The Backwards Hat is Back!
October 24th, 2008Joe’s favorite backwards hat, better known as Rick Brown of the Lakeland Ledger, makes his best campaign pitch in this election year to rally support that the Bucs are one of the best teams in the NFL.
Joe agrees, and as a result, hopes to cast an absentee ballot.
