Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia wasn’t too sharp in the Bucs 23-17 loss to the Jaguars Saturday night. That’s to be expected since Garcia missed nearly two weeks of training camp. Roger Mooney of the Bradenton Herald noted Chucky isn’t too concerned.

“I’m not going to be a basket case here,” Gruden said. “(Heck), he’s played a long time. He threw one interception on a naked bootleg. He tried to jam it in there in the fade. He never does that. But he’ll be fine. It is rust. He hasn’t practiced, he hasn’t played. You’ve got to practice. This is a tough game.”
