A Heads Up From Joe
April 3rd, 2010Regular readers of JoeBucsFan.com know that Joe rarely overhypes what you’ll see on this site.
But Joe is pretty pumped about a good interview/story he flushed out last night. So Joe’s going to build some intrigue. Joe was chasing the interview for a while. And it did not disappoint.
Joe advises you check back here on Sunday night and/or Monday. This will be must-read stuff for any Bucs fan who cares about what the Bucs do in the draft.

Joe: The only thing you could tell me that would really excite me is that the Glazers have sold the team to someone with deep pockets and a burning desire to win!

Wow, an unabashed tease!
Worked with me! Kinda like “film at 11”.

Rachel ?

You beat me to the joke RastaMon. Not sure she could contribute much to draft talk.
Since it has to do with the draft, maybe Gil Brandt or Mike Mayock? That would be my guess. One of those two. That would be cool. Hopefully it is not the plagiarist which would not be cool.

Not that good.
Actually, Joe will have two stories no later than Monday that will give you some insight that will not be found anywhere else in the Tampa Bay fourth estate.
Joe rarely pimps himself like this — it’s not Joe’s style — but true Bucs fans who crave inside information will love the two stories.

Joe was chasing someone for an interview last night….hmmm
Maybe I should check the Hillsborough County Sherrif Department’s site for a clue?
Did Talib beat up another cabbie or was Warren Sapp back in town?

I am very intrigued now. Mark Dominik? Doug Williams? Rah? Someone else with the Bucs? Now I am going to guess it is a Bucs employee.

I was thinking Joe might be announcing the release of Clayton’s new video series:
“the art of the drop”
“no separation at all”
“Blocking for Dummies”
“Negotiating the Big Ass contract when you suck”

LOL No video, but Joe would pay big money for Rachel Watson “video,” among other select Bucs cheerleaders.
Joe doesn’t like to brag or boast. Only lesser media outlets have to bang their own drum. Joe is confident his work stands for itself.
Unlike the former colorful environmentally hostile now web-only Bucs magazine, Joe doesn’t boast like he’s the Washington Post over people jumping ship.
Joe just thought he’d tip his loyal readers off that there are a couple of items that Joe just knows no one else in the area will have Monday but Bucs fans will enjoy reading.
As the docile, calm, reasoned radio personality Michael Savage would say, “That’s all.”

gotta be two Bucs from the SB team…
but hey Joe….an interview with #56 and his perspective on the team in general at this state, about the same state of the Bucs when Hardy came to town, and who he sees available next year as the vet FA leadership anchor on defense…
BTW…don’t tell him he was horrible in the booth….
bet the Carolina real estate market has him thinking of strapping on a helmet again
and hey…I bet Simon talks for Caybrew these days
