Josh Johnson Frustrated
October 18th, 2009“It was a hard-fought game. We came out and came out fast but the turnovers hurt.
“They played a lot of deep coverage and mixed in some Tampa-2. We moved the ball well, we just had drive killers.
“There’s something about this team that will fight to the end [Joe’s note: except for Jim Bates’ defense]. We had the pick-six. We are killing ourselves right now. It is frustrating. We are killing ourselves.
“Coach said we have to let this go.”
Too bad Raheem the Dream hasn’t come to the same conclusion with Bates.
