Clifton Smith Twitters He’s Off To Green Bay
September 7th, 2010Dumped by the Bucs over the weekend, it seems former Pro Bowl returner Clifton Smith will land on his feet in Green Bay.
Smith popped a message earlier today to his fans, via Twitter.
Green bay here I come!!!
Of course, this could mean that Smith had a sudden hankering for cheese or overweight women. However, Joe suspects he’s heading there to join a Super Bowl contender.
If his fragile melon can handle the punishment, Joe expects Smith will continue to have great success in the return game.
Update 11:01 p.m.: The Palm Beach Post, and other South Florida media, is reporting Smith will workout for the Dolphins on Wednesday.

Good for him, our only pro bowler off to cold places with great brats no blackouts!
I would like to do a game in Green Bay it would be kind of like a pilgirmage of football.
Notre Dame would probably the College equivalent.

I hate the jokes about his concussions .. All of us would have issues if we were assaulted illeagaly during a football game .. Dante Wesley is gone from the Panthers .. But I hope we find him and give him a hit to remember .. IF Clifton Smith is a Buc or not .. We owe that MF*

Peanut came out ahead in this deal!
I’m quite sure half the team would love to go play for the Packers.

Good for him. Hope he finds success there. It was still the right decision for the Bucs to cut him.

Hopefully he doesn’t fumble his luggage on his way there.
Or fumble his pen when signing his contract.
Or fumble the ball when doing the Lambaugh Leap.
Or fumble his cheese hat.

He just tweeted, “Man green bay was amazing I loved the great tradition out here now it’s time to fly to option #2 and make a decision” 25 minutes ago.

I think I will now pat myself on the back for suggesting the Phins pursue Smith a few days ago.

Continuously looking at that picture Joe makes me feel sad for the Bull dog. LOL!
It’s cold, it’s wet, and they put a jersey on his back and cheese on his head. Plus his owners are Packers fans. LOL!
Poor dog. 🙁
