Joe found it curious last night reading Mike Florio’s post, the creator, curator and overall guru of ProFootballTalk.com, about John Lynch possibly moving to BSPN. Joe had reported some weeks ago that Lynch had signed a deal with Fox.

Well, Florio is now confirming that BSPN is out of the picture for Lynch due to his contract with Fox.

Lynch will be joining FOX as a game analyst. That specific deal has been done, we’re told, for months.

However, as Joe had earlier, Lynch is still a target to be a game analyst for the NFL Network’s Thursday night games package.

Joe would love to see that happen.
