What’s Wrong With This Woman?
May 21st, 2009This otherwise fetching woman is known as “New York Giants Girl.” Her name is Reby Sky.
She lives in Tampa.
Joe, as usual, was listening to Sirius NFL Radio this morning. On “The Opening Drive,” with co-hosts Randy Cross and Bob Papa, Sky made an appearance. Good guy Papa, who Joe interviewed during Media Day at the Super Bowl, in addition to being the voice of NFL Network’s Thursday night football, is also the radio play-by-play man of the Giants.
Papa was clearly smitten with Sky, as any red-blooded American male would be. This, however, began to change for Joe when he learned more about Sky.
Did Joe mention she lives in Tampa?
What the hell is going on here? Sky worships the Giants and is making a nice piece of change as a result. She now has an MTV show Joe learned.
If that’s not bad enough, there’s Jenn Sterger, the pride of Lutz and the ubiquitous Cowgirl, also a Tampa girl. She thinks so much of the Bucs she is now the face of the Jets (it sure as hell isn’t Kellen Clemens), though she recently resigned.
Are these women so intimidated by Rachel Watson they have to be turncoats?
Why exactly can’t these Tampa women flaunt their wares for the Bucs?

She’s a native New Yorker…would you expect any true fan to switch affilliation because of a change of address?

Well Joe, that would be just great if Rachel was still the face of the Bucs. She’s not, and how dumb was it for the Glazers to let her get away. She is worth more than Brian Griese on her worse day covered in mud. Give the Babe a cool $Million BUCS (npi) and plaster her face everywhere you can. Director of Public Relations. She could sell tickets for sure. Have her and a couple of her friends walk around the Stadium during the games and co mingle with the fans. This would be an excellent reward for season ticket holders. Tell me you wouldn’t renew your tickets for a shot at her Joe.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the link.
Just wanted to clarify that I was born & raised in Queens, NY and was raised as a NY Giants fan; only lived in Tampa for 3 years, sorry !
I do enjoy the Bucs games and consider them my 2nd “home team”, but my heart has and always will belong to NY 🙂
I love Rachel, what a sweet woman – You guys already have your Bucs girl, you don’t need any more !
XOXO
Reby

Joe Mr Lucky know what’s wrong with Reby Sky: She was facing the wrong direction when that photo was taken – that’s what’s wrong. 🙂

Thank you Reby for the explanation, the kind words, the photos and the Rachel Watson reference.
Do tell Joe more about Rachel if you may.

A brilliant idea Big Mac! Joe trusts, no hopes, someone with the ear of the Glazer Boys is reading this thread.

Mr Lucky Says: “She was facing the wrong direction when that photo was taken”.
That is a matter of perspective!
