Smitty – This is the newsletter. …

Joe, Drinking Caybrew beer until we black-out is not going to make the season any easier, I was talking with Eric and……….Oh this is about TV blackouts.. Continue on then Joe.

    Joe here,

For $24.99, you’ll get to watch the game, enjoy a fabulous snack, and not have to do anything illegal. And you’ll get to meet Joe. Although Joe works through and after games, so he’s not much fun after kickoff.

  7. eric Says:

Are any cheerleaders included in the package?

  8. Tom Says:

I’m very excited and curious as to what you are planning JOE!

  9. james from dunedin Says:

Sounds like a party bus tailgate ride down south… nice.

  10. Capt.Tim Says:

Sounds like Fun. Might be a great way to meet other JoeBuc fans too! Sounds like a great idea so far! The only problem I foresee, is that I was talking to Eric, and he said we are gonna Lose every game by 80 points or more. Now, that doesn’t mean I’m not gonna watch, but it will require more snacks., Lol.

  11. Smitty Says:

We should ALL get “Hi, my name is Joe” tags!

  12. Blackmagic00 Says:

Damn, I’m stuck on the west coast. Sometimes I wish the Bucs and Joe would just move to L.A.

  13. Capt.Tim Says:

Blackmagic00- sadly for us, the NFL is working on it

  14. Blackmagic00 Says:

Nah, Bucs will stay in Tampa. I do believe however we will end up with the Jags. Besides, L.A. Bucs? Not quite the same ring and with our luck they would no longer be the Bucs. How about I just find a way to move to Tampa? I wish. Or maybe Joe should make some Blackout trips over here. The Bucs are hardly ever televised here and Sunday ticket got more exspensive.

  15. eric Says:

Id go but i tend to stay on the net watching the scores and losing parlay wagers.

  16. admin Says:

    Joe here,

Teasers are for losers. Don’t you know that by now? You send like a good candidate for Season 2 of the JoeBucsFan.com pick’em pool. Same format as last year. Beat Joe for the season and win a prize.

  17. BigMacAttack Says:

No offense, but why spend $25 to watch the game on TV and spend 3 hrs driving, when you spend $35 and watch the game live??? Still I have to give Joe credit for catering to the fans that want to save $10.

  18. admin Says:

    Joe here,

BigMac – Think about it. When you go to a game, you might buy the $35 ticket and sit way in the upper deck, but you likely have to pay to park and at least buy one drink at the game to get through the heat. …A lot of people don’t find that scenario enjoyable. That’s a $50 price tag for most people …The Blackout Tour will include some food and drink, for one flat rate of $24.99, and fans will be comfortable. For many, that $25 savings is a lot ….Joe wanted the advance feedback, so thanks BigMac.

This whole thing will roll out this week.

  19. eric Says:

    Joe,

Your right, but I hit a huge one two years ago and can’t help myself.

Naturally, I have given it all back to the house since.

  20. Capt.Tim Says:

I got a great idea! Since the Capt is OT sized, I’m gonna wear a “jimBuc ” name tag! Nah, on second thought, I’d still get beat up mercilessly! Or like a”Capt. Tim” tag isn’t still good for a bunch in the eye or two! Lol

  21. Fredrick Says:

I was under the impression that the purveyors of this “hybrid blog for the 21st century” actually attended home games in person. It seems that is not the case and therefore makes them and this site, quite lame.

  22. admin Says:

    Joe here,

Frederick – Great attitude you have there. There are multiple “Joes,” so Joe can be in a few places at once.

  23. BigMacAttack Says:

Thanks Joe, just a thought. I hate paying to park too, so I got that 20% off pass this year and I’ll be at the games sweating it out. Your outing sounds like a blast though. Really it’s a great idea and I was just being a smart ass.

  24. Javier n Wimauma Says:

I just went to ticket master and for the Browns game you can buy tickets on level 2 for face value.

Oh how times have changed! Level 2 seats.

Funny thing is, 2 tickets on level 2 cost $242.50 @ face! Bwahahahaha. And this is Section 241 L. AND “ACCESS TO CLUB IS ** NOT ** PERMITTED”

I used to sit in section 234, have access to the club. Did I ever buy the tickets? Heck no, I always would swindle the guys who had to go on travel and sell the tickets to me at a discount! The Club was cool. It has AC. And that is a premium considering the heat.

Hard to feel sorry for the Glazers on this one.

BTW, Joe, where is this BlackOut Party going to be held? Will the games be in 3D? You should push for 3D broadcasting if you had any real cojones.

  25. Javier n Wimauma Says:

Steelers game, US $242.50 for 2 tickets onthe second level, section 226.

  26. Mauha Deeb Says:

    My Visa is waiting, Joe……
