Panthers At Bucs, Open Thread
December 4th, 2011OK boys and girls, have at it. Let your feelings be known about how the Bucs are playing against the stinking Panthers today. As always, any and all commenters who post addresses of pirated streams of the game, even spelling the addresses out, will be banned. You are welcome to post your e-mail address and share the pirated feeds amongst yourselves.
Now behave! 🙂
Q.: But Joe, why don’t you have live chats?
A.: They were more pain in the ass than worth it for Joe. The software for the live chats only allowed 15 unmoderated users. Any more than 15, each and every comment had to be approved. Joe’s trying to do work (read: watch the game) and too may people were b!tching about how their comments were not posted quick enough, so Joe decided to deep-six the live chats for Bucs games.
December 4th, 2011 at 1:53 pm
This is Josh Johnsons’s chance to increase his value. Got my radio on and waiting!
And, Joe, the open thread is better.
December 4th, 2011 at 1:59 pm
One thing I am clinging to is maybe the throwback game will make these current Bucs motivated to show up today, like the 2009 team did against Green Bay. If it was just another home game, I would not think we would have much of a chance.
And, thanks Joe, for that cheerleader pic. Amazing!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:03 pm
Can i get a game link sent to chace1986@hotmail.com Thanks
December 4th, 2011 at 2:06 pm
whew….held him to 19 yards
December 4th, 2011 at 2:06 pm
This is going to be a SLAUGHTER
December 4th, 2011 at 2:08 pm
And here comes our first 3 and out
December 4th, 2011 at 2:09 pm
this team stinks. Raheem should be fired mid game.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:10 pm
THAT was Josh Freeman’s fault
December 4th, 2011 at 2:10 pm
WOW, this may get ugly fast
December 4th, 2011 at 2:11 pm
The real fans like myself will enjoy this game as the signal of a new era. The bigger the blowout, the better.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:11 pm
The panthers game plan.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:14 pm
wooo…hooo….-3 yards
December 4th, 2011 at 2:15 pm
LMFFAO
December 4th, 2011 at 2:16 pm
That was the UGLIEST 3 and out I have seen this year…and NO FLAGS
December 4th, 2011 at 2:16 pm
This game will be a good dose of medicine for the ignorant fans who think Josh Johnson is anywhere near the level of an NFL QB.
He’s terrible.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:16 pm
I guess the O is even worse without Freeman…
December 4th, 2011 at 2:17 pm
fans are leaving already
December 4th, 2011 at 2:17 pm
Blount – Please stop stepping out of bounds to avoid a hit when you’re behind the line of scrimmage. Thanks.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:17 pm
So much for a fast and strong start. Already getting “out physicaled” lol
December 4th, 2011 at 2:18 pm
FGO, He is a servicable back up.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:19 pm
so much for a 4th round pick for jj…LMFFAO
December 4th, 2011 at 2:20 pm
He had be had for a Mcdonalds cup of coffee
December 4th, 2011 at 2:21 pm
LMAO
December 4th, 2011 at 2:22 pm
and here comes ANOTHER 3 and out
December 4th, 2011 at 2:24 pm
Love the 4th down play. Newton runs a reverse. Quincy is standing there, and actually starts back pedaling. On a 4th and 1 !!!
God. we have no linebackers
December 4th, 2011 at 2:24 pm
and here come the flags
December 4th, 2011 at 2:24 pm
Any questions?
December 4th, 2011 at 2:24 pm
Out coached, out hustled and physically dominated!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:25 pm
McBuc, he’s won ZERO games in the NFL.
That’s serviceable??
December 4th, 2011 at 2:25 pm
endless loop of ineptitude…….
December 4th, 2011 at 2:26 pm
I don’t understand how they can regress this much as a season goes on. It doesn’t make any sense. It is almost like they have all forgotten how to play defense.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:27 pm
After today’s debacle…..Rah might not last the week
December 4th, 2011 at 2:27 pm
This is a 3-8 team that’s making us look this bad. Hell; Forest Gump would be a welcome addition to this lack luster bunch.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:27 pm
It looks like the Bucs have quit on Raheem.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:27 pm
I actually did not finsh before submitting, in a hurry…I mean he a a servicable back up for mop up time. I said the people excited about him playing were crazy…
Thomas, my only question is why are you here instead of a panthers site?
December 4th, 2011 at 2:27 pm
Might be Raheems last game at this Rate!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:28 pm
THAT last TD was Freeman’s fault too
December 4th, 2011 at 2:29 pm
At least Gump has some speed.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:29 pm
we gained 2 yards on that 3 and out….getting better.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:29 pm
I am glad I can not watch this. I would rather look at Joe’s pictures of cheerleaders for three hours instead.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:30 pm
This team has ZERO killer instinct to go out and smack the other team in the face. I’m affraid the coaching staff has completely lost this entire team. When a player can’t even get up for the game he’s paid to play; then there is a huge problem.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:32 pm
Theprouse:
Incompetence always gets exposed. You can get lucky for a little while but eventually it catches up with you.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:32 pm
fire raheem
December 4th, 2011 at 2:33 pm
wow nice run
December 4th, 2011 at 2:33 pm
competitively bankrupt….PC for a pack of quitters
December 4th, 2011 at 2:33 pm
jj is garbage
December 4th, 2011 at 2:33 pm
-10 yards rushing for Blount
December 4th, 2011 at 2:34 pm
nice 5 yard play
December 4th, 2011 at 2:34 pm
Penn just got abused by Charles Johnson.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:35 pm
plain and simple this is a joke Q black = worst linebacker i have evr seen
December 4th, 2011 at 2:36 pm
I hate to say I told ya so, but I told ya so.
True Bucs fans are rooting for the Panthers today, and praying for a truly humbling loss for Tampa.
We must hit a bottom on this terrible experiment before we can even start to recover from it.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:37 pm
Q black
S jones
J faine
j Trueblood
G hayes
jj
tim crowder
lynch
ted larsen
at least clayborn and bowers are good players thank god only two we have
December 4th, 2011 at 2:37 pm
I have to say Bowers is having a NICE game
December 4th, 2011 at 2:38 pm
all those players i listed are garbage
December 4th, 2011 at 2:38 pm
Bowers is lighting it up
December 4th, 2011 at 2:38 pm
Bowers is playing out of his mind right now
December 4th, 2011 at 2:39 pm
Alright guys!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:39 pm
So much young talent on this team for the next coaching staff to work with.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:40 pm
I’m rooting like crazy for the Bucs, but I’m tired of the lack of simple physical effort on this team. It was just a great couple of plays by the rookies, but why does it take a 14 point deficit to get them in the game?
December 4th, 2011 at 2:40 pm
True fans are rooting for the Panthers? Do you realize how stupid that sounds? I guess I’m not a true fan.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:40 pm
Another 4 field goals to take the lead
December 4th, 2011 at 2:41 pm
Clayborn and Bower!!!!
as the season is over i choose to focus on the positive first, then we can try to correct whats wrong during the offseason (i suggest we start with a D-coordinator and 1-2 Linebackers and CBs
do you think M. Foster can play OLB if we draft some MLB? i like the draftable MLBs ive seen better than the OLBs
December 4th, 2011 at 2:41 pm
Get it out of your system, as this is not going to change anytime soon.
The Business plan of this organization is being played out before our eyes.
like it or leave.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:41 pm
Is it me or is that TWO sacks on TWO consecutive plays for Bowers??!!!!! God help opposing QB’s if Bowers becomes the player he is supposed to be with the tenacious Mr “Clayburn” on the other side.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:41 pm
Couldn’t bring myself to go to the game based on their last home game display. Seems I made a good call in not wasting my time. And just think, I just received my season ticket renewal package yesterday!!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:41 pm
is this announcer drunk
December 4th, 2011 at 2:42 pm
Are vaunted special teams strikes again
December 4th, 2011 at 2:43 pm
oooh and by the way foster looks like a dork and he sucks too
December 4th, 2011 at 2:43 pm
Bowers!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:43 pm
Steendahl- Foster can play any of the 3 backer positions. He played all three at times in college and spent most of his time at weakside actually.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:44 pm
Bout time we replaced Blumpkin.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:45 pm
You spoke to soon on Lumpy
December 4th, 2011 at 2:46 pm
I take it back….
December 4th, 2011 at 2:46 pm
LMFFAo…nice end around
December 4th, 2011 at 2:46 pm
lol “Benndaround”
December 4th, 2011 at 2:46 pm
wooo…hooo….3 more field goals now
December 4th, 2011 at 2:47 pm
Greg Olson is insane. It didn’t work the last 20 times so let’s GO FOR ANOTHER!!!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:47 pm
Not that stupid reverse again!! Way to kill a drive, with the worse play on our books
December 4th, 2011 at 2:47 pm
Olsen should be fired on that end around play alone.
Once a year is a surprise.
But to use it every effin game shows his incompetence
December 4th, 2011 at 2:48 pm
I thought Olsen had a huge playbook. If so, why does he use the same garbage over and over and over and….
December 4th, 2011 at 2:48 pm
I think the kitties have seen enough and are going to score again here
December 4th, 2011 at 2:48 pm
Whoever keeps calling a reverse, I want to punch them in the face.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:49 pm
Beckles: im just wondering if its smart to teach him to be MLB first, then convert him? but ofcourse with a full offseason it may be an irrelevant concern.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:49 pm
I am starting to warm up to the possibility of Raheem being let go if he cant rally this defense(The play of Bowers today is a good start) but Olson needs to go whether Raheem is fired or not. How many yards has that reverse to Benn ever gotten? Has that play even earned a first down cumulatively if u add all of the times they have tried it together?
December 4th, 2011 at 2:49 pm
Offensive player for 2011; Conner Barth
December 4th, 2011 at 2:50 pm
Has it worked even once???
December 4th, 2011 at 2:51 pm
That reverse works every single time in practice because Quincy Black is defending it.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:51 pm
Starting to warm up to it? Lol
December 4th, 2011 at 2:52 pm
beckles: i believe we have seen it work once…
olsen either needs to go, or someone needs to start screaming abit at him!
quality head coaches are kind of low in stock this season, i hope we get fisher, who could work as a D-coordinator as well, with raheem as HC?
December 4th, 2011 at 2:52 pm
Other teams actually have LB’s that can play! Fools!
December 4th, 2011 at 2:56 pm
Steendahl: fisher under rah. Are you watching this game?
December 4th, 2011 at 2:56 pm
Really?!?!?
Quincy Black got beat again
December 4th, 2011 at 2:58 pm
Newton is breaking our will, he is just simply too good.
4.4 speed, size, accuracy, and maturity, all in one.
December 4th, 2011 at 2:59 pm
Stat update
Blount 6 yards
M.Williams ZERO
What an Offense
December 4th, 2011 at 2:59 pm
link please if someone doesn’t mind. skamm728@hotmail.com
December 4th, 2011 at 3:01 pm
Thomas: im just saying, if Fisher controls the Defense, Raheem is freed up to be a HC. Raheem can be a good motivator (not seen much this season i agree) but do you really wanna trade one guy who cant and shouldnt handle 2 big roles for another guy to do the same?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:01 pm
ok….5 field goals to tie
December 4th, 2011 at 3:02 pm
Looks like the kitties have contained Bowers.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:02 pm
Wow what a great DC the Bucs have right?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:03 pm
i should of stayed on vacation…as a resident homer I am surprised how we are outplayed every week. say hello to last place and a top 5 pick…..
December 4th, 2011 at 3:04 pm
It’s a 60 min. Newton commercial. I think I’ve had about enough of this staff owners and now team. Love the young bucs but this staff is ruining them forever.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:04 pm
Fire Rah. And EJ Biggers, Son, you suck.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:04 pm
Stephen Holder just tweeted…
“It’s now 21-6 Panthers. I’m not advocating anything whatsoever, just saying that a certain person’s seat is getting hotter in Tampa”
Reality finally coming to Tampa
December 4th, 2011 at 3:04 pm
How r u guys blasting the O coordinator? The D coordinator has allowed 21 points in 1.5 quarters?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:05 pm
This is a hard game to listen to…I can only imagine how bad it is for those watching a stream.
On the bright side, Clayborn and Bowers are turning into beasts.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:06 pm
So textbook bump and run includes grabbing the other players jersey? I need to use my mute button.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:06 pm
Rudy
December 4th, 2011 at 3:06 pm
3-8 rookie QB is making this D look like chumps. Now the Offense looks worse than some of the high school teams I’ve been watching. Can anyone say Houston Texans? That is the direction this game is going! How can you not have your team ready to play against a rookie QB?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:06 pm
Rudy…Rudy…Rudy
December 4th, 2011 at 3:06 pm
Steendahl: Yes, absolutely, definitively 100%, every time . Rah shouldnt be head coaching high school kids.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:08 pm
Lumpy on the trip…;)
December 4th, 2011 at 3:09 pm
21-9….4 FGs now
December 4th, 2011 at 3:10 pm
Do we even have enough draft picks for next year?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:10 pm
At least the Bucs have one piece to the puzzle – the kicker.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:10 pm
FGs to TDs won’t cut it!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:11 pm
Ok I am looking forward to Lumpkin getting cut! Plz… Ohh yea pile on the field goals!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:12 pm
with our momentum…I could have sworn we were going to do an onside kick…LMFFAO
December 4th, 2011 at 3:12 pm
Steendahl: I think you’re missing the point.
Fisher is a bona fide Head Coach while Rah is NOT. Fisher would never accept a subservient position under Rah.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:13 pm
So, the Bucs realize that field goals are only worth three points, right? And that touchdowns are actually worth seven? Cuz it seems like they ought to try for a touchdown, rather than all these field goals. Then they might have more points.
But I dunno, I guess I’m not an NFL coach :(.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:13 pm
I think Josh Johnson is playing well, 2 deep throws completed already.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:14 pm
wow held them
December 4th, 2011 at 3:15 pm
Good job Price! Now here is a guy that could be a leader here in the future.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:16 pm
Madu has officially passed Lumpkin in my book
December 4th, 2011 at 3:17 pm
Show Lumpkin the door. Give Madu the third down roll.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:20 pm
Joe here,
Feel free to check out Joe’s advertisers as you reload beer and pizza.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:20 pm
I think Josh Johnson is actually playing really well.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:21 pm
Madu is exciting to watch, I remember him at Oklahoma.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:23 pm
Joe here,
3rd-and-2 … time to dial up another Benn reverse
December 4th, 2011 at 3:24 pm
@Scotty
3 more FG’s to tie!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:25 pm
@thomas + buzzsaw
who would you then recommend as d-coordinator? im not to psyched about having a HC/DC hybrid even if it is Fisher
guess you know more about football, ive only been watching for 3 years 😀
December 4th, 2011 at 3:26 pm
ok….back to 3FGs again to tie
December 4th, 2011 at 3:27 pm
here comes a successful hail mary
December 4th, 2011 at 3:28 pm
so whats the most field goals ever in one game?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:29 pm
holding anyone?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:30 pm
Conor Barth is an offensive powerhouse.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:30 pm
Im getting a barth jersey!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:30 pm
WHAT A BLATANT HOLD on Clayborne!!!! Are you kdiding me!??!?!?!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:31 pm
Morris….1/2 time interview….blah…blah…blah…..
December 4th, 2011 at 3:31 pm
Clayborn wasn’t held there. He simply tried to turn back around and the tackle was right there. Just because he fell down after trying to run back the other way after Newton doesn’t mean he was held. That was just a great play by Newton.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:31 pm
The tackle was behind him crabbing his front collar from over and around his neck. Unbelievable.
Say what you want for the rest of the team, but Bowers and Clayborne are living up to their billing today!!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:32 pm
Bowers can be the best DE since Peppers in his prime because once he gets a hand on a QB its all over. When a DE can take down a guy like Newton with an ankle tackle like that he can take down any QB any time he lays a hand on them(which will be often with how hard and fast he runs that edge)
December 4th, 2011 at 3:33 pm
Agree that Bowers, Clayborn and to a certain extent Foster look good today. So does Biggers for the most part. But again our offense can’t do sh-t in the first half. This is royally frustrating. Same thing every Sunday without any real improvement.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:34 pm
And Cam Newton continues to break our will.
Bowers has been very impressive.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:35 pm
Looks like our starting DE’s are set for years to come. At least that’s a bright spot on an otherwise dull team.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:35 pm
At this point, we need to focus on getting Barth the record for most FG’s in a game. Which is apparently 8.
So he’s on track. So I guess…keep doin’ what you’re doin’, Bucs.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:35 pm
What is up with Blount today? Josh Johnson is what he is, but he has impressed me at times. I mean that was a rope to Williams.
We have driven for 4 scores but we just love to stall out in the red zone.
That is Olson’s trademark lol
December 4th, 2011 at 3:36 pm
Our safeties are awesome…
December 4th, 2011 at 3:36 pm
@Apple Roof,
I thought you were cheering for the Panthers? All true Buc fans are supposed to be right? So Cam Newton made you happy with his play I would assume?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:37 pm
@Leighroy No running lanes and on many plays guys are in the backfield immediately. Not his fault. Blame the OL and TEs.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:37 pm
I would like to see a healthy Bowers, Clayborn, Haynesworth/Price/McCoy rotation in action together. Too bad that might never happen.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:37 pm
Isn’t this what Steve White was talking about last week against TEN? Yeah, our D-line is getting some more sacks, but at the cost of giving up other big plays in the run game? ie: it’s a gambling approach that gets more splash plays out of our DE’s but also gives up big runs in between.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:38 pm
Yes, that was very impressive, Bowers took him down with one hand!
I think we all know what is coming in the second half, a few more scores by Cam Newton, and then a steady diet of their big running backs.
Maybe Riviera will turn Cam Newton loose, and really send a message to Tampa of what is to come in the NFC South ?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:38 pm
Yea, true points…. I am sick of Trueblood. Can anyone explain to me what he does well other than holding, whiffing on run blocks and getting really, really angry?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:39 pm
@Leighroy He is phenomenal at allowing consistent pressure on our QBs.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:40 pm
If the Panthers win by two scores or more I don’t think this Bucs team finishes with more than 4 or 5 wins. This is pretty sad. Haven’t been this frustrated since Gruden’s 4-12 season.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:41 pm
I really believe our OLB’s are more to blame for our run defense than anyone else. Not that we don’t gamble too much, but they don’t play well when they gamble or play it safe so what’s the difference? At least the DE’s have talent!!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:41 pm
Hawaiian Buc, I love my team (tampa), but sometimes things must get worse, before they get better.
That is why I am “cheering” for the Panthers.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:42 pm
LOL. Can we use a 1st round draft pick at RT please?????
December 4th, 2011 at 3:43 pm
I mean with a good RT, we might be able to run the ball better and *gasp* pass better too!!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:43 pm
I’m with Leighroy. Nothing wrong with DL gambling, but the way our OLBs play it doesn’t matter anyways.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:43 pm
Jim Mora needs to marry Cam Newton already!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:45 pm
If the backs get past our line, the tackle will be made in the secondary. Our lbs are invisible.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:45 pm
Any chance we run on third and 2?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:46 pm
Fantastic outside inside seal by Lorig.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:47 pm
Nice throw.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:49 pm
Is Johnson gonna make it happen?
December 4th, 2011 at 3:50 pm
Much Madu about nothing
December 4th, 2011 at 3:51 pm
WTF WAS THAT!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:52 pm
Did Trueblood strike again to let that guy thru on Johnson??
December 4th, 2011 at 3:53 pm
On the JJ int just look at Winslow’s body language – he’s already given up.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:54 pm
It didn’t look like any of our team new the ball was snapped. No one blocked anything at all!
Looks like Faine screwed the snap count.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:54 pm
Nothing will get better until Raheem and his band of idiots are gone. Why would Fisher come here as a DC? You at least have to have a little rhyme to your reason to get an accomplished HC to be your DC! The only way Dominik should be retained is if he has an excellent draft this coming spring. Start the interviewing now!
December 4th, 2011 at 3:55 pm
Here is where they put us away
December 4th, 2011 at 3:55 pm
this team will not look professional until it has professional coaching…not OJT
December 4th, 2011 at 3:55 pm
LOL Clayborne burned the LG and LT.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:58 pm
Ok time to watch Tebow help the Bronco’s win
December 4th, 2011 at 3:58 pm
nice linebackers
Dude, can you please change your sign-in name. — the real Joe.
December 4th, 2011 at 3:58 pm
“Whatever the Panthers do, it just seems to work” — Couldn’t have said it better myself
December 4th, 2011 at 3:59 pm
say hello to last place
December 4th, 2011 at 3:59 pm
Well in the race to 10 the Bucs go 4-8; almost there.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:00 pm
We should pick up Tebow when the Broncos release him.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:00 pm
@Sgt Mike The only way Dominik should be retained is if he has an excellent draft NEXT Spring? How are you gonna evaluate a draft class immediately after they are drafted? You can’t, you have to go based on past drafts if you wanna see if he should be kept around.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:01 pm
This season is a nightmare.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:01 pm
“We should pick up Tebow when the Broncos release him”
SMH
December 4th, 2011 at 4:02 pm
We’re in a different race to ten, Mr. Lucky. It’s the race to 10 field goals!
Barth! Barth! Barth!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:02 pm
This is embarrasing!!!!!!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:02 pm
This team is easy to fix. Trade Freeman for a couple of first round picks. See if you can get a 2nd round for Blount and one for Joseph.
Draft 2 linebackers, 2 corners in the first 2 rounds and let the defense do all the scoring. Then we don’t need to worry about the offensive coordinator.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:03 pm
So we lost this game.
Do we think the result will be different with free healthy?
IN Carolina?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:03 pm
Get rid of Dominick, it’ll be the same crap again!!! No free agents……just more rookies into the starting lineup and more practice squad no names!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:05 pm
HEY. Why the hell don’t we just give it to Blount!!?!? They obviously know we’re going to pass!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:06 pm
“SMH”
FU
Go figure that one out.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:06 pm
@Passthebuc But we’d still have to worry about our DC.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:06 pm
The race to 5 is alive and kicking!!! Still in the thick of it!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:07 pm
@passthebuc Sure, just trade away our entire offense, including our franchise QB, and draft defense! It’s so simple! Why haven’t we done this already?!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:07 pm
I know the perfect play call right now: an end around to Benn. The defense will never see it coming.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:07 pm
I think Rah and Dom will be gone after this season. If we can’t beat the Panthers, then we definitely can’t beat the Cowboys, Falcons, or Panthers again.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:08 pm
time for a benn reverse
December 4th, 2011 at 4:08 pm
“FU
Go figure that one out.”
Fordham University. Nailed it!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:09 pm
Worst team in the NFC! Yea I said it!
By the way..you guys think Jim Mora jr is this annoying all the time or he practices it?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:10 pm
flair pass to the cry baby
December 4th, 2011 at 4:11 pm
worst team in league we were lucky to beat the colts!!!!!!!!!!!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:12 pm
I would be OK with keeping Morris ONLY on the condition that he somehow gets Tebow in here.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:12 pm
Here’s how many “race to’s” we’ve been through this season: division champions, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5. Unbelievable how many times we’ve had to lower our expectations. Off with someone’s head!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:13 pm
Fox commentator: “You know……they’ve done some good things offensively, but they just can’t finish drives”
Umm……maybe it’s because they suck and have YOUTH scattered all over their team!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:15 pm
30 plus years rooting for this P.O.S. franchise, why? For this? I’m simplifying my life. Done with these losers! Boy to man 1 good year. DONE!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:17 pm
Price is going in for cramps…
December 4th, 2011 at 4:17 pm
Price’s 10th penalty of the year.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:17 pm
Youngry Stupid Scrubs
December 4th, 2011 at 4:18 pm
@PETE DUTCHER
Wait….what happened?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:19 pm
OH WOW, Brian Price hurt again!!!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:19 pm
@BucfaninMI
You were never a true fan if it’s that easy.
It’s only a game, people…it’s still our team…why don’t you start showing it?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:19 pm
Any bets on if Raheem makes it thru the week?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:20 pm
@Patrick
I THINK it’s just cramps…will probably get an IV…I hope. Not that it matters right now.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:20 pm
why does raheem always have that shocked look on his face ?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:21 pm
So is it still to soon for the bag masks??
December 4th, 2011 at 4:21 pm
I am officially watching Broncos and have turned off the Bucs. This guy just defies logic. Although, hey even we found a way to score on the Vikings D, hahah.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:22 pm
@Scotty in Fat Antonio
Even if they were to fire him, it wouldn’t be until the end of season…and I doubt they will fire him.
Marvin Lewis may be jobless at the end of the season…we could bring him in as DC…might make a huge difference.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:22 pm
Today we play the worst defense in the league and blount has done nothing he runs over the titans we still lose he runs over the packers we still lose now he does nothing vs the panthers and we lose so this whole offense needs a huge makeover and no more of this BS rebuild GLAZERS time to put some money into this team nothing comes cheap and winning sure as hell doesnt. and our defense………………cant even say anything.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:23 pm
Glad to see Gaitor in there
December 4th, 2011 at 4:24 pm
I want a new OC, first and foremost. Keep Raheem and Dominik, but maybe we bring in a new DC too.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:24 pm
Bowers=beast
December 4th, 2011 at 4:26 pm
FIRE RAHEEM THIS WEEK NO MORE BS WE SUCK AND HE MAKES US WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND FIRE OLSEN AND FIRE DOM AND BRING IN WINNERS!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND A GM WHO IS GOING TO GO OUT IN THE OFFSEASON AND GET SOME REAL PROVEN TALENT.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:26 pm
bowers is a beast
December 4th, 2011 at 4:28 pm
just hand the ball to blount to run out the clock…dont bother passing it and stopping the clock
December 4th, 2011 at 4:30 pm
If we can’t beat the Panthers, we’re not going to win another game for the rest of the season. Cowboys and Falcons=much better than Panthers.
And you know what’s nice??!!?! We’ll have no primetime games next year. Typical crap with the Raheem Morris cheap, Blackout era Bucs
December 4th, 2011 at 4:31 pm
The colts almost beat this team………………….Curtis painter and the colts scored 19 points on this horrible D and our team can only score 4 FGs whoever is acting optimistic and saying its only one game well you should really get a dose of reality.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:31 pm
GIVE THE BALL TO BLOUNT OLSEN YOU DUMB@%$. Our passing game is horrible!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:32 pm
Damn that chick in the football stands is hot….ya’ll know which one I’m talking about?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:34 pm
This team is worse than even I thought! Rah should be fired before the game ends!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:34 pm
everyone realizes we have our second string qb in there right? not saying that would have made a difference on defense, but we couldve scored more. maybe even taken some time away from scam newton.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:35 pm
Only about 20 more yards and we are in field goal range.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:35 pm
@ Pete Dutcher don’t tell me I was never a fan. It’s not like I have a new team. I can’t do that, because it’s not that easy! The people who pay the bills don’t care, the Fair weather fans that live there don’t care or go to games. They are fodder for the rest of the league.wasting your time to root for the Generals when the rest of the league is the globetrotters!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:36 pm
CanadienBuc, you are right on Man!
Get rid of ALL of this horrible experiment of putting our Football team in the hands of a couple of unproven Kids.
Don’t waste another draft, on more of the same.
This makes 6 in a ROW now, we are tied for last place in the NFC South.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:36 pm
we should do a end around with benn!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:37 pm
I really dont no how you cant fire raheem after this its just has to be done the players as you can see aren’t playing for him. And lets face it hes such a bad coach!!!!!!!!! Fire him now call fisher or a good qualified coach lets see what he can do for the last 4 games so he can get his feet in the water.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:38 pm
I couldnt get it on the internet today. Did anyone else have trouble? They did me a favor!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:39 pm
Onside kick
December 4th, 2011 at 4:39 pm
@Rapheal
It’s not a lost look on Raheem’s face, it’s the deer in the headlights look that he has had since being announced head coach! Do you think he’ll still have that look when he is ran out of town?
December 4th, 2011 at 4:40 pm
Getting our asses kicked and they STILL fired the cannons
December 4th, 2011 at 4:43 pm
LOL, and Tampa Stadium has been empty for awhile too!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:44 pm
I wish they could cancel that primetime game against the Cowboys Dec. 17. What an embarrasment that’s going to be, my team is going to get slaughtered while I’m here in Texas surrounded by all my Cowboys friends
December 4th, 2011 at 4:44 pm
Exactly Apple….How EMBARRASSING
December 4th, 2011 at 4:45 pm
Are you watching this Brian and Joel? ARE YOU REALLY WATCHING??? Your silence suggests that this status quo is acceptable. Doesn’t it burn you to see what’s happened to this franchise? To see talent regress? To see that end-around to Benn continue to be run? To have a defense that plays with no discipline and doesn’t appear to have any fundamentals? An offense with no game-plan week after week? If you had ANY pride as a family, any passion for this game, any feeling for this community and all of us who love Buccaneers Football, you’d fire Morris, Olsen and strongly consider Dominick too…all by 6pm tonight. Look at this product, this garbage. Do you really think this is bad luck? Injuries? This is the worst coached team in PROFESSIONAL football. You see that, right? What’s happening here is worse than the ’08 December collapse…this is taking young talent and not coaching them up, not setting expectations, not holding anyone accountable and hiding behind excuses. CALL JEFF FISHER TONIGHT!!!!!!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:47 pm
I really don’t see us winning another game this season. This was the game that was supposed to end or losing streak and we got killed by the panthers!
After losing six straight, just add another log to the fire under rah’s ass.
Change is desperately needed!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:48 pm
LOL…Raheem kicked Price out of the game….CLASSIC
December 4th, 2011 at 4:49 pm
Robert, you like me got a blessing in disguise. I had the game till mid way thru 3rd quarter and then it crapped out. Just put the Tebows on Fox man!! It’s way better than watching the bucs now anyway haha.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:49 pm
Your right Russ. But they don’t care!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:50 pm
@Russ
That team during the Dec. 08 collapse was actually talented. We played close games to the Falcons and Raiders and I remember that sick catch Antonio Bryant had on MNF and his 200 yard game.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:51 pm
I think we need a change of ownership.
I believe the Glazers are just looking for and excuse to move the team to London.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:52 pm
a draw on 3 and 1….LMFFAO
December 4th, 2011 at 4:52 pm
i wonder how we managed to win any games this year.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:54 pm
why are they calling a time out
December 4th, 2011 at 4:55 pm
Carolina was glad for the time out. they were getting tired.
Their water boy is warming up.
December 4th, 2011 at 4:57 pm
Actually, maybe we should let them score more points! It’ll make our defensive statistics worse and it’ll make more of an argument as to how bad this team is!!
December 4th, 2011 at 4:58 pm
Black Monday at One Buc Place?
December 4th, 2011 at 5:00 pm
If the bucs did move to London, I am sending a bill to the glazers for every penny I have even spent supporting the Bucs.
That said, I doubt they will.
But this is erring unacceptable. Capable players take the field each game and come out losers. I feel sorry for the players for having their careers attached to this.
December 4th, 2011 at 5:02 pm
Raheem should’ve kicked himself out of the game…they’re following your lead buddy. don’t start demanding accountability now. btw, way to send a message by booting out the guy that’s playing with hamstrings screwed into his pelvis.
December 4th, 2011 at 5:03 pm
Its tebow time.
I’m tapping out, i can’t watch this anymore.
December 4th, 2011 at 5:04 pm
ROTFLMAO at all the homers…Still love you beloved GM and HC for this HS 4A football team? I guess their plan isn’t working.
December 4th, 2011 at 5:07 pm
Id rather listen to Brian billick screw up everyone’s name than watch this .
December 4th, 2011 at 5:30 pm
HEY JOE, WhEN’s your friend Bobby Fenton’s show going to be on?!?!
December 4th, 2011 at 6:33 pm
if price wore # 25 he would of stayed in the game and raheem would take responsibility…..lol
