How To Be A Professional TV Reporter

Now Joe rarely posts non-Bucs videos but this is so good, he’s making an exception. Joe gets that most of the Tampa Bay area readers have likely seen this video, which has since gone viral, of WFLA-TV reporter Adrienne Pedersen doing a live standup while there’s a two-car crash just behind her. What makes this video so riveting is the girl doesn’t even blink! She continues with her report as if the crash was nothing more than someone coughing.

    Just what we need, another unthinking and unfeeling talking head, concentrating more on easily replaced videotape, then the lives of real human beings in a car crash.
    If she would have said “OMG” or even WTF, I would have a lot more respect for her.
    Even more so, if she had turned to see the crash, and ran to their Aid.

    well said apple. couldn’t agree more. seems more and more to me that if it’s not on the teleprompter tv people are lost for words. could have been a great tv moment had she and camera guy ran over to their aid immediately.

    The guy had to have surgery he was far from minor wounds. Friend of mine named mike.
