August 24th, 2012 at 8:20 pm
Claiborne and GMC out of game
August 24th, 2012 at 8:21 pm
Rhonde saves a TD – the LT got turned and beat badly
August 24th, 2012 at 8:22 pm
NE TD – crap
August 24th, 2012 at 8:22 pm
heyward got washed up on that long run
August 24th, 2012 at 8:23 pm
Easy running drive by Pats
August 24th, 2012 at 8:23 pm
No coincidence that when GMC and Clayborn leave the game the Pats start running the ball well.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:24 pm
Huge difference as soon as the backups get in.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:25 pm
Defense looks good but depth on the DL is atrocious. They need help.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:26 pm
only one long run really
August 24th, 2012 at 8:26 pm
Per Bucs radio, GMC getting left knee examined in locker room. Clayborn w/left arm injury returned from locker room. On sidelines. Mason Foster never suited up as he has a slight hamstring. Bucs down three defensive starters; all key starters.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:27 pm
Now its time for Blount as RB
August 24th, 2012 at 8:28 pm
We need a long drive here to give the D a little rest and change the momentum back to the Bucs.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
2nd miss by VJ this one on Freeman; Free had time but pass was BEHIND VJ. There was lots of running room
August 24th, 2012 at 8:29 pm
Dallas Clark was a STEAL.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:30 pm
2nd run by Blount and 2nd time he’s dancing at the line….making me wonder.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:31 pm
Someone tell me that we shouldn’t have paid the price to move up one spot to get Suh. That guy has yet to miss a game I believe.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:32 pm
Except when he was suspended for stomping on people.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:32 pm
Freeman tosses behind and low to Parker so the Bucs have to punt. Both bad throws on this drive were on Freeman. He had time and there was separation.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:33 pm
Not sure if you know this, but in order to trade up, the other team would have to be willing. What makes you think Detroit would have even taken our call. This isn’t Madden!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:34 pm
Whenever Freeman tries to flick it instead of stepping into the throw it’s always off target. Pisses me off the way he seems lackadaisical on some throws. Wasted drive.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:34 pm
We need to trade for a legitimate DT
August 24th, 2012 at 8:36 pm
I don’t know what the heck happened to Roy in the offseason, but I like it!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:38 pm
Run Defense? I like it.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:39 pm
Why won’t you run, Josh?
August 24th, 2012 at 8:41 pm
Dang it Trueblood.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:41 pm
WOW a 56 year FG!!!!!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:42 pm
As good as Freeman looked in the first drive he has reverted on this drive – terrible throws!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:42 pm
Alright. Get points on the board. 3 is better than 0.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:42 pm
Anybody else not feeling overly confident with Freeman
August 24th, 2012 at 8:42 pm
I think Freeman has orders not to run in preseason.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:43 pm
Freeman’s inconsistency is truly frustrating to watch.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:43 pm
These patriots announcers, “Barth, contending for the placekicking job.”
Drowning guy.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:44 pm
freeman could be doing worse, he could be tom brady….is that so bad to say right now? stop complaining
August 24th, 2012 at 8:44 pm
Hayward SACKS Brady. If I were Foster I’d be worried about my job!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:45 pm
It seems like what was predicated to be our least of worries QB is our biggest ? right now.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:45 pm
Everything has a price in business. What makes you do certain they weren’t hearing offers? Moot point. I’ll take the nasty and durable face stomper that has proven production over the nice guy that can’t stay on the field. I think most would agree and was talked about ad nauseum before the draft
August 24th, 2012 at 8:45 pm
Relax guys, remember everything is new… Freeman as well as the rest of the team is still learning the offense and havent had much playing time so far. I think Free will be fine with more playing time.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:48 pm
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE THREAD?
August 24th, 2012 at 8:48 pm
Let’s go DEFENSE. Worried about Free because he is missing receivers he shouldn’t be.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:50 pm
Remember, we have a lot of option routes in this offense, it should take a little while to get everything ironed out.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:50 pm
just think how bad this team beat us last year
August 24th, 2012 at 8:50 pm
Good challenge
August 24th, 2012 at 8:52 pm
personally im not like a lot of you worrying about josh freeman. his decision making looks better, he has time in the pocket, and he looks comfortable. his accuracy is lacking at times but no one hits every throw, ask brady, it’s preseason. When he throws from the pocket his accuracy had been pretty good. He will be fine.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:52 pm
Should have challenged the spot on that 1st down
August 24th, 2012 at 8:53 pm
I dont understand why the hell you blitz and make it easy for Tom instead of defending the obvious damn pass.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:54 pm
Quincy Black? Open field tackling? OK.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:54 pm
We kept hearing that all last year. Freeman will be fine.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:54 pm
And Ahmad goes hawking after balls again.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:55 pm
Parker fumbles a damn punt again!!! Get rid of this guy!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:55 pm
Preston Parker
August 24th, 2012 at 8:55 pm
Might be Parker’s last punt return.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:55 pm
No more Preston Parker returning punts…
August 24th, 2012 at 8:56 pm
CUT PARKER NOW!
August 24th, 2012 at 8:57 pm
I like our defense. When you can do what they’ve done to Tom Brady and the Patriots tonight you are no slouch.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:57 pm
Gotta catch the ball.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:57 pm
Martin biting the ball well after the play is over, nice.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:58 pm
Perfect time for situational football, what you got Bucs.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:58 pm
Let’s see if the defense can step up again.
August 24th, 2012 at 8:59 pm
He looks just ugly
August 24th, 2012 at 8:59 pm
Swarming to the ball……I’m excited!!!
August 24th, 2012 at 9:01 pm
Freeman is NOT looking good.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:01 pm
dallasbuc is just delirious from west nile outbreak π
August 24th, 2012 at 9:01 pm
Either Sullivan’s not letting it all hang out on the play calling or he needs more experience. After that first drive of the game our offense hasn’t looked very effective and the plays seem vanilla.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:02 pm
Gosh, it’s frustrating to watch these terrible passes by Brady….. yes that was sarcasm.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:02 pm
I really HOPE that they make Freeman come out in the 2nd half and play the 3rd quarter! He’s had protection but can’t come up with the pass!
August 24th, 2012 at 9:03 pm
Why is that lurker?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:03 pm
defense looks way ahead of offense, huh
August 24th, 2012 at 9:03 pm
Ok let’s see how Freeman handles the 2 minute drill. 2 time outs left.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:04 pm
What a run by Martin!!!!! Looked like 2010 Blount
August 24th, 2012 at 9:04 pm
And these patriot announcers have gotten sosososososososo many Bucs names wrong
August 24th, 2012 at 9:05 pm
Holy Crap!!!! This is going to be a tough night for injuries…..
August 24th, 2012 at 9:06 pm
Was that a draw play/quick hitter
August 24th, 2012 at 9:06 pm
No one to replace that cat.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:06 pm
Oh crap Davin Joseph is getting carted out with a knee injury
August 24th, 2012 at 9:08 pm
Hopefully not serious for Joseph…
August 24th, 2012 at 9:08 pm
If we lose Joseph, McCoy and Clayborn…..I’d rather we got blown out and those guys stayed healthy but it is what it is. Somebody will have to step up.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:08 pm
Now THAT’s the nice pitch and catch with Free and Parker for a 1st. Martin reminds me of Dunn but with muscles
August 24th, 2012 at 9:12 pm
Freeman looks awful
August 24th, 2012 at 9:13 pm
My guess is that GMC’s isn’t serious but Joseph’s definitely is. Don’t know about Clayborn yet but hopefully we’ll hear something at half.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:13 pm
Holy…Another 50+ FG?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:14 pm
Free doesn’t look any worse than Brady.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:14 pm
Have we seen this before? Freeman off target. 1TD THEN FIELD GOALS. But the defense looks like A DEFENSE!!
August 24th, 2012 at 9:15 pm
20-7 lead going into halftime.. dont think we’ll see much of our starters anymore. Just hope the dam injuries arent serious. I swear we are the most unlucky team when it comes to injuries.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:17 pm
Was it Clay’s right or left arm? His right was the one that caused some draft concerns.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:18 pm
only because it is shorter, not injury prone thomas
August 24th, 2012 at 9:18 pm
On the contrary Free does look worse. He is lacking accuracy and velocity on his passes. Even when he has time
August 24th, 2012 at 9:19 pm
I hope that DJ and Clay aren’t forced to miss anybreg season time – those injuries would be devastating. I hope glass gerald’s okay but I think we can survive without his 1/2 tackle per game until he gets better.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:20 pm
Thomas…you can’t be serious. That injury had nothing to do with any draft concerns you moron. It’s a physical game and people get hurt as we’ve seen tonight. People pile on your arm in a scrim for the ball and you can get hurt or tear a bicep trying to rip it out.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:23 pm
wow thomas, my god you are funny. hahahohohee 1/2 tackle/game, classic! so do you and miguel payasito exchange joke at night in bed?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:24 pm
You don’t want to risk the starters to too much in the way of injuries, but I’d like to see Free stay in until he can complete a couple of balls, hopefully find a little rhythm before the regular season.
He’s missed a lot of open receivers tonight.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:28 pm
Bobby: i love Clay, he has been Dom’s 1 gem. I am just asking which arm it was – I didn’t see how it was injured. His right arm was the concern pre-draft
August 24th, 2012 at 9:28 pm
so the kickers are doing well, what about the rest of the special teams?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:30 pm
True Bobby: but some players just can’t take the physicality of the NFL and are constantly injured
August 24th, 2012 at 9:30 pm
the concern had nothing to do with injury, just ability. and incorrectly
August 24th, 2012 at 9:31 pm
What everyone worried would be the Bucs weakness (defense) has turned out at least tonight to be this team’s strength.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:31 pm
Dom knows kickers – he was a swimmer prior to becoming Bucs GM and Joe’s idol
August 24th, 2012 at 9:33 pm
FREEMAN LOOKS SO BAD lolol im shocked
August 24th, 2012 at 9:33 pm
Since when is Clayborn constantly injured????
August 24th, 2012 at 9:34 pm
Preston Parker, yes as third receiver, NO as punt returner.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:34 pm
Rican…that was a poor route by Williams. It was a comeback route and Williams ran it too deep. It’s not always the QB’s fault.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:36 pm
Wow, Schiano has to be a half inch from an aneurysm right now, with three straight penalties.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:36 pm
What fu***ng luck! 2010&2011’s first two rounds of draft picks are injured or on another team. The Bucs have the worst luck on that D-line.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:38 pm
The QB has looked horrific most of this game with or without that play
August 24th, 2012 at 9:38 pm
Joseph going down is like a kick straight to the sack.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:39 pm
He looks scared
August 24th, 2012 at 9:40 pm
Has anyone heard the status of the injuries?? I know Joseph’s is probably season ending but I haven’t heard anything on Clayborn. GMC was walking around so I’m assuming his knee was just tweaked but no news on any of the injuries that I’ve heard.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:40 pm
Thinking we’ll see Hardman at RG rather than Larsen?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:41 pm
So comment on how bad Brady looks too Rican. He looks every bit as bad as Freeman has looked.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:43 pm
Defense still looking amazingly effective. I’m seriously impressed here.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:44 pm
Sometimes you have an off night but I am going to attribute a lot of it to good pass D by New England. We all know Brady isn’t as bad as he’s looked tonight but he hasn’t had anybody open. Our Defense has been stifling tonight. Really strong in all aspects. They can’t run or pass on us. I like it. So much for the questions about depth.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:44 pm
Who got in Freeman’s head and convinced him he was a pocket passer? Oh, I know…
August 24th, 2012 at 9:45 pm
Brady under pressure all night. Freeman under pressure all night? NO! So much for that excuse.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:48 pm
I dont care about how bad Brady looks lol. Brady is not the QB for my team haha. Bradys bad is due to how amazing our defense is playing. Not Free’s play, Free’s bad play is due to Free and not anyone else.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:50 pm
Brady also has a body of work to stand on to convince us of the FACT that he will dominate again this year, and the year after that. The jury is way out on Freeman, so we have to take it day by day. And today, he ain’t looking so hot.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:52 pm
wide recievers not named Vincent Jackson seem to be running sloppy routes.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:53 pm
Any coincidence that the D is better with Hayward at Mike?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:53 pm
Bucs can kick for sure
August 24th, 2012 at 9:54 pm
Looks like Forbath just made someone’s roster, just most likely not the Bucs with Barth already here.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:55 pm
Barth is the man. Dom needs to give him whatever he wants and lock him down for the rest of his career.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:55 pm
Swimmer Dom knows kicker. Recognize!
August 24th, 2012 at 9:55 pm
Hmm that something that should be sorted out soon Thomas haha
August 24th, 2012 at 9:56 pm
This game is exactly why I hate the preseason. Injuries everywhere, and critical ones.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:58 pm
Thomas,
Once you grade out the players, let us know who should start at MLB.
August 24th, 2012 at 9:58 pm
Can we sign the (new) kicker and trade him for a 3 or 4?
August 24th, 2012 at 9:58 pm
Thomas…you should quit posting. You have been 100 percent wrong about this team. Dom’s draft picks are playing pretty well aren’t they? Rock Star!!
August 24th, 2012 at 9:58 pm
That is one thing I agree with you on Hawaiian
August 24th, 2012 at 10:00 pm
Wow, looks like the Pats starting offense is staying out there until they get it right.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:02 pm
That will be all she wrote for the Patriot starters.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:04 pm
The same people who panicked about the Tennessee are panicking about Freeman. Geez….does it ever end? It’s a team game people. We’re up 23-14 and it was 20-7 when our first teams left the field. If you want to find something to bitch about go ahead but I couldn’t be happier.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:04 pm
These Patriot announcers are literally the worst I have ever heard. I would be an awful commentator, but I could do better than this coming off my couch. Their percentage of getting the Bucs names right is even lower than Josh Freeman’s completion percentage.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:04 pm
They only scored cause our starters arent in lol
August 24th, 2012 at 10:05 pm
Bobby! I think that you r referring to Schiano’s draftees – yes they’re great. Dom’s either stunk or were injured as usual.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:06 pm
Don’t get overly excited ladies. The Pats have been busting their a–es away from home for a while – they did the same deal, practices and game with Saints last week.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:07 pm
Holder is reporting that Davin Joseph most likely out for the year
August 24th, 2012 at 10:10 pm
Bobby please show me the post where i panicked about Tennessee. Thats two terrible games by Free. We’ll see which Free was a fluke soon enough. 2010 Free or 2011 Free. So far other than looking skinnier he doesnt look much diff than 2011 Free.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:11 pm
Michael Smith has absolutely without a doubt made the team tonight
August 24th, 2012 at 10:14 pm
Upthread, someone suggested that maybe Freeman was ordered not to run…I can see that, as he clearly needs the ‘patience’ reps. I am…Not too worried.
It’s 23-14 in the fourth…This is a better performance than I expected.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:14 pm
Yeah, I think it is pretty much bye bye Moises Madu.
Hayward was also a stud tonight, stepped up nicely.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:18 pm
First person that says Orlovsky should start should immediately be banned from commenting, or even watching, football.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:23 pm
Atleast he’s completing passes haha ; ) π lol
August 24th, 2012 at 10:25 pm
please say it thomas, please be banned from football.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:28 pm
Demps running hard for that sideline! Doesn’t want contact
August 24th, 2012 at 10:30 pm
Orlovsky should start.
The next preseason game.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:31 pm
@FLBoy,
Lol
August 24th, 2012 at 10:39 pm
Man I am truly confused on how to feel about McCoy. I am praying that Joseph is ok for the season but McCoy, I am just so tired of his act after 3 years.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:40 pm
I hate it that we lost Joseph. That just sucks. I was really looking forward to having Nicks and Joseph anchor that O-line this year.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:42 pm
@Architek. Typical classless comment by you. Hope that McCoy is injured just so you’ll be ‘over it’. Some of you so called ‘fans’ really need to find another team to tear down. I’m sick of reading your garbage on this site.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:45 pm
By the way. McCoy is probably the only one of the injuries that is minor.
August 24th, 2012 at 10:53 pm
@Bobby, since when did my opinion and honesty become censored by you? I expressed my opinion and right or wrong, it’s just that. I actually thought it was rather conservative of how most people view him.
I am simply communicating that I am tired of one of the highest paid DTs in the game hurt every year. Thats a fair and bias towards my opinion. Does people opinio make them weak fans if they dont like oft injured players? You should really go check yourself sir. I was ver vocal last season of the foolery of a program Raheem and Dominik fielded but I am loving the Schiano Order. I believe we will be a perrenial contender in years to come IF Freeman becomes consistent but time will tell. Stop crowning people and make them earn it. ‘Dennis Green’
August 24th, 2012 at 10:56 pm
Bobby, you really need to stop trying to moderate everyone’s comments. That’s not your job. Not to mention the fact that you completely misread what Architek was saying.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:02 pm
We don’t have any idea how serious the McCoy injury is. In the preseason, teams are very careful. If your toenail is sore, they generally pull you out (as they should). If he’s out for some time, then your criticism is fair. But if he’s not, then perhaps you are jumping the gun. Just wait and see. Hopefully as Bucs fans, we are all hoping he’s fine.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:06 pm
@ Architek,
Calm down man. If your opinion does not agree with his it is garbage . A lot of posters here are the same way. If they have something negitive to say they can but you never can.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:09 pm
Shut the #$@! up FlBoyInDallas. I don’t need your punk ass chiming in. Architek is a bitch…pure and simple. He’s in the same class as Thomas…a whiney little punk bitch that is constantly tearing the team down and I get sick of reading it. When a player gets hurt, especially if it’s McCoy they act like it’s a personal attack on ‘their’ money that’s invested in him. How did I misread what he said. He said he hoped Joseph wasn’t seriously injured but he didn’t know how to feel about McCoy. That means part of him was hoping McCoy WAS seriously injured. How else do you read it??? You speak a different language in Dallas?? I assume it’s still English. I’m not censoring anyone’s comments….I’m just telling him what I think about his comments. Quit meddling.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:11 pm
You won’t last long here…thankfully.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:13 pm
Bye, Bobby.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:16 pm
@BucFan20….you NEVER can????!?? Are you freaking kidding me??? I would love for Archipunk to say something positive once in awhile. That would be wonderful. Same with Thomas. Instead they make it their business to be a cancer on this board. They love to be the most negative little whiney posters I’ve ever read on any web site. Then when we have a good game they still find something to whine about.
“Donβt get overly excited ladies. The Pats have been busting their aβes away from home for a while β they did the same deal, practices and game with Saints last week.” Nice positive quote from Thomas.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:19 pm
Pull for the Cowboys FlBoyInDallas. Just stay out of my business when I comment about someone and we’ll be fine. You tell me to stop censoring someone elses comments by trying to censor mine?? How stupid is that….
August 24th, 2012 at 11:28 pm
OK….after calming down a little perhaps I overreacted. Architek, I’m sorry I went off on you like that. I assumed you were saying that a part of you hoped McCoy was injured so we could move on to someone. I hope that’s not what you meant. FlBoyInDallas…I know you’re a fan and I’m sorry for going off on you. I’m never going to hope anyone might be injured and I guess it was just aggravating me that someone would not know how to feel about a player getting injured. Someone’s opinion should never upset me that much. Anyway, I was a jerk for the comments and I apologize.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:28 pm
Funny Bobby seems to me that you can get your nose out of everyone else’s buisness/opinions on this board. Your a hypocrite. Plain and simple. The only cancer I see here is you. Go right on ahead and resort to name calling if you’d like lol. Doesn’t change the truth. You’ll be gone here pretty soon. Thomas may be negative but atleast he has more character than what your showing.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:43 pm
You get that one for free Rican.
August 24th, 2012 at 11:51 pm
Aren’t you the considerate one π
Fortunately, I think yours will cost you.
August 25th, 2012 at 12:37 am
it ain’t costing him nothing. all of yall’s negativity is grating. most are punks that hide behing keyboards trolling. you know your toughness is not real.
August 25th, 2012 at 1:19 am
I didnt think you were Joe but thanks anyways lurker π The irony is that what your crying about, “trolling”, is exactly what he’s doing hiding behind the justification of positivity lol. Please… Reality is there are two sides two everything and just like there are MANY great things happening with this team there are PLENTY of things that aren’t that pretty. If you choose to live life with the rose colored lenses on 24/7 that’s on you but dont “troll” around bashing everybody that happens to see those unpleasant things and stop trying to force those rosey lenses onto their eyes. Get over yourselves… Hypocrites.
August 25th, 2012 at 4:53 am
i am sure you are in bed now dreamin of kickin kitties, rican. however, fan does mean rooting for the team. what a few idjits like to do is constantly nag, berate, and bring down the fans of this team.

troll
1a. Noun
One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument.
also
1c. Noun
A member of an internet forum who continually harangues and harasses others. Someone with nothing worthwhile to add to a certain conversation, but rather continually threadjacks or changes the subject, as well as thinks every member of the forum is talking about them and only them. Trolls often go by multiple names to circumvent getting banned.
sure sounds like thomas, miguel, architek, and a few others too. they just do not want others to enjoy the bucs. they get off causing misery because of their real-life issues. sorry if you can’t see it with your troll-colored glasses on.
August 25th, 2012 at 12:31 pm
lol Missing my point completely but I suppose with the “argumentative” nature of a message board the Irony escapes you haha. Btw I’d love for you to show me where according to to the “definitions” you have so kindly offered I have acted as a troll. Cause you see Mr. Lurker the point I have been trying to make, you have made for me. Nowhere in the definition does it define a troll as someone who happens to see the “negative nature” of the coin. In fact nowhere does it say the word negative period. We can than conclude that Trolling is not the side of the coin we choose to see but the intent behind it or the way we go about it that matters.
I will not argue that Thomas most definitely has been trollish at times, thats not what im trying to get at. Im sure his intentions many times has been to rile many a people up but I have yet see him personally attack anybody the way Bobby did earlier to Architek. Troll or not. It seems like Troll Patrolling has become so much a part of his job on this board that anytime anybody posts anything thats not Rosey and is the opposite side of the coin he attacks them as a “troll” would, being provocative to that particular peoples on the board. You see, in the witchhunt to find the Trolls your assuming alot. That’s all I have to say on this. Have a nice day Mr.Lurker
August 26th, 2012 at 3:02 am
wow, rican, you remind me of someone in school who tried to sound intelligent by using big words. however, he used them incorrectly most times and just came off as laughable.
your whole “argument” is just a lot of hot air and your “debating” skill are just as laughable as the poor chap from school.
